Officer Kirk Cummings tries arresting Max Cameron for loitering in a well-known cruising area, but it's the cop who finds himself in handcuffs. Max takes the police man back to his secret sex dungeon and floggers the officer and beats his butt with a leather paddle. Finally, down on all fours and still wearing his police shirt, Cummings gets his ass plowed by the miscreant.
