I miss you so much and want us to be back to having things as they were.” Julie started to say something, but Mike cut her off, “But, I understand that you want, you need time to think about things. I know what I told you is a lot to take in, but please consider all that I told you Jules. I love you. I love you so much that I couldn’t lie to you. Please understand that. I’ll give you that time to think things over and I don’t want our situation to be a dark cloud over this wedding. As Mike made his way back to the car, Tony and Scott were already inside waiting. As Mike climbed into the back seat, Tony glance back at him in the rear-view mirror, “You ok Mike?” Mike nodded his head and said, “Yeah, I am. We talked. Nothing’s changed. Jules still needs some time, but there’s still a chance. I’m going to hang on to that.”  Scott then turned to look back at Mike and said, “Hang in there, bro. Jules will come around.” Mike smiled weakly and said, “I hope so.”
