Bareback Plus Review

Bareback Plus launched in early in 2022 and comes from the producers of Carnal Plus. It features content filmed by well-known gay porn star and director Jason Sparks. The site brings together well-established bareback sites Jason Sparks Live and Raw Fuck Boys with their crew of regular gay porn regulars and fresh faces along with six other gay porn sites. There have been a number of changes since our last review a year ago, including the addition of two new sites, so let's get logged in and see what's been happening.

Let’s talk about the two newest sites that BarebackPlus launched in fall / winter of 2023. Hung Fuckers brings us very well-hung tops fucking cock-eager bottoms, and there have been 12 videos released so far with a new one added every other week. Hung men Eddie Patrick, Jordan Starr, Sean Xavier, and Adam Snow have been the tops so far, and the bottoms are mostly twinks and jocks like Dylan Hayes, Grant Ducati, and Devin Franco. Cum Dump Sluts features one bottom getting gang banged by five or six tops and offers nine videos to date, and it also updates every other week. Jason Sparks Live is still here, but all of its studio porn videos were moved to a newly-created site called Jock Breeders. The newer scenes are good amateur quality and fairly crisp, but the older scenes were filmed nearly a decade ago and are average quality, but they are still enjoyable. There's a full-screen option with the newest scenes faring best. The site is mobile compatible, and the videos play well on my phone and tablet. 

Downloads aren't included with your membership. The site used to have a paid upgrade that you could add onto your streaming membership, but now downloads are on a pay-per-item basis. The downloads for all of the newest sites are $9.99 per video and you’ll get an HD and SD version and you can watch them whenever you want, even if you cancel your streaming membership. Dirty Boy Society and Jason Sparks Live downloads are $5.99 each which makes sense since they are older and lesser quality. Download purchases are handled by a separate site which is still owned and operated by this company.

Each episode offers a gallery of 15 to 30 pictures, and these appear to be a mix of digital stills and screencaps. The newest episodes have pictures sized 1080x1440 or slightly bigger, but older pics may come in smaller sizes, and while some are pretty good quality, most are average and not very sharp. Screencaps generally display at 1920x1080, and quality varies depending on the age, but the newer ones are pretty good. You can browse the pictures in galleries with forward or back controls or you can use the hands-free slideshow. You can save the pictures individually or download whole sets in zip files.

As far as updates go, BarebackPlus updates on Wednesdays with anywhere from two to four videos each week. During the month of February, there were 12 updates - one update from each of Twink Loads, Bound Twinks, and Jason Sparks Live; Hung Fuckers and Cum Dump Sluts updated biweekly with two new videos each, and Jock Breeders updated weekly with a total of four new vids. As I mentioned earlier, there hasn’t been an update from Raw Fuck Boys since December 2023. 

As far as extras go, members get access to 150 bonus bareback videos from third-party producer Next Door Studios. They used to add one video weekly, but now they’re down to two a month.

As I mentioned, all of the memberships are streaming only. Oddly, the three-day trial renews at $29.99, which is $5 less per month than the monthly membership. Trials almost always renew at higher rates, so this is a nice surprise. It’s worth noting that pricing is edging up at Bareback Plus, the monthly option has increased by $5 and the 90-day option has increased by $10, but you’re still getting a good swack of content with multiple weekly updates.

Are there any problems at BarebackPlus? There are two pre-checked offers on the billing page, but these are easy to uncheck if you're not interested. There's a pre-checked email subscription on the join page, and while you can uncheck it, the site's terms state that by joining, you agree to receive commercial emails and updates. When the network is running a sale, you'll see pop-ups on the tour, and any sales pricing recurs at the regular rates, so make sure you read the fine print on the billing page. Models have pages that link you to their content, but sadly there's no bios or stats on their pages. There are still a handful of videos featuring sex between cis males and trans guys on the Raw Fuck Boys channels, but the rest of the scenes from Jock Pussy and FTM Men have been moved to FTM Plus, which requires a separate membership. You’ll find links to both sites on the Channels page, as well as banners throughout the site. One last thing is that the tour claims you’ll get "unlimited access to 1000's of bareback videos", but this is an exaggeration.

Bareback Plus brings together not raw sex videos produced by Jason Sparks in one big network. With 917 streaming videos from eight gay sex sites, you'll have a lot to enjoy. The videos will play on your desktop and mobiles, and downloads are available if you want to pay extra for them. The network updates once a week with multiple videos, and the individual sites update weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
