Lucas Entertainment Back Tracks on the Release of "Black Cocks Matter"

Late last week, just in time for Pride weekend, Lucas Entertainment released its newest DVD called Black Cocks Matter. By Sunday, the movie had been pulled and replaced by the newly-named Black Cocks Rule. Many found the DVD's title an offensive parody of the activist organization Black Lives Matter and claimed it fetishized black men and was in poor taste.

"I worked on this project and if it means anything, we weren't told what the name of the movie was," tweeted Max Konnor on June 23. Konnor is one of the stars of the movie, but his tweet has since be removed from his Twitter feed.

Founded in 2013 and originating in the African-American community, Black Lives Matter is an international activist movement that campaigns against violence and systemic racism toward black people.

Black Cocks Rule stars Andre Donovan, Bama Romello, Dakota Payne, Devin Franco, Max Konnor, and Shawn Reeve and continues to roll out through mid-July.
