Gay porn star Johnny Rapid has been filming porn since he was 18 years old. He made a name for himself with MEN.com where I believe he filmed over 200 videos before he struck out on his own. Since leaving his alma mater, Rapid has struggled to find a permanent home for his content and he's teamed up with a couple of companies, but none of these relationships lasted and each move simply amounted to him recycling the same few dozen scenes. It's May 2026 and we're reviewing his latest venture with Edward James, a porn director who now has three sites in his portfolio including the newest one called Men Films. We want to take a look inside to see if Johnny Rapid's site is growing and producing new content. Why don't you join me?

Johnny Rapid is now 34 years old and he's still a sexy guy with a trim body that's sometimes smooth and other times a little hairy. The video player resizes them to fit your screen size and most are good quality. The videos are available in five to seven resolutions with the oldest ones lacking a 4K and QHD version, but all scenes at least have a 1080p (Full HD) version and these enlarge to full screen on large monitors quite nicely. The site and videos are fully mobile compatible. Downloads are not included for members, but if you want to buy a video, they're available for sale on the tour. You cannot buy videos in the members area.

Each video comes with a photo set. The pics are good quality digital stills and the oldest are sized at 800x1200 (portrait) and 800x533 (landscape) while the newest ones display at 2000x3000 in both portrait and reversed for landscape. There may, however, be some sets of screencaps, but if so, they're good quality. You can browse pictures in a viewer with forward and back controls and a hands-free slideshow feature. You can save the pictures individually, but there are no downloadable zip files, which is unfortunate.

Updates take some figuring out. Johnny Rapid's site has bounced around with a number of different management companies, but it generally just recycled the same scenes. In 2022, Johnny Rapid moved away from the MEN.com umbrella and re-launched with 56 videos. Now, exactly four years later, he's re-launching for at least a second time and his members area now has 89 videos. That's only an increase of 33 videos or 1.5 videos a month. However, the videos dates show it's been updating weekly since August 2024. The numbers don't add up, so certainly the site has re-dated episodes to make them appear new.

Furthermore, the newest three videos on our last visit in 2025 featured Jack Bailey, Cyrus Stark, and Jackson Cooper and each of those videos has disappeared from the members area. Daniel Hausser appears in an April 2026 release, but he stopped filming in 2022 and this scene may have appeared in 2021 under a different title. Another "new" video shows Diego Sans fucking Johnny Rapid wearing a condom and Sans has been filming bareback porn for a few years now, so this one probably isn't new either. These are all signs of recycling, but at the same time, there has been growth, we just can tell how much new content is being produced.

All I can say about updates is that the site is currently adding a scene every Thursday and these could be new or recycled. While I was doing this review on a Thursday in May, the site updated before I finished the review. Finally, in the nine months since our last review, the site has grown by 36 videos, so that shows positive growth.

There is a Sites selection on the navigation bar, but it only gives you preview access to Edward James, a porn site dedicated to Black men, and Men Films, a new project from this director featuring a number of his videos from years gone by.

There are some other issues. There's a pre-checked offer on the right side of the billing page and it's marked as a "Bonus Site", but it's easy to uncheck if you're not interested. By joining, you automatically agree to receive commercial emails, but the site's Terms and Conditions lay out that they abide by a strict opt-out policy. Previously, we complained that model pages had no profiles or info about them - not even for JohnnyRapid himself – but this has changed, and each model has a brief paragraph talking about them, still no stats, but there are links to their scenes.
