In his head, he should be happier with Porter because he got to play the “top” and do the fucking, but he often thought of bottoming with Kaden who was really skilled with his dick.

It was such a triangle, which is always the worst part of any multiple-person relationship. Sooner or later, someone is going to get left out and get upset. Porter felt it was important to bring up the discussion about moving forward. Would they just always be a threesome moving forward or could each person explore on their own? By Sunday night, he was so tired of thinking about the situation that he went to bed early to escape. On Monday morning when everyone arrived, Porter huddled up with each of them to let them know he felt they should chat together. They both agreed. Right after their regular meeting at 10am, they reconvened in Porter’s office and sat at his small table in the corner.

“Good Morning again, gentlemen.” He started. They each returned their greetings. “I wanted to chat about this past week before we get too involved in our work week. I hope you both had as great a time as I did! I’m not sure how we’re ever going to be able to top that! I can’t stop thinking about it and I’m dreading the amount of time it will take to coordinate something like that again.”

“Yeah, it was great.” Matthew responded. “I thought about you both over the weekend a lot also. And Kaden, I’m so surprised that you let yourself go so much. I hope you don’t have any regrets and had a good time.”

“Fuck yeah! It was insane.” Kaden replied. “I can’t wait to do it again. Confession: I also thought about you both quite a bit over the weekend. I wanted to talk about that too.”

Porter interrupted. “That’s exactly why I wanted the three of us to get together. I figured we were each thinking about the group and I think it’s best that we chat about all our feelings in the open.”

“Agreed.” Matthew replied.

Porter continued. “I can start, unless someone else wants to?”

“You go ahead.” Kaden replied. Matthew nodded in agreement.

“Before getting into feelings, I wanted to see how we all felt about hooking up moving forward. Are we just going to be a threesome from now on, or are we all still free to hook up one-on-one as we did before?” Porter started. “And before you answer, we need to lay some ground rules that we’re going to be honest with each other and not feel embarrassed about anything. There is no judging here.”

They both were rather silent for a second.

“I’ll start then.” Porter continued. “I have already said many times over how much I love being with both of you and since I was the instigator of the threesome this past week, I’ll put it out there that I think we should still be able to hook up individually, if we want. I think the logistics of waiting until all three of us can get time together is going to be impossible and I don’t want to be without you two for that long.”

Matthew chimed in. “I agree. Don’t get me wrong neither. I loved the three of us being together, but it would take too long to plan that again.”

Kaden was still a little silent.

Porter prodded him, “Kaden, what do you want to say? You’re very quiet.”

Kaden started. “Ummm...I’m fine with that, I guess.” He hesitated.

Matthew sat back, crossing his arms. Porter looked at Matthew with concern, and then reached out to take Kaden’s hand. “You want to say something else.” Porter pushed him. “Don’t worry, we both care for you a lot. What’s going on?”

Kaden continued. “I was just going to say that I feel like I had an awakening, I guess. I had so much fun that I don’t want it to end. I know it’s stupid and crazy of me to think we could all be happy together. I don’t really know what I’m saying, I just know I’m feeling all strange inside.”

Matthew chimed in. “Kaden, you can’t mean leaving our families and all being together? That’s not possible. I love my wife. Don’t you love yours? And what about your kids?”

Porter sat there looking stunned. He was afraid this would happen. He was still holding Kaden’s hand.

“Yeah, I love my wife and kids, but...fuck.” Kaden was breaking down a bit. “I don’t know what’s going on. I keep thinking about you both and being with you both and it’s messing with my head.”

“Matthew, if it’s OK with you, let me take this, but chime in if you feel differently.” Porter said. “Kaden, listen to me. Everyone goes through feelings when they are intimate with someone. We laid the ground rules for this before we started, remember? I knew something like this would happen, but truthfully, I thought it would be me. I’ll be honest with you both, and I cannot speak for Matthew, but I love you both very much, as much as I love my husband, but I’m not willing to give up my life for an unknown. Kaden, you’re just excited because it’s all so new. You’ll get tired of us quickly and then regret any rash decisions! Believe me, we’re here for you and are not going anywhere.”

“I appreciate it very much.” Kaden replied. “I hope you’re right.”

“He’s right.” Matthew quickly broke in. “We’re not going anywhere, and I have no problem admitting that I love you both also, but not enough to break up my happy home.”

Porter continued. “Kaden, I hate to give you tough love, but seriously, snap out of it. We can fuck and have a good time, and even be in love with each other, but we can have the best of both worlds this way. Stay out of your head overthinking everything. Go with the flow. You’ll see, in a few months, you’ll settle into the groove and wonder why you ever felt this way at all.”

“I hope so.” Kaden confessed. “I don’t like being so uncertain.”

“Come here, stupid, and give me a kiss.” Porter told him. They kissed as old lovers did. Matthew was rubbing his back and squeezing the back of his neck softly. “Let’s get back to our days and we’ll chat whenever you like.”

Matthew and Porter exchanged glances as Kaden exited. Later in the day, Porter ran into Matthew in the hallway on the way to the bathroom.

“What are we going to do with him?” Matthew asked. “He’s acting crazy.”

“I know.” Porter replied. “We talked about this at the beginning!”

“We did.” Matthew agreed. “Do you need to talk at all?”

“I’m good for now, as long as everything continues as is and he calms down!” Porter replied. “Unless you want to run away with me! Just kidding!”

Matthew just smiled and they both went back to their normal routine.
