"If You Don't Touch Me, Son, I'm Going to Arrest You."

Uniform cop Dean Phoenix arrives at Lance Ford's house to execute a search warrant. Lance says that he's done nothing wrong but lets the officer in. After coming up blank Phoenix says, "I suggest you help me find what I'm looking for."

"Are you trying to get me to bribe you or touch you so you can arrest me?" Ford asks. "If you don't touch me, son," Dean says, "I'm going to arrest you." So Lance kneels and touches this cop in the best possible way -- with his mouth.

Watching Dean rimming Lance is a must-see, he gets the boy's toes curling with his tongue fucking. This scene is called Busting the Innocent, but it should be called Busting All Over the Innocent's Face because that's exactly what Phoenix does, although I guess that's a little wordy.
