Markie More's Goodbye Porn Scene

On May 17, Markie More tweeted that he was done with porn. Seriously this time, he's done, he quits, he won't be filming anymore porn scenes. And not only is he moving out of Pornland, but he's become the poster boy for an anti-porn organization called Fight The New Drug, which was started by two Mormons and is based in Utah. More went on to say that in another month, he's be removing all of the videos from his fan sites.

Layin' Around is More's very last scene with Next Door Studios, and he's filmed 132 of them since his very first jack-off scene with Next Door Male. A company representative confirms that they have no more More scenes in the can.

Markie More's story has been a whole lot of strange over the past couple of years. He suddenly retired in 2017 at the height of his popularity, but returned two months later with a tearful announcement at a Pornland event saying that the industry had helped him get comfortable with his sexuality and he would not be retiring.

More started filming porn again, then in December 2018 accused a Next Door Studios executive of threatening his life, and with that, More retired again citing that he didn't feel safe returning to the studio.

It's never easy watching someone struggle publicly, and it's even harder witnessing a life unravel. Speaking out against pornography is perhaps what Markie More feels he needs to do at this point in his life. I hope he finds some peace.
