Disruptive Films launched in August 2021, delivering cinematic gay porn movies from several well-known directors who focus on story-driven productions paired with polished sex scenes. Using award-winning porn stars and high-end filming techniques, these releases feel more like short erotic films than standard scenes. When I last visited in October 2024, a major change had just taken place with Disruptive Films joining the larger ASG Maxnetwork. Returning now, there haven’t been any major structural or creative changes since then, and the site continues to operate as part of the ASGMax bundle. New releases still typically run 35–45 minutes, with some stretching closer to an hour, making them well suited to viewers who enjoy longer, immersive viewing rather than quick-hit scenes.

The team at DisruptiveFilms is helmed by American adult film director, writer and producer Bree Mills, who brings in guest directors like Walden Woods, Michael Vegas, Mr. Pam, Ricky Greenwood, Matthew Lynn, Siouxsie Q, Steve Matts, and Jessica Jasmin to help push the envelope in their own styles. The actors are the biggest and best in gay porn, men like Derek Kage, Alpha Wolfe, Mason Lear, Max Adonis, Trevor Harris, Johnny Ford, Dakota Payne, Chris Damned, Brandon Anderson, Roman Todd, Dante Colle, and many others. The performers range from twenty-something, twinkish Jack Bailey to his costar, forty-plus silver daddy Dale Savage. Creative and stimulating stories and situations are only part of what you can expect, and of course, there's lots of hot sex. The men kiss, suck dick, eat ass, fuck bareback mostly in duos, but there are some threeways, as well. Each movie has a number of category tags on its page so that you can find more of the kind of action that turns you on.

Disruptive Films now offers 180 exclusive videos, up from the 144 scenes available when I last reviewed the site in October 2024. All titles are available to both stream and download in MP4 format, with a wide range of sizes to suit different devices and connections. Downloads are offered at 2160p (4K / Ultra HD) for the best possible image quality, 1080p (Full HD) and 720p (HD) for high-quality viewing on most screens, 520p (SD), plus four smaller mobile-optimised sizes designed for phones, tablets, or slower connections. Streaming versions are also mobile compatible and automatically resize to fit your screen. Videos are generally on the longer side, with most running around 35–45 minutes, reinforcing the site’s cinematic, feature-length approach rather than short scene-based updates.

Each DisruptiveFilms video comes with a picture set, and the pics are good quality screencaps - some could be digital stills - sized at 1920x1080. The viewer has forward and back controls, but there's no slideshow feature. You can save the pics one at a time or download whole sets in zip files. There are around 20 pics per set.

Since my last visit in October 2024, Disruptive Films has added 36 new videos, which works out to roughly three new releases per month on average, showing steady but not aggressive updating. Over the same period, the wider ASG Max network has expanded far more rapidly, adding around 412 new videos, which reinforces that much of the ongoing value now comes from the network rather than Disruptive Films as a standalone studio.

Disruptive Films is now part of the ASGMax network, which offers a total of 13,122 videos, many of which are exclusive. Members get access to sites (now called channels) including Active Duty, offering straight and military guys sucking, fucking and jacking off. You'll also find a large amount of videos from Pride Studios that includes all the videos from Men Over 30 and Extra Big Dicks, and there's also horny twinks at Next Door Twink, plus all the Next Door Studios sites, and the list goes on and on. There are also lots of non-exclusive videos from popular sites like Bel Ami and Blake Mason.

There are a few issues to be aware of. First, there's a pre-checked offer on the billing page, but it's easy to uncheck if you're not interested. When logging in, I landed on a page full of ads, and it had a notification pop-up over it, as well. The new streaming-only monthly membership's initial month is only $5 but recurs at $14 more, while the full monthly membership also has a lower initial price that doubles upon rebilling. You'll get hit with a pop-up if you back out of the billing page to the join page. While not an issue, members are limited to 300 GB of downloads per day, which is a very generous limit. Last, member area navigation is over-complicated, and finding things isn't as easy as it could be. Last, the model pages have no bio info or stats, and there's no way to search models by site.

Disruptive Films remains a distinctive offering, especially if you’re drawn to porn that leans heavily into provocative themes, narrative build-up, and a more cinematic presentation. The focus on sexual tension, extended foreplay, and story-driven encounters still sets it apart from more routine scene-based studios, and the emphasis on performance gives familiar faces room to show more than just physical chemistry. The site now features 180 exclusive videos available to stream or download across desktop and mobile devices, with updates arriving at a measured but consistent pace. That said, much of the overall value today comes from its inclusion in the broader ASGMax bundle, which continues to grow far faster than Disruptive Films on its own. If you enjoy polished, feature-length productions and like the idea of cinematic porn backed by a large network library, this is still a solid and worthwhile option.
