(Also before I start, apologies for not being able to spell the title correctly on chapter 1, terrible oversight on my part)

“Hey, you,” he says as I jump not expecting him to be home this early looking at the clock reading just after 4:30.

“Yeah, I had cancelled meeting so there was really no point in staying around when I had nothing else to do,” he says wandering over to me kissing me passionately.

“What have you been up to today?” he asks putting his arms around me as he looks over my shoulder looking at my song. “Not much luck on the words?” he says looking down as I get embarrassed.

I shrug my shoulders “It’s there I know it is but I can’t get the words out in the way that I want them too”. Ben starts massaging my shoulders and kissing my neck as he leans over me “You know I didn’t want to leave you this morning, right?” he whispers into my ear as I feel him pushing his hand down my shirt and pulling it off.

I smile as he runs his hands down my back, massaging my back as I tilt my head so that he can kiss me as he continues to rub his hand over my back “Dad won’t be home for a while, want to go upstairs” Ben whispers in my ear as I don’t respond and strip off leaving my clothes on the living room floor.

Ben has practically stripped with his clothes going upstairs as we go straight into the bedroom and I feel him pin himself up against me, as our cocks both grow hard as we grind against each other as he kisses down my body, his hands exploring my nipples as they get hard and we keep making out.

I close my eyes as he goes down and starts to put his mouth over my hard cock, his tongue running down the shaft as I moan loudly. His tongue feels amazing and I can’t imagine anything better right now. Laying there, his hands shift to my balls massaging them and my taint as he keeps sucking my cock, as the pre-cum is leaking out of my cock as he slurps it up.

It doesn’t take long for Ben to perch himself over my cock and slide down on top of it, his tight hole stretching around my cock, not realising how long it’s been since I’ve fucked him. I let him get used to the size and girth of my shaft before pushing in deeper as he rides me. Sitting on my cock, he starts bouncing, milking my cock that was already at the point of blowing a massive load which I do almost instantly.

The thick wads of cum go straight up into his tight hole, I let out a major moan as blow right up into his ass with about four or five big launches up inside my hot fiancé. As I blow my load up inside him, I feel Ben blowing his load all over my chest. Despite us both blowing our loads, I feel Ben still riding me trying to get every drop of cum out of my cock and balls.

I don’t know how long he rides me but eventually, he pulls off panting hard as he falls back on the bed, his muscles sweaty from riding me and he kisses me deeply. Laying there for a few minutes, we don’t hear any noise coming from downstairs with Richard getting home from work.

“Come on boys… don’t leave your clothes everywhere,” he says as we can hear him coming up the stairs and we don’t have time to put anything on as Richard comes past “Oh…” he turns away and walks back as we both laugh. We get out of bed and cut across to the shower because we need to clean up a bit.

We quickly have a shower and put some clothes on as Richard is getting dinner ready as we come back down, both embarrassed about the situation and being caught not for the first time. “Hey Dad, good day?” Ben says with confidence that has really grown in him the last few months.

“Not too bad, pretty quiet actually which is nice for today which is why I was able to get home a bit earlier,” he says as he struggles to look at us which is understandable given how much of an adjustment that it has been from going to have a “straight” single son, to having your son’s gay fiancé that you hated and distrusted living under the roof.

“Sorry about the clothes, we had planned on cleaning up before you got home,” he says as Ben plays on his phone not really being much help. “It’s alright, you always clean up after your umm moments,” Richard says with a nervous uncertainness in his voice.

We sit in awkward silence for a bit “Are you heading out tonight?” I ask just getting a sense of what is going on “Yeah, the group is going to see a concert at the Music Hall tonight which is why I put dinner on early, I hope that’s ok?” Richard says as Ben nods.

“Anytime you go out is good for you Dad,” he says as dinner gets dished up and we start eating before Richard goes to get ready as I’m sitting there with Ben. “Well, that’s always awkward,” I say sitting there as Ben laughs “Yeah but I mean who cares,” he says shrugging his shoulders as we put the plates into the dishwasher.

After dinner, Ben goes upstairs and does some work and video chats with Josh whilst I sit downstairs still trying to play the guitar for a bit, still not getting any work done on the lyrics even though I’m desperate to have a fresh song for the audition.

I head upstairs and see Ben and Josh video chatting and poke my head into the third bedroom, which is essentially Ben’s office now “Hey bro, what’s happening?” I say as Josh smiles and waves from Australia. “Not too much, finally able to finish these deals off and then I’ll be back home in a few days”.

Knowing what happened between Ben and Josh doesn’t always make me feel the most comfortable but I have no issues with them staying friends because it was Josh who helped Ben through the time when I left town for a while. I chat with the two of them for a couple of minutes before heading out of the room.

Josh stops for a minute “Hey Ben, can I talk to Liam for a couple of minutes? It’s private stuff that you don’t want to hear yet”. I get worried for a minute but then realise I know what he wants to talk about even though he says to Ben it’s about surprises and the wedding.

Ben heads downstairs as I close the door so he can’t hear anything “Have you thought any more about reconnecting with your Mum?” Josh asks curiously about the situation because I used his advice not long after he was able to reconnect with his estranged family.

Honestly, I’ve thought about it but I just don’t know if it is worth it because Ben and I are happy, I’ve moved on from my past and I really don’t want to bring up so much of the bad stuff that happened with the drugs, the selling and all that,” I say reflecting on how much I have been thinking of it lately.

Josh sits there listening and nodding taking in the facts “I can understand that but as Ben said to me that you only have one family and even if things don’t go the way that you want them to, you will always live with that doubt that you didn’t even try”. I reflect on what Josh says before he has to go and I head downstairs.

“Anything you want to share with me? Or are allowed to share with me?” Ben asks as I head back downstairs and go outside and grab some fresh air for a few minutes. Ben follows me out “What’s the matter babe, something is bothering you,” he says as he rubs my back.

“Huh? Oh never had so much trouble trying to get a song done before, so many of them just happen but with this one, I can’t get it right” I say a touch frustrated by it. “You don’t need to rush the process you know, you can get it right,” Ben says to me knowing that he’s right and that it is just as easy to use one of my other original songs.

He takes my guitar and puts it to the side as we just sit together watching a movie before heading to bed. Lying in bed, all I can think about is trying to reconnect with my mother and whether it is a good idea to bring her back into my life.

The next morning Ben and I head out to breakfast before he heads to work we head to a Café not too far from his office, we sit in the booth in the corner “So have you told anyone about me yet?” I ask knowing that Ben hasn’t wanted to share too much of his personal life with his new colleagues.

“Not yet, I mean if it comes up yeah, I will tell them but I’m not going to go out of my way to publicise it you know” I nod understanding where Ben is coming from. This job for him is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity after he graduated top of the class in his Marketing Degree and careers at this level so soon into your career is almost non-existent.

(Now looking from Ben's view point)

Sitting there eating my Eggs on Toast, I look across at Ben “Have you thought much more about finding our own place?”. His face changes and I can’t really tell whether he is annoyed about me asking because I know part of him doesn’t want to leave his Dad living alone which I can understand but at the same time it would be nice for us to have our own place.

“A bit yeah, but I mean is it really the right time given everything and Dad still adjusting to things and well there is so much connection to the house,” Ben says which I agree with given how much sentimentality there is for both of us in the house, especially with all the memories we have in that house and I know that there is such a connection to his Mum.

Sitting there having breakfast is nice together spending some time together which we don’t get to do as much anymore now that Ben is working pretty much every day. As we sit there, a tall young girl with dark hair comes over “Benny” she says smiling as she looks at me “Oh sorry, didn’t realise you had company with you”.

Ben finishes his mouthful “Oh Kayla, this is Liam, Liam this is Kayla one of our office assistants” I shake her hand as she gives me a flirtatious smile. I smile back as she excuses herself for interrupting and wanders off. “Any reason for the lack of proper introduction?” I ask not trying to make an issue about things but it does slightly annoy me that he hasn’t told anyone about us.

“I did introduce you didn’t I?” I reply rather frustrated by his question “This is Liam… pretty sure those were the words that I just said”. I look back across at Liam who is rather stunned by my abrupt “Yeah but it wasn’t anything like introducing me as your fiancé or anything like that, it was just like I was a nobody”.

Grabbing my jacket as I finish off my coffee annoyed at the moment “I’ll see you this afternoon”. Liam grabs hold of my arm and holds me from going anywhere“Hey, what’s the matter? Is it something that I’ve done?” trying to figure out why he wouldn’t introduce me as his fiancé and what is going on given how much he loves me.

“It’s nothing alright, like I said if I don’t want to tell anyone that I’m engaged then so what? It’s not like I don’t love you or anything like that, I just don’t want my personal life to become the story of the office” I say  as I lean in and kiss him  on the cheek after checking to see if anybody is around.

Finishing up breakfast, I don’t know why Liam had to push the issue so much about me telling everyone I’m engaged, it’s not what I’m about, I don’t really care about the whole life history nonsense in the office, I’d rather just prove myself to everybody and let them know about Liam in my own time rather than parade the fact.

I walk to he office which is just around the corner and swipe my way up to level 48 of the building and head in “Morning, any post for me?” I ask Angela the receptionist who just points at the pigeon holes where I see my box empty.

Walking in straight to my office, I close the door for a minute frustrated by what happened at breakfast, I love Liam more than anything else in the world and I would love to tell everyone about him and what he means to me, but for the most part, I’m just worried that people would see me differently around the office and just change things. I sit there for a minute, looking at the photo that I keep on my desk of us on a trip to Spain a few weeks after I graduated uni and before starting work here.

As I look at the picture, there’s a knock at the door and it’s Kayla coming in “Hey, I just wanted to give you these plans that you wanted yesterday before you left and wanted to see if you were ok, I hope I didn’t interrupt anything with you and your mate”.

I sit there for a minute wondering if I should say anything “Nah, you didn’t interrupt or anything we were just finishing up having breakfast that was all and thanks for the plans” I say taking a look at the folder.

Sitting there for a few minutes still looking at the photo before I start getting into doing what I need to do for the rest of the day. I work on autopilot for most of the day until lunchtime when I text Liam “Hey, sorry for overreacting this morning, I’m still trying to get used to everything and everyone here, I love you”.

I grab my lunch from the fridge and wander back into the office, trying to get some more work done to try and see if I can get out of work early. Sitting there working, I watch Liam replies to my text “Hey babe, don’t worry about it, I think you just need to not let what they think stress you out” I sit there and smile knowing that Liam has already realised what I’ve been thinking without me even talking about it. It’s something that he’s always managed to do right since we were kids.

I get interrupted from replying to his text by some more work and a couple of phone calls and then a few meetings, It’s about 2 hours later before I get a chance to reply “I know L, I just want everything to go right first xx”.

Sitting at my desk Kayla knocks on the door, “Hey, just wanted to check if you’re coming to our Friday night drinks” she asks as I sit there and realise that Friday night I was supposed to be watching Liam have another gig.

“I’ve got plans this Friday so might need to give it a rain check,” I say disappointed because it would’ve been nice. “Well. it’s a shame, if you change your mind then we’re heading to the Nova because they’ve always got really good music and this week looks pretty good”.

I nod, quickly realising that this must be the same gig that Liam has this Friday night that I was going to watch him play at. Something wants me to tell Kayla that Liam is playing at it but at the same time I don’t want to let anything on too soon.

After a quick meeting, I head down to grab a coffee and some fresh air, I love my job and all the parts of it but honestly, being cooped up in the office is absolutely exhausting sometimes because one of my favourite things is just to be working outside.

I order a strong coffee and take a few minutes to have a chill-out which I don’t care if it’s something that anyone else approves of, but I always want to balance things out. I ring Liam who answers straight away “Hey sexy, so I just wanted to talk to you about something for a few minutes so just hear me out”.

“Work has their monthly Friday night drinks this week and naturally I was invited to go and before you say anything I said that I had plans,” I say starting to explain my situation as Liam interrupts me.

“You want to go don’t you, come on remember how hard it was to even get a gig at the Nova, it took so much effort and I want you there to see me, you’re the reason that I got into this,” he says as I can feel the exasperated tone in his voice.

“Listen L, the Friday drinks are at the Nova so I was thinking that I could introduce you to everyone there and that they can see you sing and perform and then I can show you off,” I say hearing a sigh of relief and an instant change of tone in Liam’s voice.

“Fuck yeah, that sounds absolutely perfect my man… though how about we have a little fun with this,” he says in his usual cheeky manner which always makes me smile but I know how much trouble his cheeky streak can cause.

I sit there nervously, wondering what the hell he is going to do to try and make this supposedly fun as I sit on the bench in the nearby park drinking my Cappuccino with an extra shot and two sugars “What are you thinking and it better not be something that is going to get me into trouble like the balloon saga on my first day”.

I can hear Liam laughing down the phone, “That wasn’t my fault, I didn’t realise I’d ordered 100” he says trying to justify what was embarrassing and didn’t necessarily set me in the best of impressions.

“But seriously, what about if we didn’t tell them that I was your fiancé and just introduce me as your housemate or friend?” he says which is actually a good idea because it covers my nervousness about introducing him to everyone but at the same time getting them used to Liam because he is probably completely different to my work personality. “Look, I’ve gotta go but we can work on this plan when I get home and I know I texted you but sorry for snapping this morning”.

“Not at all B, will talk to you when you get home tonight,” he says as I smile, his voice sounding happy which is good because I really feed off his energy. I head back up to the office and bump into Kayla “Hey, I’ve been able to change my plans for Friday so I can come” I say which gets her excited.

“Yay Ben…. remember you can bring your girlfriend or whoever on Friday because we’d love to get to know you a lot better outside of the office,” she says smiling as I head back to my office and start doing some work for a while.
