Ollie
A cold chill ran up my spine when I returned to work after about a month. Ridge let me watch the video of he and Blake interviewing Elliot. I know Ridge and Blake told me that Elliot had an evil look, but I was certainly not prepared for what I saw. After I talked to Ridge, I decided that I would not let Andy watch that video. It suddenly sank in how close both Andy and I came to not being here any longer. If Elliot had no problem killing Jason or Nick, I was sure he wouldn’t think twice about killing Andy if I had died from that bullet. I just made sure to hold on to Andy a little tighter every night and once everything was over, we really didn’t talk about the whole thing.
On the Friday of my first week back, Ridge came out to Blake and my desk. He smiled, “How would you guys like to get out of here a little early today?”
Blake started shoving papers in his desk, “You don’t have to ask me twice.”
I laughed, “You won’t get any argument from me either.”
Ridge said, “Since we didn’t get our customary celebration at the Pink Parrot a few weeks ago, I thought we could go today.”
Blake immediately called Hannah and I called Andy. Andy laughed when I called, he said, “Ridge already called Lucas, we are leaving right now.”
Adam greeted us all with a big smile as we walked in. He said, “Good to see you guys, it’s been a while. Can you bring you all the usual?”
I said, “I’ll just have a water, I’m not up to gin quite yet.”
Adam nodded, “Sure thing, I’ll bring those drinks right out.”
We all took our seats at our regular table and Adam was soon distributing our drinks. He said, “You look good, Ollie. I hope your recovery is going well.”
I smiled, “It is, Adam. Thanks.”
He smiled back and put his hand on Andy’s shoulder, “I heard you had a little excitement too. I’m glad to see you both again.”
Ridge smiled at Adam as he walked away and held his glass up, he said, “I would like to propose a toast. First, to Andy, for holding his own against a deeply disturbed individual, I am so thankful we found you safe. To Blake for cutting his time with his new baby short to help Ollie and to Hannah for telling him he needed to go. And finally, to Ollie, not only did he step up and take on a big case, but he basically solved it all by himself. I would guess Elliot was acting like he was helping but had his own agenda. While you probably shouldn't have been involved in investigating Andy’s kidnapping, you did exactly what I would have done if I was in your shoes. I am proud of all of you.”
After Ridge gave his little speech, I had to wipe a tear away. I know he thinks a lot of Blake and me, but he usually lets his actions speak for him. He rarely shows his feelings, other than the frequent good job, or well done during the course of our work.
We all took a drink and Lucas leaned over and gave Ridge a peck on the cheek. I smiled at Andy; we didn’t often see Ridge show any public displays of affection. Maybe Lucas is softening up the gruff exterior. Lucas smiled and gave me and Andy a wink.
Blake broke our mushy moment when he said, “I know Hannah has her phone full of baby pictures, does anyone want to see the newest member of the Robbins family?”
Of course, we all did, the little guy really was a cutie, and I think he looks just like his daddy. Lucas and Ridge also showed us pictures from their cruise, well, Lucas did. Ridge said he just sat on the beach or the deck of the ship drinking rum and Cokes, he didn’t take too many pictures. None of us were surprised, back to the old Ridge we all know and love.
Andy and I only stayed for about another hour, I was still getting tired easily. Andy smiled at me as we drove home, “Ridge is really a softie, isn’t he?”
I nodded, “He has his moments. It meant a lot to me that he said that tonight, his respect makes me feel good.”
Andy reached over and squeezed my hand, “You earned that respect.”
Three Months Later
For the first month after I returned to work, I was doing mostly desk work, Ridge wanted me to take it easy. I have finished entering all our old cases into the new database. It really was a big help on all our new cases, so I guess it was worth all the hours it took. I’m just glad to be getting back out in the field. Fortunately, we have mostly had minor cases that we are able to wrap up quickly.
Marla Nelson pleaded guilty to all charges and was sentenced to 25 years in prison. It was little consolation to her, but she was pleased that Elliot was also going to prison for killing Nick. Speaking of Elliot, Bill Taylor was correct, he agreed to plead guilty as long as Bill took the death penalty off the table. He was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole. Tampa Bay was also proceeding with murder charges against him, not that two life sentences really means anything. At least he would never be out on the street again. Bill also recommended that he get counselling while he was in prison. The last time I heard, he had been moved three times because the other inmates found out he was a cop. I’m sure his years in prison are not going to be pleasant. I did feel a little sorry for him, but then I remembered the scar on my stomach and what he did to Andy, I suddenly didn’t feel sorry for him any longer.
With Andy being kidnapped and me being shot, we had to put the house hunting on hold for a bit. The houses that we looked at before all this started were already sold so our agent was finding us new ones to look at. We finally found one that we both liked and we put in an offer. Again, not having to wait for bank approval made the whole process go a little faster.
The day after we closed on our new house, my mom and dad wanted to check it out. I knew it wasn’t going to be as big or fancy as they thought it should be, but Andy and I were simple guys, and we loved it. Andy and I arrived about half an hour before mom and dad showed up, we were talking about some renovations that we wanted to make. We had plenty of money left over from our wedding gift, we could afford any renovations we wanted to do.
Andy excitedly asked, “How about we tear out the carpet and put hardwood flooring everywhere except the bathrooms and kitchen?”
I smiled, “And we can put ceramic tile in those rooms, I love it.” Andy and I have always had the same taste when it comes to decorating.
He gave me a kiss, “Perfect. We may also need to look for new furniture. I know the house isn’t huge, but it’s much bigger than our apartment.”
I nodded, “Yeah, our little kitchen table will look out of place in our new dining room. Our bedroom is big enough for a king-sized bed too. Don’t you think?”
He grinned, “Absolutely.”
Mom and dad arrived and we gave them a tour. They didn’t say too much as we told them about our planned renovations. After the tour I said, “I know you think we should have bought a bigger place, but we really like this house. We didn’t use all the money you gave us; we will be happy to give the excess back to you.”
Dad shook his head, “Nonsense Ollie. We gave you that money to use as you saw fit. If you two are happy, that is all that we need to know.”
Mom said, “Yes, this is a very nice house, and we are happy for you guys. You can use the extra money for your renovations and the new furniture you are talking about.”
Andy grinned, “That’s what we were thinking too. We will shop around and find some good quality pieces.”
Mom said, “On our last trip to New York, we were at an art exhibition. We were looking at some amazing pictures that a young man from Pennsylvania had painted. As I commented on how beautiful they were, a lady stepped beside me and said if I thought the paintings were beautiful, I should see the furniture that the artist and his partner make.”
Dad nodded, “yes, what was her name, Jensen, Jenkins, Jessup…?”
Mom rolled her eyes, “It was Jennings, Amy Jennings. She told us she purchased a bedroom suite when those guys opened up their new showroom in State College, Pennsylvania. She said that all the pieces are handcrafted and are custom made so you can choose what features you want.”
I smiled, “Custom furniture, that would be awesome.”
It only took a few phone calls to find them, but any good detective could handle that. At least that’s what I told Andy as he rolled his eyes at me. We were finally able to talk to Tim Houston and Travis Sterling, the owners of TnT Furniture*. They were very pleasant to talk to, and Andy and I were soon on plane heading to State College, Pennsylvania, the home of Penn State.
We picked up our rental car and went to check into our hotel. After we were settled we called Tim and he gave us directions to the TnT Showroom. We arrived at the showroom and when we walked in we were greeted by a very nice older gentleman, he introduced himself as Henry Reynolds.
I smiled, “It’s nice to meet you Mr. Reynolds, I’m Ollie Hemple and this is my husband, Andy Chase.” I still love calling Andy my husband, I probably had a silly grin on my face.
He shook our hands, “Please, it’s Henry. I’m happy to meet you too. Tim and Travis are just moving some new pieces into the showroom, please follow me.”
I smiled, “And please call us Ollie and Andy.”
We walked around the corner to find three young men setting a very beautiful table into place.
Henry said, “Tim, Travis, this is Ollie and Andy from Miami.”
The first young man smiled, “Yes, I spoke to Ollie earlier, it’s nice to meet you. This is my partner Travis and our assistant, Tommy. You have already met Granpa Henry.”
We all shook hands, I said, “Granpa? So is Henry your granpa or Travis’s?”
They all chuckled, Henry said, “Both. It’s not by blood, Ollie, but we consider each other family.”
We spent the next hour looking at some amazing pieces of furniture. Tim and Travis were telling us all the options we could choose and the many features of their furniture. I was so impressed that two guys that were so young could be such great craftsmen. Andy and I were a bit surprised to learn that they had just recently graduated from high school and hadn’t even started college yet. Granpa Henry has taught them well. Yes, we were calling him Granpa as the day went on.
We really liked the hidden compartments that Tim and Travis added to all their pieces and were even more impressed when they told us that the compartments were in different places on all their pieces. We started with the bedroom suite, a king-size bed, two nightstands and two dressers. They let us pick the wood type, the stain color and we had them customize a few other things.
Next, we did the same with the dining room set. A table with several leaves in case we decided to host a large dinner party. We also had them make eight chairs and a hutch. We also ordered a coffee table with matching end tables for our living room. They were smiling from ear to ear at the size of our order. We were only too happy to spend our money with two hardworking young men for handcrafted pieces as opposed to cheap pressed board pieces made in some factory.
As Henry was finalizing the bill, Andy noticed a beautiful painting hanging above one of the beds on display. Tim smiled and put his arm around Travis and said, “This guy is an amazing artist, he painted that.”
Andy said, “It is wonderful, you are very talented, Travis.”
Travis blushed as Tim said, “You should see the amazing wall he painted in the house where we live.”
Travis shrugged, “I guess I’m an okay artist.”
I said, “I think you are being modest Travis. My parents attended the exhibition in New York and were raving about your work. You don’t get your work displayed in those places unless it’s very good.”
I thought I noticed Tim blush a little, I wonder what that was about.
Tim nodded, “See, I keep telling you that.”
Henry smiled as he gave us total for the furniture we had just ordered. I wrote out the check and handed it back to him. Travis saw the check and said, “Oh wait, Ollie, you wrote the check for too much, that’s over two thousand more than…”
I shook my head, “I added enough for shipping, Miami is a long way away from here.”
Tim looked at the bill and said, “But Granpa Henry already added the shipping in.”
Before I could say anything else, Granpa Henry said, “Boys, I keep telling you that people will pay for quality. Never argue with a customer that understands that.”
Tim and Travis smiled, Tim said, “Thank you very much, we appreciate it.”
Just as we were wrapping up our business, three other young men walked into the showroom. Andy and I were introduced to Jeremy, Chris and Elijah, Tim and Travis’s roommates. Before we knew it, we were invited over to their house for a cookout.
Tim said, “That will give you a chance to see the painting that Travis did and also the first bedroom set that we made.”
I looked at Andy, he shrugged, “Sure, we would love to see that, and we were probably just going to order a pizza for dinner anyway.”
I said, “We’ll run back to hotel and then stop to pick up some refreshments, what do you guys like to drink?”
An hour later, we followed the directions that Travis gave us. Jeremy, Chris and Elijah were moving around the kitchen like a well-orchestrated dance as Tim led us into the house. It looked like they were preparing a feast. When we pulled up we could smell something incredible coming from the back yard.
Jeremy smiled, “I hope you guys like ribs, they are smoking right now. I’ll be putting on the special sauce in a few minutes. Dinner should be ready in about half an hour.”
I said, “That sounds great, you didn’t have to go to so much trouble for us.”
Elijah grinned, “Jeremy and Chris always cook like this. It’s a wonder we all don’t weight 500 pounds.” He chuckled, “I guess we have our own method of working it off.” He had the cutest smirk on his face as he looked at Chris and Jeremy.
Chris sighed and rolled his eyes, “We don’t have to tell our guests everything.” Jeremy shook his head and sighed, he also had a cute smirk on his face.
Tim said, “Come on down to basement, we’ll show you the bed and painting.”
Jeremey said, "We’ll mix the drinks while you are down there.”
Andy said, “Thanks, Ollie and I drink gin and tonic.”
We followed Tim and Travis down the steps and were greeted by a beautiful sunset painted on the wall. We were both in awe. We then went into the bedroom to see the bedroom set that Tim and Travis used. We suddenly realized they were more than business partners. When I asked about it, they both blushed, and we then learned that Jeremy, Chris and Elijah were a throuple. That explained the looks they were giving each other earlier, now Andy and I were smirking.
As we were talking, Andy again found a painting on the bedroom wall. It was a young man curled up in a ball under some bushes. Andy turned and looked at Travis, Travis nodded, “Yes, I painted that too.”
Andy then turned to Tim and Tim blushed, “Yes, that is me. I was kicked out of the house by my father when he found out I was gay. I had to stay in the park of a few days.”
Andy didn’t say a word; he walked to Tim and wrapped him in a big hug.
Travis looked at me, I said, “Andy had a similar experience when his dad found out he was gay.”
Andy told him that he ran away from home when his father was going to send him for gay conversion therapy. This led to them telling us about Tim being abused by the pastor at his church and how Tim bravely risked another assault by setting up the pastor. Fortunately, everything worked out and the pastor was arrested.
I was even in more awe of these young men, after being through all that they had been through they were building an amazing life for themselves, basically on their own. Well, they had a lot of help from Jeremy, Chris, Elijah and Granpa Henry. We later learned about Granma Martha, Carl, Chuck, Steven and Stephan. These guys had an incredible support group.
After a fantastic meal, we sat around the fire pit and listened to all their stories, they were both hilarious and heartwarming. They of course asked about our life, and we told them about Andy being kidnapped and me being shot. We also told them about Ridge and Lucas. It was a great evening with some great guys. We were happy that we made the trip to Pennsylvania and returned with some awesome furniture and some even better friends.
A couple of months later, Travis called us to tell us our furniture had been shipped. Andy and I both took the day off from work when it was scheduled to be delivered. The renovations had been completed, so it was perfect timing. Once we had it all unloaded off the truck, we started to unwrap everything. It was perfect, just like we envisioned when we ordered it. Just as the truck was starting to leave, one of the drivers came running back up to the door.
He said, “We almost forgot this box. We were told to keep in the cab; I guess it’s breakable.”
I took the box and said, “Thanks.” The truck drove off as Andy found a knife to cut the box open.
I asked, “What is it, we already have all the parts for the bed.”
He shrugged, “I don’t know.”
We opened the box and found the back of a framed picture. I saw the distinct star logo of TnT on the back of the picture and turned it over. Andy and I both gasped when we saw an incredible hand-crafted frame and a painting of Andy and I sitting by the fire holding hands with big smiles on our faces.
I immediately called Travis. He answered, “The furniture must have arrived. Is everything okay?”
I had him on speaker so Andy and I could both tell how much we loved the painting. I said, “The furniture is perfect, but what we called about was this painting.”
Travis obviously had us on speaker too, Tim squealed, “Do you guys love it?”
Andy chuckled, “Yes, we do, It’s absolutely beautiful. Did you do that from memory?”
Travis said, “No, I hope you don’t mind, but I snuck a picture of you guys when we were sitting around the fire pit. We just wanted to do something special for you to thank you for paying us extra for the furniture you purchased.”
I said, “We love it and it will be hung right out in our living room, for everyone to see. Thank you guys for everything, we will be telling everyone we know about you guys and what great work you do. Good luck with your business, we know you will be successful.”
The same week, the rest of our new furniture was also delivered. We bought a couch and some chairs for the living room as well as a couple for chairs for the bedroom. We moved the rest of our things from our apartment and decided to have my parents, Ridge, Lucas, Blake and Hannah over for dinner. We were anxious to use our new dining room table. Andy had also talked Jeremy into giving him the recipe to his special barbeque sauce, so we were making ribs. Everyone began to arrive as the ribs were smoking on the grill.
Mom and dad had not been back since we finished our renovations or our new furniture arrived. As soon as Ridge, Lucas, Blake and Hannah arrived we gave them all the grand tour. Starting in the living room, of course the first thing they noticed was the painting of Andy and me. They all raved about it and the coffee and end tables; they especially commented on the craftmanship.
As we went to the dining room, Ridge said, “That is the same star logo on the hutch, did those young men make the hutch and table too?”
Lucas chuckled, “That’s my little detective, he never misses a detail.”
Blake laughed, “Yeah, except that Hannah had the baby.”
Ridge rolled his eyes, “Yeah, yeah. I missed that at first, but I eventually figured it out.”
Of course we had to tease him a little more. Andy said, “They also made our bedroom set.”
We led them into the bedroom; they were just as impressed as they were with all the other furniture.
As we walked back into the living room, Lucas stopped to admire the painting one more time. He asked, “Who painted this picture? It is absolutely beautiful.”
I smiled, “Travis, one of the Ts in TnT. He is an incredible artist. Mom and dad saw some of his work at an exhibit in New York. That’s how we found about them.”
Mom nodded, “Yes, the pieces we saw were just as beautiful. The best one was a nude portrait; we were told it was the painter’s boyfriend.”
Dad added, “Yes, but it was so tasteful, it reminded me of old classic art, like the Statue of David.”
Mom said, “Oh yes, there was nothing dirty about it. It was truly a work of art.”
I smiled, “That’s why when I mentioned that you guys saw the exhibit, Tim blushed. I think he may have been a little embarrassed that you saw him naked.”
Dad said, “Oh, he had nothing to be embarrassed about. Everyone we talked to only saw the beauty of the painting, no one even mentioned the fact that he was nude.”
Andy said, “Tim has had a rough time, he has overcome a lot and is building a very nice life with Travis. They are great guys and I really admire them.” I squeezed Andy’s hand; he really did bond with Tim during our trip.
The ribs were done to perfection as we wrapped up our tour. Everyone really liked our house and loved our new furniture. Andy and I were so happy to fill our dining room table with some delicious food. I hope Jeremy doesn’t mind that we shared the recipe for the ribs with Ridge and Lucas.
We had an enjoyable evening getting the approval of our home purchase from all the most important people in our lives. Hannah gave us both a hug and said, “I love the house guys, and I hope you have many happy years here.”
Blake smiled, “Yeah, you guys did good. Enjoy the house and dinner was excellent.”
Lucas and Ridge both gave us a hug and thanked us for dinner and agreed that they liked the house and furniture.
Mom and dad were last to leave, Mom gave us both a hug and said, “The house is perfect for you two and I love the furniture you picked out. The next time your dad and I need new furniture, we will be making a trip to Pennsylvania.”
Dad smiled, “Very nice guys, I love to see you both so happy.”
After I closed the door, Andy gave me a kiss, “We have been so busy getting moved and getting everything set up in the house, we haven’t had a chance to break in our new bed yet.”
I grinned, “Well, what should we do about that?”
He raised an eyebrow, “Let’s go to the bedroom and see what we can figure out.”
We quickly locked the front door and turned off all the lights and went to our bedroom. We were both naked within seconds. Andy pulled back the bedspread, and we were soon sucking each other in the middle of our new king-size bed.
Andy tasted all the sweeter as I thought about how close we came to losing each other. I never wanted to feel that helpless again. I quickly got my mind back on the task at hand. I let that huge cock fall from my mouth and began to feast on those luscious nuts. I was looking forward to the load of cum that they held.
I ventured further and ran my finger along his ass crack, stopping to push on his winking pucker. Andy moaned and spat my dick out, he raised his legs and I saw his rosebud bloom. My tongue quickly moved from those nuts, and I started to rim the love of my life. The sounds he was making were only encouraging me. I tongue fucked him with all my might, wanting to please Andy was the only thing on my mind at this point.
Andy’s head was thrashing back and forth, and he was grabbing the sheets with his fists. He gasped, “If you don’t fuck me soon, I’m going to…”
I grinned, “You’re going to what?”
He panted, “Just fuck me already.”
I was happy to honor Andy’s request. I moved between his legs and guided my pole home. I leaned down and locked my lips on Andy’s as I started to saw in and out. Andy pulled me in close as we got into a steady rhythm. He broke our kiss and hissed, “Oh yes, that’s it. Hit that spot again.”
God, I was so glad I was giving him so much pleasure. That always made me so happy. Andy pulled me back down for another kiss and I felt my nuts start to churn. I wasn’t going to last much longer. I pushed in as far as I could and let out a final grunt as I sent my seed flying. I collapsed on top of the man that I love, we shared another passionate kiss.
I broke our kiss and grinned, I asked him, “Are you ready to empty your nuts?”
He nodded, “Of course, do you want to help me with that?”
I chuckled, “You know I do.”
I let my deflating cock slip from his hole, and I pushed his legs down. I straddled his waist and held his cock upright. Andy grabbed my hips as I impaled myself on his love rocket, God he filled me so full. Andy locked his eyes on mine as I began to bounce up and down. My flopping cock began to come back to life as I rode my husband. God, I love to call Andy my husband, have I already said that?
Andy’s eyes began to roll back in his head and his breathing became ragged, I knew he was close. He confirmed my suspicions when he croaked, “I’m going to shoot.”
I picked up my speed and was soon rewarded with a warm feeling flooding my insides. Andy pulled me back down for another kiss as his spasms finally subsided. A contented look flooded his face as the last drop of semen dribbled form his dick.
I stared into his eyes and said, “God, I love you.”
He smiled, “I love you more.”
I shook my head, “That’s not possible.”
We kissed again before we got into a fight over who loved who more. I rolled to Andy’s side, and we wrapped our arms around each other.
Andy chuckled, “I think we should send Tim and Travis a text that the bed has passed all tests.”
I laughed, “It passed with flying colors.”
We held each other in silence for a few more minutes.
I sighed, “Don’t ever get kidnapped again.”
Andy said, “Only if you promise not to get shot again.”
I kissed his cheek, “It’s a deal.”
The End.
*A big thank you to Derek D. for letting Travis and Tim and all the rest of the gang from his story, “How I got my Revenge” make a guest appearance in this chapter. Tim and Travis have become two of my favorite characters in his story and I couldn’t resist finding a little spot for them in my story. Thanks Derek.
