HS Boys
site reviews > Twinks & Boys > HS Boys
High School Boys is your basic megasite with the emphasis on young boys. It's
got a lot of videos, a ton of pics, and a number of live shows. Yawn. After
you see as many sites as this reviewer has, you realize there is a certain sameness
to many megasites. They offer the same videos, picture galleries, and live shows
with only minor differences in how they are combined. Unfortunately, this is
true with High School Boys. It's not a bad site - in fact, it's probably above
average -- but there is simply nothing here to get excited about. There is little
that is unique or exclusive.
Having said this, let's see what you get for your money.
Picture galleries: Citiboys (some hot young boys), Studvision (ho-hum). Newsgroups (with thumbnails, but mostly straight groups), and MiamiStudios (ho-hum) are some of the picture sections on High School Boys. But you also get Cruiser Boys which I think is one of the hottest leased galleries around. It's got a lot of hunky boy-next-door guys (many of them straight) stripping and jerking off in high-quality pics and videos.
Videos: There is a small section of exclusive videos (seven young models). In addition, you get the standard video selection of fetish, leather, Asian, Latin, twink, etc. movies.
Live show: Again, the usual suspects: Pornication, Hung and the Restless, Spy on Him, etc. Some of the most popular shows, such as Live and Raw and Prague Buddies, are noticeably missing.
I think the price for High School Boys is a little high for what you get, but here is a tip: If you enter your e-mail address in the "Join" section and then leave before providing your credit card information, you may get a surprise: an e-mail message offering you a discount on your membership.
Things we liked:
- Some good bonus sites
- 3 exclusive content sites in network
Things we didn't like:
- Site does not update
- No self-hosted videos
- Some live shows require pay to see masturbation
Membership prices: ( billing by Paycom )
- Trial: $3.96 (3 days, non-recurring)
- Trial: $14.96 (20 days, non-recurring)
- Monthly: $29.96 (non-recurring)

My rating:
Unfortunately, the site seems to have a feature that is becoming more and more common today, that of the "catch" form of registration. You are invited to click on a model's picture for additional thumbs; and WHAMO! Up springs the set of blanks calling for the usual information necessary to buy into the site. Which, of course, is one way of doing business - though, perhaps, not all that attractive a way for those browsing.
Then comes the "hooker". You can't back out, or go anywhere else. Every attempt to return to the review site, or move on, is met with a return to the registrations. And, finally, the only way out is by shutting off the Internet entirely; and dropping back into one's desktop. Which is an annoying nuisance, to say the least.
A site doing this kind of "recruiting" doesn't rank very high in my book.

My rating:
Wish I had read this review first, might have gotten a discount, that just might have made it worthwhile. Have to agree too, all these super sites are basically the same.
They overwhelm you with tons of stuff that is everywhere, though not all the popular stuff as you point out.
I am checking here first, before I open the wallet.
