Twinks.com has been around for over 9 years, and in that time the site has gone through some changes. The first change is their modern tour with a focus on videos. The new tour has a bunch of short trailers, which is a plus, but what I really like is that you can preview every model from the member area. There are plenty of twinks - no surprise there - but there are also plenty of jocks, amateurs and a variety of other guys below 30. you'll find jackoff and hardcore gay action, and the site now gives members access to 3 bonus sites and a variety of extras. The member home has lots going on, so let me tell you the basics. There is a navigation bar running across the top of the page that is easy to use, and a search box to the right just below, which is handy.

You'll find the bonus sites running down the left side of the page along with a categories and a rotating link to feed updates. You'll find the latest updates, each with a good sized thumb, member rating and the date it was added. The site currently offers 349 videos, 174 more than there were 2 years ago, and a new vid is added twice a week.

Let's look at the Twinks.com videos first. Each is a full scene, and the big news is they are now DRM-free. The downloadable videos are WMVs shown at 850x478 or 640x480, the newer vids with a bitrate of around 1.5 Mbps and older at around 700k. Some are good amateur quality, some are average quality - these could be a bit sharper, but they're not bad. The streaming videos are the way to go for those who don't want to download. These are offered in WMV and Flash in 4 or 5 sizes each. Both streaming and downloadable videos have good sound, although I felt that the WMVs played just a little more smoothly than the Flash videos.

Twinks.com offers members a total of 753 galleries - 537 jerkoff galleries and 216 buddy galleries, which is 262 more pic sets than there were 2 years ago. Most of the pics are shown at around 675x900 in size, and quality varies but for the most part, pics are good amateur quality or better. Each gallery can be viewed as a hands-free slideshow or downloaded in a zip file.

While there are many twinks here, I was surprised at the number of models who don't fall under that description. Besides smooth, slender and boyish cuties stroking their cocks, sucking dick and fucking, many of the models are jocks and amateurs who are not particularly boyish, some are muscular or chunky, and a number are as old as 28, pretty mature to be a twink. The more recent models tend to be less "twinkish" in type, but there's a good mix overall. The site itself has no issues or problems, however there's something worth mentioning about the 2 exclusive bonus sites. Their downloadable videos DO use DRM, so be aware that they won't play forever if you download them, and won't play for Mac or Linux users at all; however the streaming videos should play work just fine for those members.

Twinks.com has made significant improvements to their site - DRM has been removed from their videos, all content is now dated, updates are regular and navigation is a little more intuitive. There are 2 videos and at least 1 gallery added every week, and the site just keeps on growing, now offering 349 videos and 753 photo sets, plus those 468 archived live shows. The 2 exclusive bonus sites and lots of feeds, plus stories, give members plenty to look at and lots of updates. The bottom line - Twinks.com delivers hot gay sex and jerkoff action that features a mix of twinks, jocks and amateurs.
