The XXX Therapist is a new gay porn site that launched in the summer of 2025 and officially debuted in September. The XXX Therapist uploaded its first video on July 10 and originally promised a new scene every Thursday. When we first visited in September, the site had 16 videos; as of early December, that number has risen to 20. That means they’ve added 4 new videos in roughly three months, which is noticeably slower than a weekly schedule would require. While the site is still updating, the pace has slipped from the promised weekly rhythm to something closer to one video per month.

There are a few negative things to mention. There's a pre-checked offer on the sign-up page, but you can opt out of it easily enough. The site costs $29.99 a month and I find this rather expensive for a site that has no video downloads, no picture galleries, and no model profiles. However, the scenes and situations themselves are quite fun and a turn-on to watch. As I mentioned, there's no anal sex at the moment, but I imagine it will come eventually. The site has a free-form search engine, but whatever your searching for will only pop up if the word appears in a video's title or description; I found zero results for uncut or foreskin even though every guy is uncircumcised.

The XXX Therapist remains a fun and quirky concept built entirely around Dr. Dantee (Dominik Balta) and his supposedly magical cock. Whatever the patient’s issue—performance anxiety, social awkwardness, or a sudden inability to speak English—the doctor’s “treatment” always involves the same prescription: a long, enthusiastic suck on his big uncut dick, followed by a curative cum shot.
