Craig’s Story

I was in my own little world riding the lawnmower up and down the huge yard of our rented house in the middle of freakin’ nowhere. It was the night before our wedding, Colton was in the kitchen cooking, and I had my headset on and the music blasting as I got the yard looking good. I was zoned out enjoying my alone time before our big day. The music was loud, it was only by chance that I saw the tiny figure moving out of the corner of my eye when I got to the end of our lot. It was Izzy… the three year old who lived across the street with her two brothers and her two dads, Seth, and Zach. I turned off the riding mower and put my headphones around my neck and looked across the road at her.

“Hey Guy… lookit” she was yelling as she waved her tiny arms. She was standing there with her Daddy Zach who said something to her. “Cwaig! Cwaig! Lookit! Dis you dwess!!” (Izzy to English translation: Craig, this is the dress I’ll be wearing to your wedding).

“look both ways” Zach told her before they ran across the country road holding hands.

“Oh my god! You look beautiful” I said when they made it over to our yard. Izzy was going to be one of our flower girls, and she was dressed the part.

“I know I do” she said smiling and wiggling her tiny little body to make the dress dance.

“Seth let her try it on and she refused to take it off before she showed you” Zach said.

“I wao dis to eat pizza” she said (Izzy to English translation: I will proudly wear it when we all get together for pizza this evening”). All our collected family and friends (our village) got together on Friday nights for pizza.

Zach shut that down immediately, “What did Daddy Zeff tell you?” (the kids called their dads Daddy Sach and Daddy Zeff… so of course, the rest of us did too).

Izzy sighed, “no.” I couldn’t help but laugh at how excited she was about the wedding.

“You get to wear it all day tomorrow” Daddy Sach told her; she was good with that answer. “C’mon let’s go home and change. Tell Craig we’ll see him at pizza night.”

“Bye Cwaig, I see you Lato” she said. She wanted to hug me, but I was full of sweat and grass and didn’t dare get that dress dirty, I settled for a sweet kiss on the cheek.

“See ya’ tonight, Izzy. You look beautiful” I said as they made their way across the street back home,

“I knooooowwww” she yelled back as they hustled across the quiet, country road. Zach said something to her, then she added, “Fank you, Cwaig!” She made my day. I shook my head, still smiling as I put my headset back on and started the mower up again to finish the yard. Life was pretty damn good! I loved Colton, I loved living out in the country, and I loved all our neighbors.

Okay, let me back up little. They were so much more than neighbors. They were role models, mentors, guardians, bosses, family; They saved both me and Colton, and brought us together, It’s a long story…

I grew up in St Louis. A few years ago, when I turned eighteen, I came out to my dad. He didn’t exactly take it well; in fact he flew into a rage when I told him. He threatened me physically, then kicked me out of the house. I was shocked! That wasn’t like my dad, we had always been kind of close, I mean I was closer with my mom but when she died dad and I were there for each other. But it was like he turned a completely different person. Anyway, I moved in with one of my buddies that day and then went to the local LGBTQIA Youth Center looking for help. That’s where I met Seth (AKA my across the street neighbor, AKA Izzy’s dad, AKA Zach’s husband, AKA Daddy Zeff). He was a counselor there, and helped me think things through. Because of him I was able to find a decent job and stay in school even though I didn’t live in the district anymore. I was doing pretty good on my own for a couple of months, but then my father found out where I was living and working and made my life hell. My boss had to call the cops on him a couple of times because my he would show up looking for me and threaten violence if they didn’t ‘produce his son immediately’ he was off the chain crazy. The St Louis gay community rallied around me; they all looked out for me like family. My dad finally stopped bugging me and I thought the worst of it had passed. I was wrong.

It was Mardi Gras, a huge deal in St Louis, and I was on the parade float for the Youth Center having an awesome time! I was dancing shirtless to the loud music, and throwing beads to the crowd when suddenly, someone jumped out of the crowd and onto the float. I heard my dad’s voice yelling, “no son of mine is gonna parade around with a bunch of goddamn homos.” He grabbed me by the collar and threw me from the float. I don’t think he intended to throw me off, but that’s what happened. I landed on the cement with a thud; things went black after that. I guess my dad saw me on the float and just lost it. The cops and paramedics surrounded me immediately; I rode off in the back of an ambulance, and he rode off in the back of a squad car.

After that, Seth was on a mission to keep me safe, that meant getting me far away from my dad. He worked it out so I could stay with some friends of his in North Carolina until my dad cooled down. So, I moved in with Max and Brody, they put a roof over my head, helped me get my shit together, and their family became mine, I even made new friends. I finished high school in North Carolina then moved back to St Louis to go to school for horticulture. My new North Carolina family even pitched in to give me a car for graduation so I could go back and forth to school. I didn’t exactly reconcile with my dad, but we found a way to be civil to each other and survive in the same city. I even sent him an invite to our wedding: he ignored it.

After graduation, I moved back to North Carolina to work for Max at BroMax Candle Co. BroMax had a line of signature candles with scents that were made from homegrown herbs… Max hired me to manage and expand the farming aspect of it… I loved my job!

While I was back in St Louis getting my degree, Max and Seth started The Village, a nonprofit organization to help young gay guys like me. I was their inspiration and my soon-to-be-husband Colton was their first official client (he has a story all his own I’m sure he’ll share… he likes to talk). Anyway, all these guys became a humongous part of my life. Colton and I recently moved into the house next to BroMax Farm where Max and Brody live with their three kids. The herb farm is next door so I can walk to work! Like I said, neighbors, role models, mentors, guardians, bosses, friends… they were our family. Now they were all rallying around us again to help give us our dream wedding.

I parked the mower and made my way into the house. Holy shit it smelled amazing! Colton was almost done with culinary school and was making all the food for the wedding (with the help of our friends), he was an amazing Chef. I couldn’t help but start grabbing from one of the platters on the counter.

“Drop it!” Colton shouted as he slapped my hand away. “Even with Brody and Max helping me tomorrow morning I don’t know if we’re gonna have enough.” It was cute how he was freaking out over every wedding detail… who the hell am I trying to kid, every damn thing about him was cute.

“Take a break and shower with me before we go over to BroMax for pizza night” I said as I wrapped my arms around him and pulled him in for a kiss. I squeezed his package through his apron for good measure. He gave in.

“Give me ten minutes to finish up in here. I’ll meet you in the shower.” I went upstairs to the master suite and stripped out of my sweaty clothes then turned on the shower. The house we were renting belonged to friends of Max and Brody’s who moved back to Boston. They gave us an amazing deal and we had a lease to own agreement with them. The place was way nicer than anything we thought we could afford and we were damn proud of it.

I stepped into the shower and let the warm water rain over my toned body. My body had always been toned, but I had been working out a few times a week, plus working on the farm and was putting on some muscle. Colton had a nice, toned body… as far as looks went, people said we looked a lot alike, light brown hair, green eyes, he was maybe an inch shorter than me. I loved the guy and he was a total turn on. I was barely under the water a minute when he opened the glass door, stepped in, and wrapped his arms around my naked body and kissed my neck. I turned around to face him, then got a handful of bodywash and started to soap him up. My hands glided over his tight body taking in every curve, his muscles were tight. “Damn you’re tense” I whispered under the running water.

“You too” he said giving my bicep a squeeze. “But all the stress will be worth it. I can’t wait for our wedding, and even better... being officially married to you.” His words were soft, but his eight hard inches were hard as fuck as they pushed against me.

He told me two weeks ago that he wanted to wait until our wedding night before we had sex again… I wasn’t a fan of the idea, but if that’s what Colton wanted, fine. “I thought you didn’t want to have sex tonight” I said into his lips as the warm water washed over us.

“Well maybe I changed my mind” he said with a smile before grabbing my hand and wrapping it around his hard baton. “Besides, oral doesn’t really count as sex anyway.” Colton had a great cock, eight thick, veiny inches… I loved the way I could choke on it.

“You know I’m fucking game; the ‘no sex’ thing was your idea. Are you sure you don’t want to wait one more night?” I asked hoping he wouldn’t backdown.

“This is my very last chance to get a blow job as a single guy” he replied with an evil grin.

“So, you get a blow job? What do I get outta this?”

“What do ya’ want?” He asked seductively.

“Toss my salad under water, Chef” I blurted out having no idea why. It just popped int my head.

“Deal” Colton chuckled with his hands on my shoulders pushing me to my knees. I was good… no I was freaking great with that. I knelt on the wet tile floor with his perfect phallus inches from my face, the shower water dripping from his nut sac. I licked him from bottom to top and back again drinking him in, literally. There was something so sensual about it all, I looked up through the drizzle to see Colton’s face with his green eyes locked onto mine. God, he was so perfect for me, I couldn’t believe we were getting married in less than twenty four hours. That thought motivated me and I went down on his ample tool. I took him all the way down my throat until I gagged with sheer pleasure. I pulled off, looked up at him with tears in my eyes, massaging his balls while I caught my breath, then went right back to work. Colton was moaning and groaning as I gave him everything I had. He put his hands on top of my wet head and held me still while he fucked in and out of my mouth, pounding my throat… he was rarely that aggressive, I guess he was making the most of his last BJ as a single man, and I loved it. I worked my hand and tongue around his shaft twisting and turning, awakening every nerve. I could feel his already girthy piece grow inside my mouth as he pumped my face. I held onto his balls as they creeped up closer to his shaft, ready to reward me with their load.  His head was thrown back and the water was pouring on his face, “I’m cumming” he gurgled in ecstasy as he shot his two week load down my throat almost drowning me… I gladly took every freaking drop. After a moment of recovery under the sprinkling of the shower he looked down and said, “Your turn” with a mischievous smile.

Colton was huffing and puffing, under the suddenly chilling water… we had drained the water heater. “Let’s finish this in the bedroom” I said as I jumped to my feet and shut off the water. We dried each other off, and I playfully flicked Colton’s firm ass with my towel; he chased me into the bedroom and I flung myself onto the bed, laughing. We wrestled for a little bit until he pinned me onto the mattress (okay, fine. I let him pin me. I so could’ve taken him). I lifted my legs to my chest exposing my freshly showered hole, “my turn” I snickered. He didn’t need and engraved invitation… he just dove in. He kissed both of my ass cheeks before licking my deep crack from the small of my back up my taint to my balls. Then he peeked over my rigid cock and smiled at me before he pulled my ass cheeks apart and sunk his togue into my love ditch tossing my salad like a seasoned chef. I wrapped my legs around his neck and instinctively started jacking myself off as his talented tongue bathed my hole with warmth. I was writhing around and begging for more, “I am so fucking close” I said sending Colton in to a tongue-fucking frenzy, he was on a mission to make me shoot my two week load… mission accomplished. “Fuuuuuck!” I yelled as my cum shot all the way to my chin. My hand was still pumping and I was still shooting when there was a knock on the bedroom door.

“Hey, are you guys in there?” A sweet voice asked. “We’re home” Ella said as she tapped on the door again.

“We’ll be right out!” Colton shouted in a panic. Ella was Colton’s little sister; she had lived with us until she went off to college a couple month’s back. In our burst of lust, we had completely forgotten that her and her friend Caleb (another Villager) were coming home for the wedding and staying at the house for the weekend. “Oh, shit” Colt whispered to me with a snicker. “I totally forgot about Ella and Cay.”

“Me too” I whispered back. “Busted. You get dressed, I gotta jump in the shower and rinse the cum off me” we were both giggling… we totally got busted by his little sister (not that it was a first time). Colt pulled on some clothes and went out to greet our guests, I disappeared into the bathroom to do a quick rinse. By the time I was finished, everyone was in the kitchen sitting around the table catching up. Caleb and Ella both gave me devilish looks when I walked in the room. They knew exactly what we were up to.

“Well if it isn’t my future brother in law” Ella said with a shit-eating grin, Her and Cay gave the two of us ample shit before Ella sighed and joke, “it’s good to be home. You obviously missed me.” Our two college students went upstairs and unpacked, then we walked across the freshly mowed lawn to BroMax Farm for Pizza night.

Even though tomorrow was our big day, Cay and Ella were the center of attention. It was their first visit home since they went off to school and the village was so excited to see them. Like I told you earlier, Colton has a story of his own, that story includes Ella. Long story short, when Colton left home, he didn’t want to leave his sister behind with his abusive father… The Village rallied and helped him get guardianship of her and make a home for the two of them. I was marrying her as much as I was marrying him, she was an amazing bonus. Then there was Caleb, Cay was a friend of Ella’s from school. Like so many of us, he was abandoned by his family when he came out. He finished high school and (thanks to The Village) was now in college with Ella. Okay, I think you’re all caught up. Anyway, Pizza Night was fun as always and a great diversion from all the wedding prep. Surrounded by our collected family, and watching the kids play… everything felt right. We were exactly where we were supposed to be.

The night went by quickly, before I knew it, it was 7AM and we were all downtown at the candle factory. BroMax Candle Co, the company I grew herbs for, had an awesome factory in a converted church downtown, and they offered it to us as a wedding venue. We were moving production tables and equipment out of the way, and setting up rented chairs trying to turn it back into a church for our big day.

All the villagers were there to help us, that’s one thing about the people around us, they never hesitated to pitch in… in fact they seemed to thrive on it. Like giving back and helping others fueled them… all of them. Well, I exaggerated a little, not all the villagers were there, a couple of people were missing, the most notable was my husband to be who was back at the house still cooking for the reception. Who the fuck would’ve thought that heavy hors d'oeuvres would be so much work? He was in his last year of culinary school and making all the food to keep the wedding costs down… luckily our neighbors Seth and Max were both decent cooks and volunteered to help. The three of them had every refrigerator, stove, and oven on our quiet country road working overtime.

The rest of us spent the next couple of hours moving things around, cleaning, decorating, and turning the old candle factory into the perfect spot for a fairytale wedding for two princes. We set up one side of the old church with rows of chairs for the ceremony, and prepared the other side using the production stations as buffet tables, and setting up several tall tables for people to eat, drink, and socialize at. Zach was there with his three kids, and Brody was there with the Freddy. They were all amazing little helpers. Freddy and Teddy helped Zach set up the rows of chairs. Izzy helped her Uncle Brody put white bows at the end of each row of chairs, and the guys from The Village were lifting Ali (Seth and Zach’s youngest) into the air to string twinkle lights everywhere. All the kids in our village had become such a huge part of our life together that we knew from the start that they’d be part of our wedding. Freddy and Teddy were going to be ring bearers (and Jr. Grooms – Colton’s idea), and Izzy and her best friend Maggie were going to be our flower girls. The others were all too little to know what was going on.

When we were done setting up, the kids wanted to practice walking down the aisle. I was dying! They were all so damn cute with serious looks on their faces trying to perfect their stride. The boys were holding pretend ring pillows, and the girls were throwing invisible flower pedals… shit, if they threw them like that during the wedding… there’d be injuries.

I watched as the kids practiced, and our friends cheered them on, laughed, and just enjoyed life. Just a few years ago life seemed hopeless, now I saw a future… an awesome future… a future with Colton.

To be continued…
