Scotty’s story

Brad quickly grabbed Brian’s phone, put his Father on speaker, hit record, then he set it down on the coffee table in front of us and put a finger up to his own lips signaling Brian not to tell his father we were there.

“When are you going to stop this nonsense and come home?” Said the calm but commanding voice.

“I AM home, and you shouldn’t be contacting me, father” Brian said in a confident tone. “I’d like to talk to Eli or Seth please” Brian said trying to take control of the conversation.

“They’re at church asking forgiveness for their disobedience. I told them no cell phones, yet somehow they have this one.” His father said then he added “Proverbs 23:13-14 - Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die.” Brian got a fearful look on his face because he knew firsthand the punishment for disobedience.“This has gone on long enough. It’s too late to save your demon of a brother, but I know where you are and I’m coming to Wisconsin to bring you home.”

We all looked at each other… Wisconsin? Why does he think Brian’s in Wisconsin? Then it hit me and I pointed to Bri’s phone. Brian’s phone was on Pop’s plan so his number had a WI area code. The good news was that although Brad’s father acted like he knew where Brian was, he had no clue. Brian picked up on that quickly and played along.

“If you feel you need to come to Wisconsin to get me, I can’t stop you, but the law can. I’m an adult. I choose where and how to live my life” Brian said with a strength I hadn’t heard in his voice until now. The last few weeks of independence had given him a new confidence and I was seeing him as a man instead of a boy for the first time.

“You’re making a mistake and being led astray by the devil, son.” His father’s words were calm and calculated. It was obvious he had planned them out carefully. “You are to honor and obey your mother and father” he said sternly.

“I disagree with you and so does the law” Brian said without wavering. ”Do NOT contact me again. AND TELL ELI TO CALL ME WHEN HE GETS HOME!” Brian barked at his father before hanging up.

Brad just looked at him and asked “Brian, what the hell were you thinking sending Eli a phone?” Brian just looked at him like he was going to break into tears.

“I’m sorry. I was just worried about my brothers. I miss them, Brad” Brad wanted to be pissed, but couldn’t. He understood and hugged his little brother looking at me over his shoulder as he did. We got it, but damn… it was a dumb move.

I immediately called Pop. “Hey Pop, sorry to wake you at such a ridiculous hour, but Mr. Westin called Brian tonight” then I explained that Brain had sent his brother the phone.

“Shit” Pop said “what did he say?” I gave Pop the quick summary and told him Brad recorded the conversation and would send it to him. Pop said goodbye and promised to call us in the morning after he had a chance to look into it. After that we all went to bed. I don’t think any of us slept much.

I woke up around 6:00AM to the sound of my phone ringing, it was Pop. “How’s everyone doing today?”

“I just woke up, Brian’s probably already at the diner working, and Brad just fell asleep.” I said through my yawn.

“I called Barbara Potter. Mr. Westin violated the court order by contacting Brian and we have the recording to prove it. We’re reporting the violation to the DA and will have to wait to hear if they will take action. Barbara’s organization called the police to go check the church this morning. If they’re holding his brothers we can make a good case to remove them from his father’s house for their own safety. Especially if they’re drugged up like Brad was.” Pop said “I may be able to get Brad appointed as their legal guardian.” I listened but it took a few seconds for it all to click. I leaned over and woke up Brad.

“Pop’s on the phone, you need to hear this.” I handed him the phone and Pop repeated what he had told me.

“Do you really think we could get guardianship?” Brad asked Pop, then they talked for a while about the legalities and options. Pop explained it to Brad and Brad explained it to me after he hung up. Neither of us got all the legal ramifications but it seemed that the bottom line was that there may be a chance to get his brothers out of the house.

Brian was already up and working at the diner when we woke up. Neither of us slept much, so we were both pretty tired from our night with Officer Rick and lack of sleep. I got under the warm, cascading water of the shower first and was soaping myself up when I felt Brad come behind me and move his soapy hands up and down my wet skin. It felt so good, so comforting. He took a handful of shampoo and playfully washed my hair, massaging my scalp as he did. He leaned his face under the flowing water to kiss the nape of my neck and whispered “It looks like things are gonna get crazy again” as his hands continued to caress me and soap me up.

“I’ve resolved to the fact that they will always be crazy. I’m good with that as long as we’re fighting the insanity together” I said back as I pushed my ass against his wet, flaccid cock.

“That’s one of billions of reasons I love you” He said into my neck, with his arms wrapped around me. They moved down my chest and abs and met at my groin when one of them grabbed my cock and soaped it up while the other tugged lovingly at my balls. Still behind me, he pushed his growing cock into my soapy ass crack. His slippery cock moved up and down in my trench, It felt so fucking awesome! I turned my head and our lips met in a passionate kiss.

Up and downy crack he rubbed his warm, slippery manhood every once and a while pushing up against my tight hole and pushing as if her were going to enter me. I would moan each time and Brad would pull me tighter. His hands were working my cock and balls as I just stood under the water and savored this intimate moment with my husband. Brad turned the moment from intimate to hot when he whispered “You liked watching me fuck that tight, muscled cop ass last night didn’t you?” I just moaned in response. “It turned you on to fuck your husband hard in front of him” he continued to whisper dirty talk into my ear eliciting loud moans and hard kisses from me.

“Yeah, baby.” I said into our kiss “It was fucking hot sharing him with you, putting your beautiful cock in his hairy hole and watching it go in and out” I whispered.

“And when you shoved your cock deep down his throat as I was fucking him…” Brad added as he entered me pushing himself in inch by girthy inch, “you liked that cop telling you to fuck my tight ass didn’t you?” He said into my ear as he started to move in and out of me. He was moving slowly at first but the dirtier the talk got the faster his strokes became. He started to pound me harder and I braced myself against the shower wall.

“I fucking loved it” I said as his dick pounded deeply into me over and over.

“Now it’s my turn, take my load” He said as he pushed his cock as deep as he could and grunted loudly filling me with his cum. We stood there for a minute with the water rushing over us and his hard dick buried deep inside of me, then he pulled out and spun me around. In one swift move he was on his knees licking my shaft up and down, twirling his tongue around my flesh pole as he did. He sucked my balls one at a time before moving up to my cockhead and then taking the whole shaft deep down his throat. I squealed as he did then grabbed his head and held it firmly. I face fucked him hard for a couple of minutes before I shot my seed down his throat. He sucked me dry then spun me around and ate his own cum out of my ass.

He stood, grabbed the back of my head and shoved his cum covered tongue deep into me. He shared the cummy mixture with me in a passionate, lust-filled kiss that I never wanted to end. After a minute or so we rinsed off, stepped out of the shower to dry off.

We got dressed, and headed over to Jordy’s to meet Kev and Randy for brunch, then it was off to meet the realtor for an afternoon of house hunting. After our conversation with Pop, finding a bigger place suddenly seemed even more urgent.

When the four of us sat down Brian rushed to our table to take our order then quickly disappeared to put our order into the cook and hit the next table. I saw Jordy at the host stand watching him with a huge smile on his face. After Brian left the table we filled Randy and Kev in on what was going on with Brad’s father. They both listened intently with expressions of empathy on their faces. They knew how hard all this had been on Brad and Brian and hated that they had to go through it again.

“What the hell was Brian thinking?” Kev said shaking his head as he took a sip of his coffee.

Brad caught us all off guard by barking back at him “Maybe he was just thinking; ‘I’m an eighteen year old kid and I want to talk to my brothers because I never got to say goodbye when my father had two thugs throw a hood over my head and drag me from my home without warning because I dared to think about growing up and moving out like a normal kid.’” You could hear the anger and frustration for his father and see the hatred in his eyes.

“I… I’m sorry Brad I didn’t mean…” Kev stumbled to apologize. He didn’t mean to chastise Brian, hell we all know it was a stupid move, but we understood why he did it.

“I’m sorry, Kev. I didn’t mean to jump on you. I actually said the same thing to Bri last night” Scotty apologetically replied. “It’s just that things were just going so well. We’re all adjusting and I thought this shit was going to be behind us. Last night was a reminder that it will never go away. My father will always be looming in the shadows waiting to fuck things up.” Just then Brian came back with our food. He got the order perfect, made a couple of quick jokes, then moved on to help the next table.

Brad looked down at his plate as he absentmindedly moved his eggs around with his fork. “You know” he said hesitantly “my father wasn’t always like this” he paused to collect his thoughts, “He used to be my dad, and my sisters called him daddy. He was so much fun and seemed to truly love being around us. Then when I was about 7 he joined this church. Suddenly he was ‘Father’ and he treated my mother like she was his property. As far as me and my sisters went, we were to be obedient minions.” He paused for a little while and we awaited his next words. None of us knew what to say “Everything was different. He believed the more kids you had, the more of a man you were… so along came Brian, Seth, and Eli.” He used to take my sisters and me to breakfast on Saturday morning to the house of some woman named….” He thought for a moment, “Naomi maybe? I don’t completely remember. But looking back on it I’m pretty sure she was his mistress, and I’m pretty sure mom knew all about her but went along like the nice obedient piece of property she was.”

Brad paused for a bit and we were all silent. I could tell this was hard on him. “You know, I never talked to anyone about any of this. Not even my sisters.” I put my arm around him, then I looked Kevin in the eye. He knew what I was thinking ‘fuck we had the best parents in the world.’

“You know, I went through something similar with my dad” Randy said empathetically. “My mom put up with it for a little while, but stood up for herself when he started to have affairs. Then she divorced him.” Brad put his fork down and reached across the table to grab Randy’s hands and just smiled sadly at him for a moment. Then he picked up his fork again and continued.

“I hate that my brothers have to go through all this. He was awful you guys, really awful. Sadistic! I remember when I was about ten years old I was supposed to come home straight from school one day and instead I went to play at my friend Derek’s house and didn’t get home until about 6:00. I got hit with the belt and then I was grounded for a week for disobedience.” He took a deep breath, “The next day our dog died. Bessie was a sweet old mutt, part black lab and the rest who knows… but I loved the hell out of that dog! She was older than I was, I had never known life without her. She died of old age. Well my father came up to my room that night and read me a Bible verse. He read Exodus 21:15 - And he that smiteth his father, or his mother, shall be surely put to death.”Brad paused again took a sip of coffee, then he looked up and continued “Then he said, ‘you disobeyed your mother and I yesterday. Maybe God took Bessie’s life as punishment for your sin and spared yours.’” He stopped, looked around the table with an angry face and hit his fist lightly on the table, holding back his rage. “He basically told a ten year old kid that he killed his dog by stopping off at his friend’s house after school to play. I lived with that horrible guilt for years until I was old enough to realize he was full of shit.”

We all looked on in disbelief, we had no words. “He’s mentally unstable and has gotten worse over the years. I can only imagine how Seth and Eli are paying for my sins. There’s little doubt he’s making their lives a living hell to ensure they don’t end up like me.” Brad said. Then in a quiet voice he added, “fuck. We need to get them out of there.” It was quiet for a little bit as we all processed Brad’s painful memory.

With my arm still around his shoulder, I finally broke the silence. “Pop thinks this may open a door to get Seth and Eli away from him.” Kev’s eyes grew wide as he listened.

Brad cut in as a weak smile crossed his face “Scotty’s right. Maybe this will turn the corner into something good for them… and us.”

“So, here…” I said pushing my phone over to them “These are the links of the houses we’re seeing today. We gotta find something bigger just in case.”

The diversion seemed to calm Brad down “Look at the first three, especially number two. That’s the one we like best so far.” Brad said. It was an older ranch with about half an acre of land just about a mile away from Kevin and Randy. It was a good sized place with four bedrooms. It needed some work, but mostly cosmetic upgrades. Nothing that couldn’t be done later if we had to wait. “It’s even got a pool, although it’s drained and probably needed some work.”

Randy held the phone as he and Kev scrolled through the pictures “We got a guy for that.” Kev said.

“This place has great bones and could be awesome. It’s cute and has a lot of potential” Randy said, “and we can set you up with our contractors.”

“And I can fucking walk there” Kev said with a huge smile

“Good, because if we have three teenagers living with us we’re gonna need your help.” I said laughing

“You got it!” Randy said without hesitation.

“Whatever you need” Kev added. That brought a smile to Brad’s face. We weren’t in this shit alone. We had support, and lot’s of it. I looked around the diner and saw a lot of our gay community here still supporting Brian and felt good knowing that we were surrounded by friends and family willing to help. By the time we finished breakfast Brad was in a good mood again and we were ready to go house hunting.

As we walked out of the Diner, Brian stopped us “Hey you guys” He said in a quiet voice, “I am so sorry about sending Eli the phone. I didn’t think it through.” Brad hugged him.

After a few seconds Brad whispered into his ear “It’s ok. Father is always going to be trying to scare us into obedience. He thinks you’re in Wisconsin, that’s probably a good thing. We’ll get through it buddy.” Then he gave him a little kiss on the top of his head.

“But what about Eli and Seth. Shit!” Brian almost yelled “I hope they don’t get punished by that asshole because of me.” He rarely swore, but considering everything going on I guess it was appropriate.

“Pop and Barbara are looking into it. Don’t worry about it. Just finish your shift. We’re going to go look at houses and then we’ll see you at Kev’s for dinner.” Brad said. Sunday dinner at Kev’s had become a regular thing for the five of us, and we usually facetimed Mom and Pop to catch up.

We spent the next several hours with the realtor. Nothing we looked at screamed “this is it!” However, the house that was our favorite from the online-listings remained top of the list. It was part of an estate sale, had been on the market awhile and had the potential to be “it” with a little TLC and imagination (and probably a lot of money for renovations). It needed some work, but the price was right, the location was perfect, and we both saw major potential. Considering we were looking for a place big enough to house five of us (just in case) we knew that “perfect” was a little out of our price range. We ended up going back for a second look and had Kev and Randy meet us there so we could talk through our ideas for renovations. They renovated their place about a year ago so we figured they could give us some good insight as to what was possible. We walked around the place for a good hour or so and then decided that we wanted to have a general contractor take a look and give us some estimates before we wrote a formal offer. The realtor called the listing agent to clear it with them and Randy called their contractor… we set up a meeting for the next day. That was the end of our house hunting for the day and we headed to Kev’s for dinner.

We sat out by the pool talking about the house and feeling good about our decision to get a contractor to take a look. Pop had called earlier to let us know that The police went to the church and didn’t find anything, they also visited Brad’s father’s house only to find that he was “on sabbatical” again, this time with the boys. His mom, as per usual, was clueless about their whereabouts and didn’t ask him any questions about the trip. Pop said they had a few leads on where they might be, so the search was on and he said he’d keep us posted.

Brian showed up just in time for dinner and we all yelled “Brian” as he walked in. That had become a little tradition whenever Brian entered the room, it always got a smile from him. As soon as he got there we all headed to the kitchen to start dinner. We had started a ritual of burgers, brats and hot dogs on the grill on Sundays. We each had our jobs and pulling dinner together was a fun, team effort. We laughed and talked as we worked. The five of us were truly becoming brothers and it was great for all of us. It really gave Brian some stability in his life.

Pop called while we were eating to tell us that they found the boys and they were safe with Child Protective Services, and the police had Mr. Westin in custody and were holding him overnight… at least until the courthouse opened. Pop asked us to set up a Zoom call with him, Barbara Potter, us and Brad’s sisters so he could fill us all in at once. About twenty minutes later we were all on line. Kev and Randy asked if they could listen in, Brad just said “of course. You’re family.”

After a few seconds of chit chat between the brothers and sister Pop started the meeting “Hi everybody. We have a lot to cover. THIS is Barbara Potter, she’s a lawyer with an organization that works with victims of abuse. I'll let her fill in the rest”

“Hi everyone, it’s so nice to see you all looking so healthy and happy, and to finally put faces with some of the names, especially Mary and Theresa. I’ve heard a lot about you.” She said in a friendly, calming tone. “Our organization is no stranger to your father’s church and its affiliates. We have been watching and dealing with them for years. We know their patterns and have saved numerous people from their abuse.” She paused “By the way, don’t hesitate to interrupt with questions, I tend to be long winded.” She took a sip of her water then continued “We found your brothers along with several others locked in a barn of one of the parishioners to repent for their sins. Three of the people were drugged up to the point of being unconscious, they were all minors.”

“Were Eli and Seth unconscious” Brian asked.

“No. Your brothers were fine when the police arrived. However, since the three who were drugged up and passed out were minors, there was enough evidence to charge them with child neglect and abuse and get CPS involved. And… considering your father was there and is out on bail, it was enough to hold him.” She said. “Brad, Paul tells me you want to be guardians for Eli and Seth. Is this true?”

“Absolutely!” Brad said without hesitation. Brian was sitting on a barstool in the kitchen squirming from the possibility of his brothers coming to live with us. “Can we make that happen?”

“We’re working on it. I have a meeting with the DA and CPS in the morning. Your being out of state makes it a little more difficult, but your mother is the barrier.” She replied. “The courts will be hesitant to take the kids from her as long as your father is out of the picture, however, we have no clue how long they’ll hold him. So, in order to get your brothers out of the house we may need to make a case against her. That could be very hard on all of you, we’ll need to prove her an unfit mother and it will get very ugly.”

Brad inhaled deeply and said “!’ll talk to her.”

“I have her number” Theresa said

“Text it to Brian. I’ll call her on his phone since Father already has his number” Brad said. “I want to call her right now.” He grabbed Brian’s phone and left the room while the rest of us continued to talk. He was only gone a few minutes and when he returned he said “I told her it was time to choose between Father and us.” He paused and everyone waited for him to share her decision. “She chose him” you could see the hurt on the faces of each of the sibling. “I don’t know about the rest of you, but mom’s a capable adult who made her own decisions… I choose Eli and Seth. I say we let Pops and Barbara do what they have to do to get them out of the house.” The others agreed.

The war of the Westin’s was officially on.
