This young thief is lower than low. Noticing the tip jar on the counter of this coffee shop, he helps himself while the staff aren't looking. He takes a couple of bucks at first, but then he gets greedy. He finally gets caught and this security officer isn't looking to recover the money, he wants this straight shoplifter to pay with his ass.
