FTM Plus Review

FTM Plus is a hot porn network featuring sexy trans men hooking up with mostly cis males in hardcore suck-and-fuck action. The network brings together two powerhouse sites in trans porn, Jock Pussy and FTM Men, along with the newer Transcest, which focuses on fauxcest fantasies of men with their trans stepsons. We last reviewed the site in May 2024, and now in September 2025 we’ve come back to see what’s been happening.

JockPussy is their original FTM trans guy site and was created by Luke Hudson, who appears in dozens of videos. He's joined by other FTM guys like hairy and inked Ari Koyote, smooth and slim Declan Gray, and others. FTM Men came along a couple of years later and launched with muscled Beaux James, heavily inked Chance Hart, muscular and tatted Jesse Diamond, who is the only trans man on the site who has had bottom surgery. Ginger-bearded Stevie Trixx is a ruggedly sexy man with some ink and a voracious appetite for cock, and Aiden Dean is a sexy newcomer with a chinstrap beard, smooth body and very hairy legs. There are more trans men who have popped up in the line-up.

The cis males are a mix of gay porn stars ranging from twinks in their twenties to muscled men in their thirties and forties. The action is hot stuff featuring trans guys playing mostly with cis men, although there have been a couple of trans-on-trans videos like a recent one with Luke Hudson fucking Ari Koyote with a strap-on. FTM Plus also offers access to the more recently launched site Transcest, a site that explores fauxcest fantasies between cis men and their younger trans stepsons in their twenties. There are five series so far, and while some have finished their run, others continue to add new episodes. These Transcest series are a bit more story-driven with dialogue and plots, but they're pretty simple and packed with lots of hot taboo sex between performers playing step-family members, but of course, these are only fantasies.

FTM Plus now offers 367 streaming videos, up from 276 when we last reviewed the site in May 2024—so nearly 100 new scenes have been added since then. Videos play in a responsive player that adjusts to fit any screen size and look solid in full-screen mode. They’re mobile compatible and worked well on both phone and tablet. Downloads are not included with your membership, but are available for an additional fee on a per-item basis (starting at $9.95). If you choose to purchase downloads, they’re offered in four formats: 1080p (Full HD), 720p (HD), 480p (SD), and 360p, all at good quality.

Each episode comes with a picture set. These are good amateur quality screencaps, not quite as crisp as we prefer, but they preview the men and the action nicely and are sized at around 1139x1709, but there may be other sizes; there are anywhere from around a dozen to 25 or pics or more per set. The picture viewer has forward and back controls so you can navigate the pics, and there's also a slideshow. You can save the pictures individually or download  whole sets in zip files. The pictures have a large watermark running down the side of the image, and while they generally don't interfere with the action, they could be reduced to be less in-your-face.

Since our last review in May 2024, FTM Plus has added 91 new videos—growing from 276 to 367 scenes by September 2025. That works out to an average of about 5–6 new videos per month. Updates typically include a mix from the main sites, with most coming from Jock Pussy and FTM Men, and occasional new additions from Transcest.

Let's talk about downsides. There are two pre-checked offers on the billing page, but they're easy to uncheck if you're not interested. There's a pre-checked email subscription on the join page, but even though you can deselect and join, the site's terms give them permission to send you communications and offers anyway. You can, however, opt out after the fact. There's a full-page ad when you log in, but finding your way to the content is easy, and there's a pop-over on the tour, but it's easy to close. Navigating through the three sites that make up FTMPlus requires you to sort the Videos page every time you land on it or you can use the Channels page. Regarding prices, the monthly membership is supposedly discounted at 50% but rebills at double the price, so make sure you read the fine print. 

One thing that I'd like to see is a sort feature on the Models page so that I could see only the sexy trans men all on the same page. Currently the trans and cis male models are mixed together, and while it's not a huge issue on a smaller network like this, I'd still like a sorting option. While the model pages have links to all of their appearances, there's no information about them.
