Then she said, “well before we get too far into this, we should discuss if you want me as your attorney, if so we need to sign paperwork”. She had some standard forms for me and explained each step. She had a lot of great suggestions and thought it best to set it up as a foundation with a board to oversee it all. We could get into more detail as we went along. This was a great start.
I walked out and was greeted again by Lloyd; he introduced me to Jared. He told me how he had brought him down from Chicago to help him and thought maybe I would be a good client for him to get started with. I said, “will Darla still be working here”. When questioned, she claimed Jared asked her to be the second person to sign off on your account. We both knew this to be untrue, as he had not spoken to anyone about your file”. I then said, “that probably makes what happened this morning make a lot more sense now”. I thanked them for letting me know and if they needed anything more from me or my attorney to let us know.

He would have more information later. He then excused himself.
