Ridge, Blake and Ollie are still trying to narrow down the location of the house they suspect Rob is being held at. Chuck is following Mr. D's orders and moving the boys around, causing the boys to wonder what is going on. A surprise visitor to the station, gives us a huge clue and adds a new dimension to the case.
Ollie Hemple tells Ridge and Blake where he has seen Rob Wilcox, giving the biggest break in the case so far. Joey and Dylan continue to get to know each other better. Ridge is upset to find out that the captain gave the press a story about the case, but it turns out to be a good move.
Alex gets to know Dylan better as they are kept secluded in their apartment. Ridge and Blake follow the lead that Randy Graves them on where Jesse Snyder might live. They are reviewing their new information when they get unexpected help from a fellow officer.

Ridge and Blake have a talk with Randy Graves after his near abduction. He does not have too much information for them but does give them one small clue. Both groups at the country house and the hotel are confused by Chuck's actions.
Ridge and Blake try to make sense of all the clues they have collected so far. They decide to call it a night, Ridge goes home to find Lucas waiting for him. After they spend some quality time together, Ridge gets the call that he was hoping would never come.
Ridge and Blake get started on their third missing person case in a week. They quickly learn that the cases are related. Alex Fischer gets his first "customer" and soon finds he has mixed emotions about the whole experience.

Popov finally gets what he needs from his prisoner. He takes him with him to be sure he's not lying.
As Kramer is fascinated by the people at the cove and their stories, Popov gets shot leaping onto Big Carlos' boat. Popov makes the gangster pay for shooting him, and Captain Tito has to finish the job and deliver the kingpin to the special agent from the FBI.
Ridge and Blake get a real name for "Dave". Just when they think they may be heading down the right path in their two cases, the path throws them another twist.
Clay's classic Chevy hits a snag. Ivan teases him about buy a good car, like his Buick.
Popov toys with Kramer. The FBI agent can't believe Popov took his prisoner and won't give him back. Popov is smart. He fills him with Russian Vodka.
Kramer complains. Popov get his two best men to go get Big Carlos and save the FBI the trouble. Ivan keeps Karmer entertained by telling him the story of going to get Boris in Vietnam.

Ridge now has two cases involving missing guys, He and Blake go to Joey's college and talk to the last people he was known to be with. They get a good description of the man last seen with Rob Wilcox and hope to do the same for Joey's. They learn that, not only are they two different people, But Ridge already knows the identity of the guy that Joey was last seen with.
Ridge and Blake get to work on finding Rob Wilcox. After talking to the bartender at the Pink Parrot, they make plans to have him meet with a sketch artist. Before they get any further, things take a drastic turn.
The grand opening of the Cove Campgrounds ended on a high note. Those in the know, who watched Popov remove the bad guy, are waiting for his return. FBI agent Kramer can't believe he let Popov take the guy away from him. It was Popov's cove. Harry wants to get Clay in classier wheels. Everyone waits for the next shoe to fall in the cove.
Ridge begins his search for Rob Wilcox, He gets some help from fellow detective Blake Robbins. After a tense meeting with Rob's parents, the pair finally get a lead.
👁 At the CUBE, Lance and Kareem read the shocking document found in Captain O’Rourke’s hiding place and ask for help to Alastair. O’Rourke finds out from the A.I. that Kareem had a sexual contact with Lance, but refused to fuck him, and sets up another evil ‘lesson’.
Ridge goes back to court to hear the verdict on the abduction case he just finished. He heads back to his office to face the dreaded pile of paperwork he was working on. He reflects on the unsolved cases he still has opened. It doesn't take long for his next case to walk in the door.

Men cluster around the burned section of dock. A diver goes into the water and comes out with a gun that goes with the bullet removed from Tag. No, no one was interested in another colored boy being shot, but the bullet from Tag came from a gun that had put bullets in more than one dead guy.
The FBI is on ehte job. Clay runs into one who is right out of the movies. He's worried and amused.
