Papi Cock is one of the seven sites run by Flava Works and this one focuses on Latin, Blatino, and Black guys in both solo masturbation and hardcore sex sessions. The guys are a variety of ages from 18 to their thirties, and maybe even some a little older. Their bodies run from slim and smooth to muscled and skin tones range from light caramels to dark chocolate and coffee. This site, as well as the entire network, has undergone a major retooling, and while the site hasn't grown as much as we hoped in the nearly four years since our last review in 2022, we should head over and see what the redesign is all about.

Papi is a Spanish term that conveys affection, sex appeal, and confidence and it's often considered equivalent to "daddy" in English, but it is often used to sexualize any hot guy. The guys run the gamut from street-wise bad boys, tough-looking and tatted gangstas, guy-next-door types. There are also lots of cute, smooth Latinos with slim bodies and hot bubble butts, but there are plenty of Blatinos and Black men, too, and not all of the men come from Latin or South American countries. There's also a nice array of both cut and uncut cocks, some large and others average. There's a good mixture of amateurs and fresh faces as well as known porn performers.

The older scenes filmed more guys in solo masturbation sessions, but there was a good mix of duos and threeway sex as well. Much of the older content featured condom sex where the newer scenes are mostly bareback. In the solos, the guys strip and show off their bodies before settling in to jack off. There are still a good number of jack-off sessions among the newer releases: in the latest 12 videos there are seven solos and five duos. There are only 19 threeways and small groups, the rest of the action is solos and duos.

There aren't really any story lines, the guys generally get right to making out, sucking dick, rimming, and fucking. As I mentioned, the scenes are a mix of condom and bareback. Papi Cock offers 521 videos in MP4 format ranging in length from 12 to 25 minutes, although some are shorter or longer. The newer downloads are sized at 720p (HD) and 1080p (Full HD) at good quality while the older videos are offered in three sizes from 270p (low SD) to 720p (HD) and come in at average to good quality. That being said, the site recycles some updates, so you can't always count on the "newest" having the two larger sizes – two of the latest eight releases only offer a 480p (SD) version. All the videos are also available to stream in an adaptive player that resizes the videos to fit your device. This is fine in many cases, but some of those smaller ones are stretched to fill your screen, and this lowers the quality. I have a large desktop monitor and I found the old videos didn't always hold up at full-screen mode, but I didn't find this was as much an issue on my phone and tablet.

The site's redesign has removed the Photos tab from the navbar, and while each video's photo gallery appears at the bottom of the episode page, there's no separate way to get to it. There are six large thumbnails and you can click any of these to enlarge them and navigate through the set using the viewer's forward and back controls. There's also a Slideshow button on the top right of these six pictures and a "View All Photos" button under them. At the very bottom you'll find a link to download the whole set in a zip file. The newest pics are good quality digital stills sized at 700x1050 (there may be other sizes) while others (mainly the older ones) contain screencaps at 700x394. The digital stills are better quality and clearer, but the screencaps aren't bad. There's once again a slideshow feature along with forward and back controls. There are 60 to 80 pics per set.

Now let's talk about updates. When we last visited nearly four years ago, PapiCock was updating twice a week, and until November 2025 they had more or less continued in this way. However, they last updated twice in December 2025, once in February 2026, and so far in April 2026 they have also updated once. Now that the massive redesign is completed, we hope they'll get back to producing new scenes, but we'll have to check back on this.

When we last reviewed the site, they were recycling a lot of scenes and bringing them to the front so they appeared to be new. I don't know how extensive this still is, however, they have only added 72 new videos over the past 46 months, so that works out to about 1.5 monthly instead of one or two weekly. I did a little spot checking and I found scenes from both Thugboy and Mix It Up Boy here, two other sites in this company's group of sites, so not all of the content at Papicock is exclusive.

The redesign has brought a new Games section featuring nine games like "Size Queen" where you guess the size of a performer's cock or "Who's Hotter?" with models facing off and you're playing the judge or "Top of Bottom?" where you guess a model's preference. There are links on the navbar to this company's seven other sites, but none are included in your memberships. 

There are some more downsides. First, there are two pre-checked offers on the billing page, but they are easy to uncheck if you're not interested. The free-form search function is really only good for searching for a particular model by name. The site's tour claims to have 4K videos, but there weren't any that I could see. Finally, the Scenes page uses never-ending scroll navigation which I always find to be cumbersome; thankfully you can reverse the order of the scenes to display the older ones at the top.
