His heart was in his mouth and he thought “heck are they dead, as they were not moving.”

Eddie walked over to them and gently touched Mike, and he groaned and  looked at him and his face was mess, He was trying to speak by couldn’t and Eddie said “don’t move bro let me check you over” and he did so and found that he was badly bruised and concussed. Connor was breathing but had a couple of teeth knock out and had a swollen eye and was not responding.

“Mike try and get up bro” and he tried too and found himself wedged inside Connor who was coming to. “What happen” he said and groaned. He looked up and saw Gabe standing there looking at them, form the doorway, and he had the gun in his hand.

He replied in an even neutral tone, “sorry Eddie love, but I can’t just let them get away with this, as they have broken me.” “You all have by lying to me when you all knew what was going on!”

“Why did anyone not tell me, don’t I at least deserved that?”

“I know babe but please don’t do this, as I don’t want you to suffer for them and end up in incarcerated.” “I made mistake by you overhearing me, and Ashton speaking, and you have taught Caleb a valuable lesson, one that he won’t forget and neither will these two.”

“Eddie let me be clear, there is no we, as you are a liar!” “You knew about these two, here and the other situation with Caleb , a long time ago!” “I can’t trust you anymore” he said.

“You thought what?” “I thought that if I told you, then you would do, I dunno something like this!”
