Wank Vids Review

Wank Vids offers mostly hardcore suck-and-fuck action, although some of the older videos do include solo scenes. I last reviewed the site in March 2022 and have now returned to see whether any new content has been added or if there have been any notable changes. The videos are full scenes taken from commercially released DVD titles, mostly produced before 2010, with a few dating back as far as 2002, which explains the smaller file sizes and more dated look of some content. Let's head over and take a look.

Performer-wise, there’s a broad mix on offer including masculine men, leather guys, daddies, Asian and Latin performers, Black men, jocks, athletic studs, and a few muscle hunks, with some newer additions also featuring twinks. You’ll see both hairy and smooth bodies, bearded and clean-shaven faces, cut and uncut cocks, and a range of builds from slim and average to athletic and muscular. Wank Vids is also part of the larger Massive Gay Pass network, which I’ll go into in more detail later in the review.

There are some threesomes, outdoor sex, but most of the action features indoor duos. I found two leather men fucking in a dungeon, a couple guys suck and fuck on a restaurant table, and two men wrestle till one submits and gets nailed by the winner. Two football players head back to the locker room where one face-fucks the other followed by plenty of cock-in-hole closeups. A couple huge bodybuilders go at it in a field, their muscles and cocks glisten in the sun. That being said, many of the videos - including the solo jerkoff sessions - are shot indoors in bedrooms and living rooms.

Wank Vids now offers 191 videos in MP4 format. Videos are available to both stream and download in 480p (SD) and 360p (SD) resolutions. The smaller file sizes are due to the age of the source material with most scenes originating from older DVD releases. Video quality ranges from average to good at their native sizes, but the limited resolutions mean the videos don’t scale well to full-screen viewing where quality loss becomes noticeable. Streaming is handled via a mobile-compatible player, and while some scenes hold up better than others, these videos are best viewed on smaller screens rather than large displays.

Each episode comes with a picture set. These are screencaps sized at around 640x480 or 640x360 at average to good quality, although I found some sets with pics as small as 352x240, and while the quality of these was pretty good, they're just too small to really get into the action. The pics can be individually downloaded, or you can save entire sets in zip files. While there are no slideshows, you can navigate from pic to pic using the arrows to the left and right of each photo.

Since my last review in March 2022, Wank Vids has added 60 new videos, bringing the total up to 191. Spread over roughly 46 months, that works out to an average of just over one video per month. Updates don’t appear to follow a regular schedule, but the site has continued to grow slowly over time rather than sitting completely idle. Full members also get access to additional content via the wider network, which I’ll cover next.

Wank Vids has moved to a different network called Massive Gay Pass since our last visit. It's smaller than the previous network, but still offers 5,389 videos from 36 sites and collections including Broke and Horny,  Euro Twinkin, Bareback Vids , Gay XXX Orgy,  Latino Cock Stars, Anal Discipline, XXX Asian Gays and Black Stud Vids, to name a few. Some sites have similar video sizes and quality videos to WankVids while others offer higher quality HD content. The network updates about four times each week; some of the sites no longer update, but enough continue to add new content to keep members busy.

Let's talk about issues. There are two pre-checked offers on the right side of the billing page, and while each of those sites is listed a bonus site, they're not bonus sites as they each require individual memberships. Trial members get limited access - they can view the "best 12 scenes in the network", which may not include any movies from WankVids. When joining, you automatically agree to receive commercial emails with no way to opt out until later. There are two rows of thumbs on the bottom of most pages that could be mistaken for content but actually lead to a third-party live cam site. 

Wank Vids does offer variety when it comes to performers, covering a broad mix of body types, ages, and ethnicities in hardcore action and the occasional solo scene, but there’s nothing here that really stands out anymore. The 191 videos on the site are all drawn from older DVD-era releases, and the content feels dated across the board, both visually and conceptually. Updates have been slow, and while the site has continued to grow, it does so at a very modest pace. The main value of a membership lies less in Wank Vids itself and more in the access it provides to the wider Massive Gay Pass network; however, much of that material also consists of older content rather than freshly produced scenes. As a standalone site, Wank Vids feels unremarkable, and its appeal today is largely limited to users who want low-resolution archive material bundled with broader network access.
