After Ridge and Lucas enjoy their alone time, Ridge goes to work the next day to try and tie up all the loose ends of his case. He starts off talking to Joann Chandler and finally talks to Lyle Anderson. After he sees a whole new side of Ollie, he finally finds out why Anderson has chosen converting as his life's work.
DJ and Noah finally get to some time together alone. Ridge talks to Max and Sam to determine what role they played in this case. Devin tells Ridge what his own investigation has turned up. Ridge calls it a day and fills Lucas in the events of the day.
Ridge, Ollie and Blake search the two condos. Ridge is sure that he will find DJ, Noah and Wyatt. But he is completely surprised at what he actually finds.
Ollie and Blake track down who the owns the van from the new info the tech guys gave them. Ridge suddenly recognizes the name of the owner from an old case. When the team goes to talk to the man, we learn a bit more about the operation.
Blake and Ollie talk to the 4 witnesses that had called the tip line and find the man that was asking questions about DJ and Wyatt. The man doesn't solve the case but gives them another lead that may help. They Tech guys also give Ridge a big break. Devon also does a little investigating on his own.
Ollie and Andy spend some quality time together and make a big decision. Blake also gets some surprising news. Devin stops by the police station for a visit and meets someone that piques his curiosity. Ridge talks with the tech guys again.
Ridge gets disappointing news form the tech guys. Jon Thomas reflects back on the day he met Wyatt. Lindsey Carroll calls Ridge with an idea to aide in his investigation.
Ridge digs into the second abduction of another gay college student. Since Ridge is working late, Lucas is left to entertain Devin. Devin is glad to visit with Lucas to get more background info on Ridge. He goes back to his hotel to call Mike and gets a surprise from package.
Ridge and Lucas relieve some stress after a long day. Ridge's team digs deeper into DJ and Noah's disappearance. They get a few leads from the surveillance footage, but before they can investigate, events take another turn.
Ridge, Blake and Ollie dig into DJ's case with very leads. Devin talks to Joey and Dylan to get their version of the events from their time being held by Mr. Edwards.
Drake Ridgeway is back, and he has new case to solve. The case has an unexpected connection to someone from Ridge's past. He also has to deal with a writer that has come to town form Oklahoma to ask his about the Slocum Sex Ring case from a few years ago.
Jess Carter has always felt that people just look past him. He doesn't consider himself good-looking or even interesting. He desperately wants to be in a long-term relationship. When Cole Blankenship walks into the bar, Jess is sure that Cole will not be interested in him at all. A couple of gin and tonics later, Jess's life will change forever.
20 years after finding Walter's Journal, Mike finally gets his answers. Walter sits down with Mike and Andrew and tells them exactly what happened on that summer day in 1922. Mike also meets the man he saw in the car on the day he interviewed Walter.
Mike interviews Hank and returns home to write his article. He buys one of Hank's books and starts to read it, it sounds vaguely familiar. He and Andrew suddenly figure out why.
Mike is worried about why Chuck is concerned with his relationship with Andrew. Mike's articles keep getting bigger. Mike and Andrew go back to Westburg for Mike's high school reunion, only to learn some disturbing news. Mike next assignment is one that a first reporter could handle, but he covers it anyway.
Mike is excited when Chuck gives him his first real writing assignment. He has to go to Nashville to cover the elections and asks Andrew to go along, just to get his mind of not being able to find a job yet. Mike takes the opportunity to meet with Chucks friend in the state records department and finds some more info on Walter.
After Mike's big story, Andrew gives a very thoughtful gift. Mike tells Chuck about the journal and Chuck immediately gives Mike some new tips on finding information. Mike finds more clues and is soon has his future planned out. Andrew is not as lucky.
Mike and Andrew return to their home and get back into their routine. As the school years progresses, Mike finds a fellow student that could use some help. He puts everything he has learned from college and from Chuck into practice.
Mike learns why his mom was so upset when she called and immediately goes home. A quick trip back to Memphis to pick up Andrew and he introduces him to his mom. It doesn't go as Mike had expected.
Mike and Andrew find a little more information on Walter but are still no closer to solving the mystery. They decide to take the next step in their relationship and Mike takes the next step in his career. Before he starts his second year of classes, he gets some bad news for home.
Mike heads off to college. He meets his new roommate and quickly learns they may not be the best of friends. As Mike gets settled into his classes, he picks up his research on Walter in the college library. Within a few weeks, he meets a new friend that will help him with that research, and maybe something more.
Mike continues his search but soon gets busy with high school. He discovers his passion and soon decides on a career path. The four friends spend a final night in the shed and all head off to college.
Mike and Kyle talk to the sheriff to see if he has information on Walter or Ellis. Mike also makes a trip to the city office. Bug and Murph return from their time away and Mike introduces them to Kyle.
Mike and Kyle start to search for answers after the journal ended. They also find a little time to explore some of the other things that Walter mentioned in the journal.
Mike does a little research on homosexual laws at the library. He and Kyle continue to read Walter's journal. Walter and Ellis continue to take their exploration to next level. Mike and Kyle get to the last entry in the journal, leaving them with lots of questions.
Mike and Kyle continue to read more of Walter's journal. They soon learn how much they really have in common with Walter and Ellis. New feeling and long talks between both sets of boys only serve to unite them as Mike and Kyle learn more.
Mike finally gets a chance to start reading Walter's Journal. He starts to get a clearer picture of what growing up in the 1920s was like. After Murph and Bug tall Mike they are going to be gone for the two weeks, Mike makes a new friend and continues to read more of the journal.
Mike Jennings just wants to enjoy his last summer before he starts high school. A car accident and finding an old composition notebook change his plans. He spends the next twenty years searching for answers.
