Inside His Head

The three of us were still immersed in our orgasm as this thought ricocheted through our minds. It was odd, you’d think I would be scared with some random thought from nowhere but there was something underlying that thought. A sense of peace and good will. My mind was able to totally analyze it practically before it finished arriving.

I could feel the two boys looking at me, waiting for my response. I gathered them to me both physically and mentally.

“Hello there. Welcome back to you.” I projected. As I did this I could “see” the thought go out of me the same way that bright white light had gone.

“You’re progressing exceptionally well. Much faster than we thought possible.”

“We are blundering about like toddlers just learning to walk but thanks for the compliment.”

There was a hint of a laugh, from a far distance.

“We weren’t going to contact you quite yet but the unity you’re starting to discover made our control slip a bit in excitement.”

“Can you give us any pointers? I suppose asking you to guide us isn’t in the cards?”

“When you guide, or teach, you limit. When you’ve found yours, then we’ll be there.”

I tried to see inside the thought. Maybe I could get a glimpse of the individual behind it like I could with Ben and Charlie. My mind seemed to stretch like taffy in the sun, it became thinner, wispy even and I saw a glowing pyramid. There was a sense of surprise, wonder and then it disappeared and my mind returned.

“Not yet, not yet. We will talk more later. In the meantime just explore inside.”

With that I felt the thought disconnect.

“That was certainly different.” I said to the boys.

“Understatement of the century.” Ben said with a laugh and Charlie joined in. “What do you suppose it meant? Who was it?”

I passed along what I had gleaned from my exploration of the thought and the three of us lay there together, wondering what it all meant. Not for all that long though, all this thought communication hadn’t taken 10 seconds of real time and as we let that go we realized that we were still feeling the aftereffects of our combined orgasms.

“I love you.” we all thought it at once. Laughed.

After a few minutes we were physically capable of movement again. I pulled out of Ben and reached down to my leg where Charlie had cum on me. I leafed back through my memories and found that night and shared it with my mind to the two boys.

I examined the memory closely then and I could see what they meant. I watched my memory in their minds and that figure beckoned to all of us. It wasn’t a stop now though it was more like it wanted us to come.

“Let’s go upstairs together.” I projected to the two of them and we started up. At exactly the same time. Left foot, right foot. I took an arm of theirs in mine as we slowly moved. We could have rushed but it didn’t seem right. Or necessary. At first nothing happened but then we took a step and it seemed brighter. Then brighter still and as we reached where that figure had been there was white light all around us.

I opened my mind completely and tried to sense what was around us. Instead of a being I felt a pattern. This pattern came into my mind and it was shaped like the crystal pendant I had on. It seemed to need something and I thought perhaps since it glowed that the light could fill it. I tried to use my mind to gather the light and push it towards my pendant.

As I did this it glowed even brighter and as I put the last of the light that was around us into the pendant it grew, pulsed and in my hand were two more crystal pendants like the one I had, complete with chain. I put one over Ben’s head and Charlie’s head and as they touched the skin of each the glow expanded to encompass them entirely.

I could feel the boys waiting for me to do something. To say something but I felt like it wasn’t quite complete yet. I brought the two of them to me and we hugged tightly. The crystals on each of us started to pulse and our auras brightened. It felt almost like a heartbeat, there was a slight echo. Not echo, one beat was slightly out of sync. I reached down to my pendant and brought it up to touch Ben’s pendant and a flash happened. Then the same with Charlie and now there was nothing out of place.

We were attuned. One. I smiled at my boys in the darkened hallway at the top of the steps.

“Wow, are you sure we shouldn’t move in here?” Charlie said.

“It’s all gone now. It had been here all those years waiting for me to find you and Ben. It’s purpose was fulfilled and it left.”

“I think I felt happiness.” Ben added.

“Yes, I felt that too.” and Charlie echoed it.

“Let’s get out of here. We still have to set up that bed!”

I gave the boys both a tight hug and back we went to Ben and Charlie’s house.

Over the next week it was just all of us getting back in the swing of things. Charlie went back to the store to work, Naomi went back to her job and Ben got all the class work from college that he had missed after he had his issues. As for me, well I’m retired so I had no changes to my routine at all. I just hung out with Ben and helped him get his work done.

I say I helped but it wasn’t really that much to do. Freshman year of college isn’t all that hard. It is set up to weed out the kids who didn’t learn how to study on their own. It’s not like the teachers in college are going to hold your hand. They give you information and it’s up to you to learn.

I had this mental craving myself. I was hungry for knowledge. It didn’t seem to matter what the subject was as long as it taught me something. I was on Youtube watching videos on physics and cosmology. I saw all their equations and had no idea at all what they meant. The words though, they were understandable. I always hated math when I was in school, even college. I only managed to get through calculus and statistics before I decided to major in psychology.

It had been a month since we moved the bed to Ben’s room and our sleeping arrangements, from the first night, have never wavered. I’m always in the middle with Ben on my left and Charlie on my right. It’s not the most convenient arrangement. I’m old and usually have to get up to pee at least once a night and that involves climbing over Ben each time. I kept waking him up until I had enough of it.

If I could fix Ben why couldn’t I fix me?

The next morning we all woke at the same time. I hugged both of them to me loving how their body heat surrounded me.

“Ben, Charlie. Remember they told us to explore inside?”

“Were they talking to all of us or just you?” Charlie asked.

“I’m not sure.” I responded. “Anyway I’ve been thinking about it and I want the two of you to help me explore inside.”

“What can we do?” Ben inquired.

“I’m not sure. Maybe you’ll see something I don’t since I’m used to my own mind and you’re not.”

“Let’s do it.” I heard from both of them.

I brought Ben and Charlie inside my own mind. Deeper than I ever had before. It seemed as if they fit each space inside me perfectly. I created a figure and then the two of them were there beside me.

“If we’re going to explore let’s make it interesting.” and now there was a sky, grass around us and a path under our feet. This was a bit more detailed than what I originally intended to create but it seemed fine for my purposes.

“You follow the path Ted.” Charlie said.

“Which way though?” Ben asked.

“To the left.” Charlie answered. I looked at Charlie’s image. In my mind I was leaning to go left so with that as a seconding opinion off we went. No, it wasn’t a yellow brick road, just a dirt path through a field of grass.

I looked down at our feet and they were moving just as if we were walking anywhere in the world. We did seem to be moving rather fast though, it went from a total flat grassy field in all directions to some small bushes and trees with mountains off in the distance.

I had been concentrating on the mountains when Ben suddenly stopped. That brought all three of us to a stop and I looked at Ben.

“Over here.” he said and there was the faintest hint of a path on the left side of the road. “Let’s go down this path.”

One path seemed as good as another to me so I took them by the arms and off we went. It felt like less than 10 steps and suddenly there was a door in front of us. It didn’t appear to be connected to anything. Just a door in the middle of the path. I thought about going around it but that didn’t really seem to be the point of this exercise.

“It’s a door.” Charlie said and Ben and I laughed and hugged him. He even blushed a little bit, I didn’t know our spirit selves could do that.

“We are here to explore.” I said and I moved right up to the door to examine it. The door was made of some white material with red and blue hints to it. Almost like they weren’t visible unless you really tried to see them. I looked for hinges and they were on the inside of the door. That made me feel better for some reason, it wasn’t a stupid door that had the hinges on the outside where anyone could take them out and open the door.

I should clarify that statement. I can’t see any hinges on this side so I assume they are on the other side. Not that I actually could see them. I’m not sure why but precision in thought and action seemed important to me. The door was set in a door jamb that was the same colors as the door. On the left hand side was a door knob made of some shiny metallic looking substance.

“Both of you hold on to my waist as I open the door.” I told them and they gathered me in their arms. I put my hand on the knob and I had a feeling like this was going to change me. Change us, eventually. The ether around us was filled with anticipation, there was no air moving, no sounds.

I tried to turn the handle to the right, nothing happened. Then I turned it to the left and the door disappeared. I felt a light in my head like a laser and a searing pain. I felt the boys groan as they held me. I was transfixed by it, the laser seemed to be moving inside my own head and after some interminable time everything went completely dark.

I opened my eyes to the real world and the three of us were still in the bed together. The boys opened their eyes as I did and looked at me and I grabbed them and hugged them as tight as I could.

“I love you Ben. I love you Charlie.”

“I love you Ted.” I heard from the two of them.

I felt different but it wasn’t definable. It was just a sense of change.

“I want to try an experiment.”

“Sure, what can we do?” Ben asked.

I took the boys back in my mind again.

“Ben, let’s try to look at Charlie’s aura together.” and as I said this I looked as closely as I could at Charlie. His aura was a deep reddish color which is the color of health. I gathered Ben with me and we dove inside the aura. “Let’s start at his feet and work our way up.”

I could feel Ben concentrate as we examined his little brother. The same reddish hue was everywhere as we worked our way up his body. There was a bright purple tinge under the reddish aura as we got to his crotch area and somehow I knew that was sexual energy untapped. Continuing on up there was nothing to see except that same reddish aura all the way to the top of his head.

“Okay Charlie, now you come with me and lets check Ben out.”

Charlie’s mind merged with mine seamlessly and we did the same examination. All those places that used to be tinged with other colors now had that healed reddish hue to them. We got to Ben’s left arm and there was a break in the aura. It wasn’t exactly a black color but it was a darkish tint that separated his arm in two places.

“Let’s go inside his arm.” I said, just to Charlie and our minds traced the skin, then the muscles, tendons, blood vessels until we got to the bone. There was a scar on the bone that was putting out that dark tint. It was like we had microscopic abilities, Charlie and I got right down to that bone scar.

“That’s where Ben broke his arm a few years ago.” Charlie told me.

“Ben, does your arm ever hurt? Ache?” I asked.

“Once in awhile if I lift too much or if it gets hit wrong.”

“I’m going to fix it.” I said and with that Charlie and I dove right into the scar. I could see the slight dent in the bone when we got closer and I reached out a hand to that spot. Charlie’s hand followed mine and when we both had it under our fingers I concentrated on renewal.

There was a slight movement under our fingers as if it were almost a liquid. In what seemed to be no time at all the movement stopped. I looked down at the bone and it was smooth now. There was no scar, no indentation. No hint that it had ever been broken. As far as I could tell it was as solid as all the other bones near it.

“Did you feel anything Ben?” I asked.

“A little heat. That was all.” Ben responded.

I pulled Charlie away from the bone and we exited Ben’s body.

“Well, Charlie and I did something.” I said with a laugh. “I guess we won’t know what until a later date.”

The urge for knowledge became stronger in me over the next day or two. I lived near the University of Maryland and I knew some people there from the distant past. One of them was exactly what I wanted, a brilliant physicist who had made great strides using the research of Hawking and Einstein in quantum mechanics. He was also into the cosmology field, having published a lot of papers in the field.

In addition to that I knew he was into spiritual matters. Homeopathic healing, stuff that wasn’t exactly ordinary. He was one of my “boys” from way back in the early 1980s and like most of the ones who were still in the area we kept in touch.

I was thinking that perhaps if I could get his permission that I could transfer his knowledge wholesale to my own mind. After that lasering experience I felt almost like there was an echo in my head from all the empty space.

I met up with him at the university in his office. His door was open so I walked in to find him in front of a chalk board that was full of equations.

“Hey Tony! You busy?” I asked.

“Ted, long time no see. Nope, stuck. Come on in, have a seat.”

I took the offered chair and looked at that chalk board.

“So, were you just doodling or does all that mean something?” I said with a laugh.

“It’s supposed to mean something but there’s something missing.” he responded, laughing along with me. “You don’t happen to have the answer do you?”

“I don’t know. Maybe I do.” I said with a serious expression.

“Yeah right, I know how much you hate math of all kinds!” he exclaimed. “So to what do I owe the pleasure of this meeting?”

“Well, I was hoping that you’d let me read your mind and acquire all your knowledge in the various scientific fields you’re an expert in.” I answered, smiling.

“Sure, go for it!” Tony said. “Do we need to have sex like the old days?”

Tony was one of the boys that years ago I tried to teach a bastardized version of mind control to. Using a guide and a path in his mind and various colors that symbolized different things. Like the reddish hues for health and the like. It was just a way to make the sexual encounters more interesting.

“No, nothing like that.” I said with a laugh. “You know you’re way too old for me now, you’ve got to be what, 45?”

“46 now. You missed my birthday. I’m impressed though you remembered the year. Seriously though, what do you need?”

I figured it was now or never.

“I’m serious Tony.” I told him. This time only with my mind.

Tony’s eyes popped open like I had stuck him with a needle.

“Do that again!” he demanded.

“I’m serious Tony.”

“Fuck me.” he said, both out loud and in his mind.

“I can hear you fine without talking aloud.”

“This is not some trick? Like that crap you tried to teach me when I was 16?”

“Nope, it’s real. Don’t ask me why it happened to me but here’s the backstory.”

With that I quickly went through the Ben story, up to date. All in less than a minute. I saw him take it all in and then he looked at me.

“You think you can actually absorb what’s in my brain?”

“I don’t know. I seem to be able to do a lot of things now that I never thought I could. I know I need to try on someone I trust and you seemed perfect. I feel like I need to know everything.”

“How do you want to do this?”

“Does your door lock?”

“Yeah. I thought I was too old for you!” Tony said with a grin.

“I think it might work better if we hugged. If I were as close to you as I could get.”

Tony went and closed and locked the door.

“We have 30 minutes until I need to get to a class.”

“If it’s going to work that will be plenty of time.”

He motioned me to the couch and I laid down on it and Tony laid on top of me. Our heads were touching this way.

“Okay, here we go.” I said. “Let me know if you feel anything.”

With that I opened my mind up and encompassed his mind inside mine. I lay out parameters in my head that what I wanted from this mind was all it’s scientific knowledge copied to mine. I felt my crystal pendant throb once, twice and I heard a rush in my head.

“That’s it Tony. All done.” I said, hugging him tightly to me.

“Really? I didn’t feel a thing. Did it work?”

“Give me a minute and we’ll see.”

We both laid there, resting comfortably until the little chaos in my mind subsided.

“Let’s get up, I want to look at that chalk board again.” I told Tony.

He raised up off me and gave me his hand and pulled me to a standing position. I braced myself and then turned to the chalk board. Earlier it just looked like squiggles. I would have had an easier time deciphering Egyptian hieroglyphics than the mess on the board. Now though I saw exactly what was going on. How he was trying to define one of the parameters of quantum mechanics but getting lost at the end.

Tony was watching me carefully as I looked at his equations.

“It worked didn’t it?” he asked.

“Yes, I think so. Give me a couple of minutes to follow the math.”

I saw an area in that sea of equations that was out of focus to me. I looked closer and I could see that he had transposed one of the symbols in the general uncertainty relation and I immediately pointed it out to him.

“Here is your error.”

Tony ran over to exactly where I was pointing and looked above and below where he had made the error.

“I’ll be damned Ted. It worked.” Tony said with a sense of wonder.

“I’m as surprised as you are. Well maybe not as surprised, I’ve seen things lately you can’t imagine. I didn’t know it would really work though.”

“So where do you go from here?”

“I’m hoping you can help me there. Can you find more scientists? Doctors? People of every type of specialty? I’d like to get as much knowledge as I can.”

“Yeah, I know a lot of people who would be interested in this.”

“I don’t want publicity though. Not yet. Not until I know what my purpose is.”

“I totally understand. I wonder if you can do things the other way?”

“You mean put knowledge in someone else?” I said and Tony nodded. “Probably, it shouldn’t be any different than taking it. Except my mind can hold more.”

With that he had to run to teach a class. He made sure that the board was protected from interfering cleaners, he didn’t want to come back to an empty board.

I went back home with a head full of new knowledge. It was strange, I was thinking in an entirely different fashion now. Charlie was out when I got home, Ben was busy doing the schoolwork. We all did our own things during the day and that evening as we went back to bed I gathered them close to me.

“I want the two of you to do to me what Charlie and I did to Ben.”

“I don’t know what to do.” Ben said.

“I’ll be there with you two the whole way.” I told him.

I completely merged with the two boys and I watched as they started their examination of me. I could see through their visions as they peered closely. My aura was reddish in hue at the foot level. Up through the legs and thighs all seemed fine to their vision. As they got near my groin area I could see a difference. Not in my own vision of myself but in theirs.

“Ted there’s something here.” Ben alerted me. “There’s a different color area.”

“It’s inside you.” Charlie added.

“Try to go inside and see what it is. Don’t be nervous, I’ll be watching through your vision.” I told them.

It was like you’d see an MRI on a television show. The skin disappeared around their vision and I could see blood vessels and then a strangely shaped small mound of tissue. It pulsed with a slightly darker hue. I knew what it was from their visions but I have no idea what they knew about anatomy.

“Here it is.” Ben said, reaching down with his finger to touch it.

I felt my breath catch. Having your prostate stimulated from the inside was a good feeling but this was like a direct contact and the pleasure was exquisite to the point where it could almost be pain.

I could feel a slight heat as they did this but I also saw no difference in the darker hue. So they must not have the power to do it themselves.

“Ben, Charlie. Hold on a second. I’ll give you my energy and you see if you can direct it.” and with that I poured energy into the two boys. I felt them concentrate harder on the area but still nothing worked.

“We can’t seem to do it.” Ben said with a sad tone to the thought.

“Don’t be sad. It’s still new to all of us. We’re going to develop at different rates. Both of you watch and help me, I’m going to see if I can do it.”

I gathered both the boys in my mind and followed them back down inside myself to that enlarged prostate. To my mind the hue was a darker color than the two boys were seeing, I’m not sure if that was because my mind was stronger for now or just that I knew it was me.

I took their hands in mine and I had them focus their energy through me. I could see my prostate become like the bone in Ben’s arm. It wasn’t solid, or liquid, it was just different. I tried to just heal it and as the three of us watched that mass of tissue it became smaller. The darkish hue was disappearing and finally there was nothing there but the reddish tint of health.

“There, that seemed to work.” I said with a smile at them.

“Yeah but we didn’t do it ourselves!” Ben exclaimed.

“I know something we can do.” Charlie said, his voice a little huskier than usual.

“Yeah!” Ben echoed. “I think I know what you mean Charlie.”

The two of them turned to me and Charlie leaned in to kiss me. I opened my mouth as his lips met mine and felt his tongue demanding entry. I felt Charlie’s teeth now on Ben’s back, not really biting but gnawing just a bit as the feelings started to crest. I remembered back to the last time we had sex as a group and I saw that same coiling white light merging within all of us. I homed in on that thought from before and shot down into a building, through the walls and into an interior room where I saw three people sitting around a glowing pyramid.

Now though I could see it wasn’t just a glowing pyramid, it was three glowing crystals like the ones Ben, Charlie and I were wearing. The three beings were in a triangular shape, their crystals in that arrangement. I came to rest beside those three beings who were concentrating on their crystals. I could feel my own crystal come to life, in our vision of selves that’s all we were wearing.

Why did I call them beings? Well from what I could see of them they were very pale, on Earth you might say albino. They had hair, quite long, silver colored. I couldn’t see their eyes. Their hands were 5 fingered like ours and the fingers were long and thin. It was hard to estimate their height because of the way they were crouched. You couldn’t really see that much of their legs.

“Well boys, we don’t seem to have made an impression. What do you want to do?”

“It seems like maybe we say hello at least?” Charlie said with a questioning tone.

“They really seem to be concentrating hard. I wonder if we can wait a little while, see if they notice us. They might be doing something important.” Ben opined.

“That’s a good point, let’s just wait and see for a few minutes.” I answered them and I could “see” back to the bedroom where the three of us were in our corporeal forms.

Flashes of light erupted from their crystals, heading up and out and I saw that same swirling motion that Ben, Charlie and I had when we were heading into orgasm. I wondered if they were feeling the same thing, if so it had to be all mental because no part of them were touching the other.

I thought perhaps I could follow those flashes like I did ours and I tried and seemed to easily head after it but I stopped my motion and we came back to rest in the same room with them. I knew I could do it, there’s no reason to do it unless necessary.

Their crystals started to dim and then just dropped to glows. I could see their eyes were closed and after the put their crystals back on I decided the time was right.

“We are here.” I announced and Ben and Charlie’s minds echoed my thought.

I felt their confusion then they all opened their eyes and looked at the three of us.

“Welcome to Ylenia.” one of them said. Now that they are standing I can see their height is about the same as ours, near 6’. The eyes on all three of them were golden though and it was really different looking, like a cat’s eye almost but with the round pupil in the center. “I am Darun, this is Bronn and Ylon.” and he pointed at the other two as he gave their names.

“Well I’m Ted, this is Ben and Charlie.” I gave my own introductions.

“How did you get here?” Darun asked.

“We followed the thought from last time.” I answered.

“Your mind is different.” Bronn mentioned, looking at me.

“I’ve expanded some it appears.” I answered with a smile.

“More than just some I’d say.” Ylon added.

“I am learning. I just thought perhaps we would come here, at least with our minds. As a test.”

“Ted says “we” but it’s really him leading the way.” Ben said.

“There’s always a stronger one in every Unity.” Bronn said.

I could hear the U capitalized this time in unity. The first time they thought at us I had either missed it or it wasn’t emphasized so clearly.

“Can we breathe the atmosphere here?” I asked and gave them a breakdown on the atmosphere of Earth.

“Yes, you can breathe it. Why do you ask?” Ylon asked.

“I thought perhaps we could visit in our bodies next time.” and as I said this I felt Ben and Charlie just look at me.

“Can you do that?” Ben asked.

“No idea, thought I would toss it out and see how they react.” I answered.

“We can’t do that.” Bronn said. “Who knows what you can do?”

“Can you tell me one thing? Why was I chosen? Why were Ben and Charlie chosen?”

“That would be for the UNITY to tell you.” Ylon answered. “I’m sure it will contact you soon.”

“Well, it was nice to see you and where you live. We’ll be back soon.” I told them and the boys and I left.

We were laying in the bed together, all of us sweaty from our sexual encounter. As before it appeared practically no time had passed, the last remnants of the orgasm were fading slowly away.

“I love you guys.” I told them both, hugging them tightly.

“I love you both.” the two of them answered, as one.

“Don’t do that again without telling us!” Charlie exclaimed.

“Sorry, I didn’t know if it would work or not.” I apologized and walked over to them and kissed them both. “Now let’s see if I can take passengers.”

Without waiting for their response I moved us back to the bedroom and without a sound we were suddenly there.

“Holy crap Ted, we teleported! That’s better than the Star Trek transporter!” Charlie yelled. He was a big Star Trek fan, couldn’t stand Star Wars though. Ben was the opposite. “Beam us up Ted!”

I laughed at that, even Ben laughed and Charlie did his cute giggle.

“I wonder what else we can do?” Ben asked. “Or rather what else can you do?”

“Hey! Don’t take it like that. Remember I’ve had kind of a 57 year head start on your two with my glowing figure. I’m sure you’re going to catch up and maybe pass me.”

“What do you think we’ll be doing?” Ben asked.

“No idea but whatever it is, we’ll do it together.” I told him.

“That’s all good for now but what about in 50 years?” Charlie asked.

“I’m never leaving the two of you. Today, tomorrow or 100 years from now.”

“You’re gonna be really old in 100 years!” Ben exclaimed.

“I’ll be the same age as you two.” and I knew this was true. What seemed like such a huge age difference, my 65 to Ben’s 19 and Charlie’s 15, that won’t seem like much 100 years later. “Don’t worry, I’ll still be able to spank you even then!”

Over the next few weeks I took advantage of every offer to expand my knowledge. I knew the private nature of this wouldn’t hold out forever, eventually someone will let it slip about the guy who could read minds and absorb all knowledge. I just hoped I had time enough.

Time enough for what? That I didn’t know. Yet.

As I was digesting another mind, this one in nanotechnology, I realized this is what I needed. It fit in so well with everything else I had done. There weren’t too many disciplines left to do. I needed biologists and some other specialties to round things out. Even with all this accumulated knowledge my mind still echoed. I was wondering how I was ever going to fill it.

I was just sitting around in the house later that day. Charlie and Ben were both home and playing on the Xbox. I was watching them as they played, how their hands moved according to the information they got from the picture.

“Hit pause Ben.” and I saw Ben pause the game.

“What’s up?”

“I want to watch the game from inside your head and Charlie’s head.”

“Sure. You don’t have to ask to come in you know, there’s always a piece of you in our mind the same as there’s a piece of us in yours.” Charlie said and Ben nodded.

“Okay, I just felt like it would be polite to say I was coming in!”

I went into their heads and watched how their minds played the game. They had different styles. Charlie was far more aggressive than Ben and it showed in how his mind attacked the information. Ben was a little more cautious and it was interesting to see the difference. The game suited both their styles and I wondered if the designers had taken this into account when they created the game.

During my knowledge expansion I kept wondering how I could increase their mental capacity like mine had been increased. Somehow I knew I couldn’t do all that much with Charlie because his brain was still in a developmental stage. Ben had passed most of that stage but there was still growth, the places in him that were closed off weren’t like mine were. They weren’t all dusty, it seemed they got some random usage fairly often.

I guess it would have to wait. Until then my mind will have to be the controlling one. Not that they minded and I didn’t really mind either but I suppose it was just a human trait to want your lovers to be your equals.

I pulled back out of their minds and went back into my own. I had my mind arranged in a lattice shaped series of knowledge. First were the basic areas followed by the next levels up to the expert levels. I had a discernment factor built in that could focus, assimilate data and then find a solution in what seemed to be no time at all.

What we needed was this UNITY to get in touch. I have that other human trait of impatience and I told myself to relax. I was trying to see the game but Ben had moved and I couldn’t see because of his head. I thought if I were just a little higher it would be perfect and then I was a little higher in the view. It was kind of cool, now I could look down between the two boys.

“Hah! I win!” crowed Charlie and he and Ben turned to look at me. I saw their mouths open a little as they stared up at me.

“Umm Ted?” Ben said in a questioning tone.

“Yeah baby, what is it?” I answered.

“You’re floating about a yard up in the air.”

I hadn’t really noticed it. I guess when I wanted to see I must have levitated, another weirdness but so far nothing has been bad or scary.

“Help me down you two.” and they both reached up a hand and pulled me back down to the floor. As they pulled it was as if I had negligible weight but my feet did hit the floor with a thud.

They both came in for a hug and I decided to lift us all up. It was so easy that we bounced off the ceiling. I expected to have to strain but it was like gravity no longer had any hold on them. I was doing this without any overpowering use of mind, it was like lifting a finger.

We had all forgotten that Naomi was home and she came walking in from the kitchen and saw the three of us hanging in midair with our heads almost touching the ceiling. By now I suppose she was used to odd things but this might be a bit much out of the blue.

“Would you guys please come down from there?” she asked.

“Oops, sorry mom.” Ben answered and the three of us floated down gently to the floor.

“So you can levitate now? What else can you do? Fly to the moon?” she asked this with an almost laugh but a sideways glance too.

“Not sure exactly what we can do. I didn’t know we could do this until just now.” Charlie said, grinning. “When we try something then we’ll know!”

Each evening after dinner the three of us would just hang out together in the position those Ylenians were in so that we made a pyramid. We weren’t really doing anything we were just making sure we were as connected as we could be. One of the evenings I thought maybe it was time to see if we could contact UNITY ourselves.

“Boys, what do you say we try to initiate the contact with UNITY? I’m tired of waiting, I need to DO something!”

“Yeah, it might be waiting for us to be able to reach them.” Charlie said.

“Okay, let me explain what I’m going to do. I’m going to merge us completely together then I’m going to expand our minds through the universe. I’m not sure how far away UNITY is, obviously we had no issues with 500,000,000 light years but UNITY might be billions of light years away.”

With the explanation done I merged the two of them inside me. Each time I did this it felt more and more like perfection. It was like the two of them made our unity 100 times better rather than just three times.

“Let’s head to Ylenia first and see if we can recognize there’s a Unity on the planet.” and as I said that we were there. Hanging in space in the planetary system I could immediately see what I was looking for. The planet itself glowed with a sense of peace and I knew somehow that’s what I needed to find.

I kept expanding our minds and I saw another glow, then another and another. They all seemed the same as the Ylenian one though so I didn’t make any contact. I wanted to find something more intense. We were in the far fringes, in some of the oldest areas of our universe.

“Look.” Ben said and his vision drew us all to it. There was a glowing planetary system. Not just one planet, all the planets glowed. There was a brighter glow amidst it all, closer in to the sun on one of the three planets orbiting in the same path. They were laid out in what appeared to be a triangular shape from our point of view, looking down from above the ecliptic.

“Shall we attempt contact?” I asked the boys and got their agreement.

“Hello UNITY! This is Ted, Ben and Charlie. A new Unity.” I sent that thought to the brightest part of the glow.

“Most extraordinary.” the thought came back. “Come down.”

I followed the thought down to another Earthlike planet, into another building where three figures waited for us. Charlie, Ben and I stood there, looking at these figures. Our crystals had become very bright as we neared the planet and now added their brightness to the glow that seemed to infuse everything.

“We are UNITY. I am Rion, my companions are Rjan and Rian.”

“It’s nice to meet you at last.” I answered.

“At last?” I heard a laughing type noise. “You’ve only just begun!” Rion said.

“Our species is impatient. A minute of waiting can seem like years.”

“I suppose you have questions?” Rjan asked.

“Yes, we definitely have some questions.” and I laughed as I said it. “First of all, why was I chosen? Why were Ben and Charlie chosen?”

“You were chosen because you were born with an open mind. By that I mean a mind that could be communicated with, not a closed mind. Your birth echoed through the entire universe.”

“Was I the only one?”

“No, each generation had at least one, sometimes more. It takes a trigger though to get you to fully open.”

“Like the love I felt for Ben?”

“Exactly. You almost had unity with a Jim and Tony but nothing triggered you.”

I remembered back, that was the time I was interested in my mind. I did that mind control system that I tried to teach both Tony and Jim but their sexual appetites drowned it all out and the sex was so good I didn’t press the issue. Our relationship ended when they graduated high school. Both of them went away to college and while we remained friends there was no more sexual contact.

“I’m glad it wasn’t triggered.” Ben stated and Charlie nodded agreement.

“We are also glad. You three are a perfect match. Ted has incredible strength of mind, you weren’t supposed to contact us for many years. The two of you fill all the spaces inside the unity perfectly, as if you were made for each other.”

“So do we have a purpose?” I asked.

“Did you notice how our system glowed?” Rian asked.

“Yes, it was beautiful.” Ben answered.

“That’s the glow of billions of us all living in peace and harmony.”

“No wars? No crime?” Charlie asked.

“Not for many millions of years. We live. We learn. We protect.”

“Protect from what?” Ben asked.

“There is evil in the universe. It hates peace and harmony. It sits around and plots how to disrupt us, take us over and remake in their own images.”

“They are on our planet aren’t they?” I asked.

“Yes. Your purpose is to rid your planet of them.” Rion said.

“That sounds like something truly worthwhile.” I said.

“You won’t be alone in this task. They have others of their kind helping them so we and all the other Unity will help when needed. Just continue to get stronger, learn as much of everything as you can. Somewhere in that knowledge is the key to winning.”

“Can we access your knowledge?” Charlie asked.

“Ted can try, if he wants.” Rjan said and the other two nodded.

I opened my mind up as wide as I could. Trying to describe my mind is so easy but seems so crazy. All that knowledge I’ve accumulated? It’s in little boxes and the rest of my mind is this huge empty warehouse space. I reached out to Rion’s mind and felt him open to me. My mental processes made his mind look the same as mine except his warehouse was a lot smaller than mine. It was however about 80% full.

“What do you think I most need?” I asked while looking at all those unmarked boxes in Rion’s mind. I saw boxes start to glow and I quickly copied them to my own mind. It was slow to start but before long there were 1000s of boxes that had been copied into my own storage. The entire process took very little time. When the glows disappeared I pulled out of Rion’s mind.

“That was unbelievable.” Rjan said. “How big is your mind?”

“No idea. Thank you to all three of you for your assistance. Now I think my boys and I should get back and try to figure out how to achieve our purpose!”

“Come visit anytime.” Rian said.

We said our goodbyes and in an instant we were back in Ben’s bedroom.

“That was interesting.” I said.

“Hey! Who was this Jim and Tony?” Ben demanded.

I could see the Ben was a little jealous. I went over the memories of Tony and Jim, how we met. How Tony and I got closer and then he introduced Jim to me. How the relationship with Jim was far more emotional than Tony, with Tony it was sex and he was really, really good at it. As I thought back I remembered Jim’s older brother Donald. He had a brain tumor and they didn’t know if he was going to live or die. I went to visit him in the hospital with Jim and I can remember trying to heal him.

The next time they checked his tumor had shrunk enough were surgery was possible and he made a full recovery. I hadn’t thought of it in terms of my helping things along but in retrospect it’s obvious now that I had managed to do something.

I still have fond emotional memories of Jim where the vast majority of my Tony memories are us having fun and having lots of sex.

I knew the boys were following along as I remembered and then I showed them what Tony looked like now at 46.

“He was the first one that I got knowledge from.”

We went to sleep that night and I had no urge to get up and pee, I guess that part of my healing worked. I think the next thing to do is just fix everything inside me. I wonder if I can get myself back to age 25 or so in appearance and health? I knew that my boys would help me try.

Now all we need to do is figure out how to defeat the forces of chaos that already have a stranglehold on this world of ours and to do it in a fashion that doesn’t lead to them destroying the world when they realize they can’t win. Somewhere in my head is the ability, I think I already have the plan.
