Christmas Witch

(I know this was more rushed then the last one, but im usually not good at writing in this sort of style. I prefer diary/ singel person style)

An other weekend at the castle, Nore sat in the car with Lick as last time. This time the queen came out and greeted him. Oh Nore you came, I wished I had called you before you left the welcome tea and dinner are canceled. Why is that your highness Nore replied. Elvira explained the situation. The catering firm had to cancel, the back up chef was sick and the decorations budget was low. Nore smiled. Try to calm down, take me to the kitchen. They walked inside meeting a familiar face. 

Nice of you to come Nore Henry said. I thank you for inviting me. Nore and the queen continued to the kitchen. Henry walked into the seating area, next to the fireplace where the 5 year old boy sat on the floor playing. The child was Henry's nephew, his sister had died in childbirth. Leaving the three kids in his care but truth be told the queen raised them, well at least until Henry had spent a week with Nore. He who gave so much to people. Henry smiled thinking of him. 

The queen and Nore came into the room, So you think it can be done. I'm sure of it Nore replied. Henry stood up. Nore would you like to go for a walk, why not Nore said looking down a bit, this time Henry saw it. Nore blushed. This made him think, could that be the reason they had not really looked at each other the last few days he had been there. Did Nore like him to? 

The young prince had gotten up from the floor now standing next to Nore, pulling his sweater. Nore looked down. Can I come to? Why not let Elina come with us to, we can go sledding. The child smiled a big smile. Go get your sister and meet us outside Henry said and the young prince ran to get Elina. It was warm outside for being winter, snow everywhere. The two kids rode the sled down the short hill. Elina holding her little brother as they went down then walking back up to once more go in full speed down. 

Nore and Henry stood talking at the bottom of the hill keeping an eye on the two kids. So Nore. Yes Henry what is it? Well I have something I would like to ask you. Henry seemed nervous. Would you mind being escorted by me this evening. Nore had a hard time looking at Henry. Yes that sounds lovely. Both blushed. After an hour of playing with the kids and talking they went back inside smelling the sweet smell of hot chocolate and cinnamon buns. They sat down by the fire place, the young prince sat himself in Nore's knees. Looking up at him. Why do they call you a witch he asked. Nore laughed. Henry smiled. Nore started speaking about the history of his family, not just his but also the royal family. 

It was a little over 160 years ago, about a five hundred that people came here. One of them was my grandmothers grandmothers mother. She was know as a healer, mixture of herbs was her trade. As they decided who should lead she was the one first offered the position but declined it giving the mantle to George the first, your ancestor. My ancestor was always by his side, never did the people need anything nor did anyone get sick. No one knew how she did it, they thought it to be as she had magic. When the people decided to continue there traveling a bit to the east of here she stayed. Her and her daughter became known as the witch's in the northern forest. Soon a tiny village was form here, my ancestor still known as the kind witch. Nore smiled and laughed. Something that all in my family have been call so I guess that's why people call me a witch.

Night came, both Henry and Nore had laid the kids to bed. Now walking in the hallway towards Nore's room. I had a really good time with you today Henry said. Me to I guess jerks can be nice Nore said with a slight giggle. Henry looked down a bit ashamed. They stopped outside Nore's door. Well I guess this is good night Nore said. I guess so. Henry leaned in and gave Nore a kiss on the cheek. Leaving both red in the face. Nore went inside. Henry smiled as the door closed and went to his room for a good night sleep. 

Just an hour later Nore left his room walking down the stairs into the dining hall. He smiled, pictured how it should look. Waved his hand and the magic started doing its work. The room sparkled with glitter making the room look like an ice castle, fake snow and icicles hanging everywhere with silver colored snowflakes at a few selected spots. The table was a dream in silver and white, the entire theme was with and silver. A frozen Christmas dream. He went to the Kitchen and looked at the few ingredients that they had. He pointed at everything not really seeing the girl sitting at the table. Tiny pies was made, with apples, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. The morning ray's shone down, combined with the smell woke everybody in the castle. All coming to the kitchen as Nore took out a plate with newly baked mini pies. The whole kitchen table and counter was full of food and desserts. Elina had hid, now running to the queen. He is a real witch I saw it. The queen told her to be quite, not to speak ill of guests. Nore how on earth have you managed this She asked. Nore just smiled, now you can use the budget for this and put it into the country budget instead. The queen laughed, well it helps a little at least, but still this is as if you had magic. I have just gotten word from one of the maids that the butler have gotten ill. Its like your sent from heaven. In that moment Henry came in to the kitchen, he sure is he said. Now take a seat all of you I have made breakfast. All the other stuff is for the tea and dinner later. 

All smiling, except Elina still looking suspicious at Nore took a seat at the kitchen table. To dig in. Henry complimented the pancakes, just as good as usually. Nore blushed and the day took of. The queen was over joyed. She did not have to tell all who came that it was canceled. She even screamed in joy as she saw the decorations. Nore had done everything by the time all the relatives came, royals that would spend Christmas here. 

The tea went smoothly, without worry. Nore at one end of the room and Henry at the other both looking at each other all the time, smiling. After Nore had talked to most of the people he bumped in to Henry. You feel like sneaking away for a bit he whispered. Nore nodded with his head now with cheeks in a light pink color. They went out to the back garden, taking a short stroll. So how did you like my relatives Henry asked, Nore laughed. Not as stuffy as I had imagine, not all can be like you he answered and laughed again. Oh really Henry said and scooped up snow forming it in his hand and threw it hitting Nore's arm. This means war Nore smiled. One snowball flew there the other one over there. Henry took some snow and grabbed Nore. About to stuff his face with the snow, Nore swirled around making them both fall. With Henry laying on top of him. It was quite for a few seconds, both of them just looking at each other. Henry moved closer now wetting his lips. Nore closed his eye's as Henry's lips meet his. A deep kiss they shared. 

The queen coughed breaking the kiss as the both turned to look at her. You can at least be a little more discrete. She laughed and went back inside. Nore smiled towards Henry. He got up and helped Nore with a hand. They did not speak for the rest of the tea time. 

Nore Now standing in his room, not knowing what to wear it is soon dinner time and Henry would be knocking in about ten minutes. Yes he could use magic but he needed an idea what to make, to conjure up. He thought for a few more minutes then conjured up a dark blue hoody. Made it long almost down his feet. Let it be open. He took away the arms and the hood. Now for a top he conjured a white long shirt going down a bit under his buttocks, all that was left was pants he thought once he put on a dark blue belt over the white shirt and unbuttoned two buttons. It knocked on the door and in a rush he conjured a pair of loose deep blue pants and a simple pair of shoes. He ran to the door. Opening it he meet Henry's gaze. You look beautiful he said. Thanks so do you Nore replied. Taking in the view of him in his dark blue tux. He reach forth his arm, which Nore took lightly with much nervousness. 

At dinner he could not help but notice a few glances as they came into the dining hall. Most seemed to be fine with them coming together but there where a few that seemed rather upset. Nore enjoyed the evening with Henry at his side the entire night. Even the two kids came to be with him, the had really grown to like him even if Elina sometimes acted shy all of the sudden. Nore knew why but smiled often to her making her feel more comfortable. Nore got a lot of compliments for the food and the decor. All in all a successful evening. That was until the nanny came running in to the hall. The baby is burning up she screamed. The queen, Henry and Nore reacted at once. Nore ran fastest, flew in to the nursery. Lifted up the baby and ran past Henry who just came in. I'm going to the kitchen get the bag. The queen followed. 

Once in the kitchen Nore handed Elvira the baby. Don't you think its best to call a doctor she said. Nore shook his head as he poured cold water into a metal bin he had just took forth form the cabinet. There is no time it takes the doctor four hours from the big city and in this weather maybe longer. Nore took the baby again and scooped cold water then poured it on the little girl in his arms. What are you doing Elvira asked. She as a high fever, very high and we need to bring it down. Call the doctor and ask him to come if it puts you at ease. Elvira ran out the kitchen with Henry running in. He came forth to Nore. You need any help he asked. Nore handed him the baby. Just keep doing what I was doing. Henry did as Nore said. Nore took forth a pot filled it with water and placed it on the stove. Opened his bag and grabbed all the jars with herbs he had in it. Henry did what he was supposed to do but still looked at Nore wondering. One jar, two jars, three jars and so on. How on earth can that bag hold all that stuff.   

A mixture was made. Nore let it cool strained it and took two table spoons of it into a half a cup of cold milk with a bit of honey in a bottle. Henry gave Nore the baby, the little princess. He placed the bottle to the baby's lip who almost immediately started to drink. Nore sighed and relaxed a bit. Elvira came back slowing down seeing that thing was under control. The doctor is here, he was with family in the neighboring town. The doctor passed by the queen walking up to Nore and the baby. What seems to be the problem he asked. There is no problem anymore I have managed to get his temperature down Nore said. Well what do you need of me? I might be good at somethings doctor but I cant figure out if its a simple fever or something else. Your now good Nore, your amazing Henry said. Nore smiled. The doctor took the baby once she had drink every drop from the mixture. They all went back to the party, Nore had to excuse himself he needed some sleep. Henry walked him to his bedroom. 

Thanks for tonight Nore said as they stood outside his door. I should thank you He replied. Henry leaned in and gave Nore a kiss. Ending it and said good night. This night sleep was one of the best in a long time for both of them.

The next day it was time for Nore to head home. He went downstairs with his bag, Lick following him. Wait Nose Wait the little prince Ed yelled as he ran not being that good saying the letter R he called Nore, Nose. He came up to Nore throwing his arms around him, please Nose don't go. I have to but I might be able to come visit again soon. I hope to see you here at the winter solstice ball The queen said walking down the stairs. Nore smiled, there you go Ed just a week left and then I'm back again. Ed let go smiling back, then ran to the seating area. Elina stood at the corner waving good bye. Still a bit tense near Nore. Nore went outside, stepped into the car. Lick close behind jumped up into his lap. The other door opened suddenly it was Henry jumping in. He gave Nore a kiss and fastened his seat belt. What is going on Nore asked. I'm coming with you He replied. Why, I'm going to be back in a week. Do you think I can wait for our next date an entire week, Henry said and kissed Nore again. Drive forwards he said and they were of. He gabbed Nore's hand and leaned back looking at him both of them smiling and as always with a hint of pink on there cheeks. 

Back at Nore's house he opened the shop at once, and as always plenty of costumers came. Mrs Maple one of the first. Nore did you enjoy your stay at the castle again, ah yes Mrs Maple it was wonderful. I see that your back with him Henry. Yes I thought I could get to know the village people some more. Oh had here I thought it was for the fact that you two liked each other She said giggled and left. They blushed but continued their day. It ended a little earlier for it was time for the town hall meeting, Henry decided to come along. Sitting there hearing that they still had trouble getting the Christmas dinner ready for the orphanage but also the gifts. Nore shook his head when they left. What's on your mind Henry asked. I'm just thinking about the poor children Nore replied. Henry pulled Nore closer and walked through town with one arm around him. Nore still stuck in thoughts it was this Friday, the 20 of December and it had not worked out. He knew he would need to use magic, all a bit to risky now that Henry was here. 

Sitting in the sofa watching a movie Nore took his warm cup of coffee and leaned against Henry's chest. So do this count as a date Nore asked. You bet it does, everything from watching a movie eating dinner or shopping counts as a date until we are officially a couple. When does the official part come in to the picture. If you go by the rules of etiquette at least ten dates to I would say twelve would be a good number. He looked down at Nore, who looked up they meet in a kiss then continued the watching the movie.

They woke up the next day where they had been last night, on the sofa. Nore had fallen asleep in Henry's arms. Nore looked at the still sleeping Henry and placed a kiss on his lips but as he was about to end it and stand up two arms pulled him closer and kept the kiss going now with a hint of tongue. Henry opened his eye's ended the kiss. A good morning surprise like that would be nice every morning he smiled as he said. Nore smiled back, then slapped him playfully on his upper arm. We have work to do he said. No Henry said. What do you mean no? He told Nore he had spoken to all the costumers yesterday that he wanted to spend the whole day with Nore. Nore looked shocked. Lick jumped up in Henry's lap. He purred and looked at Nore. Sure take his side Nore laughed. 

It was a wonderful day. First a morning walk, then breakfast at the local cafe. Some shopping then dinner at the only restaurant and bar in the village, ending it with a evening stroll then Henry bought them some candies before the Christmas stands closed. They went back home and watched an other movie only this time missing it. Lips against lips, tongues playing with each other and soft touches over there bodies. Next day came and it was busy in the shop Henry stood at the counter as Nore made some new products, just a few for it was the last day he had open until after Christmas.

Nore came down with a box not seeing Henry at the counter but Mrs Maple. Why are you standing there he asked. That lovely man went out for a bit she answered smiling. He was back an half an hour later with two paper bags. Nore looked over at him, he looked back. Its tonight’s dinner, I don't want you cooking He said. Nore could still not keep the blushing away. When they had closed they sat down in front of the fireplace in Nore's bedroom and eat the food Henry had order. Now let's see this is our sixth date Nore giggled as Henry served him a fork of pasta. It was so romantic the darkness from the outside only lit up from the flames and feeding each other with Italian food. They stayed up talking for a long time before Henry stood up helping Nore and kissed him. I think I should go to bed. Henry turned about to leave. There he stood dead in his track for an hand had grabbed his jumper, he turned around. Sleep with me Nore said, Already Henry said. Nore slapped him. I want you to sleep next to me. Henry swallowed a lump blushing and smiling. All at once. They went to one side of the bed each, taking of there clothes. It was so erotic. Seeing the slow moment as they stripped down to there underwear. They got into the bed, Nore placed his head on Henry's chest hearing his heart beat. It had raised in speed just like his. Henry breathed in, trying to relax. It was hard, and that's not all that was hard for them both. He put his arms around Nore and hey fell asleep.

The days passed and the last night came. After a lovely dinner Henry went to take a shower. Nore standing in the kitchen waiting until he heard the door close. He looked at all the dishes and food that was left over. I could use this tomorrow for the Orphanage dinner but its nor a Christmas feast.

Nore waved his hand and everything flew around. The dishes cleaned them self, the food transported to the refrigerator. Lick tried catching all that flew by, he may be a witch cat but still just a cat. Nore took a deep breath as he started walking to the bathroom door. He knew what he had been planing. He opened the door and started to undress. Henry turned seeing Nore taking of his clothes, down to his boxers that he slowly slipped off. Henry did not speak. Nore went closer and then the water hit him. The warm steam and even warmer lips meet his. Nore what are you doing here. With dinner and the candles to night we are officially a couple he said with a lump in his throat. They showered and went naked to Nore's bedroom still wrapped in there arms and lips kissing lips, necks arms and so on. Henry laid Nore on the bed. Please Henry take it slow. Henry looked a bit weirdly at him, then shocked. Yes Henry I'm still a virgin, I'm a twenty eight year old virgin. Henry leaned down and kissed him deep. Whispered he would be gentle. That night was just for them it was their night. 

The next day Henry woke seeing Nore still sleeping with his head against him. Henry smiled feeling his heart skip a beat, then said softly. I know its a bit fast and it might be crazy but I love you. Nore woke up. Did you say something? No nothing just looking at my beautiful boyfriend. Nore giggled and hid his face under the covers now really blushing. Henry laughed and started tickling Nore. They spent the day in bed but as the evening came It was time for Henry to leave. They did not seem to be able to end the good bye kiss yet they had to. See you tomorrow and remember to come early its the 21 after all. Nore nodded. He waved as the car drove away. 

Nore turned and once inside he sighed. Oh my god its the 20th December the Christmas feast at the Orphanage is today and tomorrow he needed to be back at the castle. He smiled thinking of Henry but so much to do until Christmas. Being the witch that he was, his work was never done. He went up stairs rolled up his sleeves. Time to for work Lick here we go and Broom do some cleaning if you may. Lick purred, the broom started sweeping and with a wave of Nore's hand the magic began.
