The videos are all offered as downloadable and streaming MP4 videos and also downloadable WMV's. The biggest and best newer vids are the HD MP4's, which are shown at 960x540 with bitrates around 1.8 Mbps. All the vids are available as the HQ videos, which are shown at 640x360 in both formats, the MP4's a little better than the WMV's. Each vid is also available in streaming MP4 shown at about the same sizes as the HQ videos. And there's a smaller version for iPods and other portable devices and cell phones that worked great on iPhone and iPod Touch. All the vids here are good amateur quality, and they are all DRM-free.

The newer photos Helix Studios pics are mostly digital stills, shown at 650x975 at good quality. The older galleries I checked out were vidcaps shown at around 640x480, give or take a few pixels, the oldest were shown at 480x360. The vidcaps are about what you'd expect - some are okay, while others tend to be blurry or grainy. All pic sets can be browsed in thumbnailed galleries or downloaded in zip files.
