One of the hardest things about running a halfway house is dealing with the dull-mindedness of many of the residents. You can tell a guy not to do something over and over, and five minutes later, they're dumbfounded when they're caught doing what you just told them not to. It's like they're hearing you for the first time.
The supervisors have figured out that a deep ass fucking is some pretty good incentive to train a guy on how to be a good boy. Most of the guys here don't want a repeat, so they straighten out and tow the line.
