BJ was busy all day Sunday doing family stuff. But when he got to work on Monday he was still feeling the guilt making him a bit off kilter. Collins immediately knows something's up. Finally he get BJ to divulge what's wrong with him. BJ confesses a second time to his boss.
It's 1947, in a small rural town in Minnesota. Five young guys work for a lawn and garden business, mowing lawns and such. Three older men work with them and supervise. There is an incident in the showers after work that gets the story going as it told and retold.
Pete gets home to find the wife gone and he has to fend for himself for dinner. He goes to Jimmy's Bar & Grill and meet sup with Deputy Reilly who has ideas of his own.
When asked by a mutual friend, Johnny arrives as last call is shouted out at the bar, to get Erik home safely. These two men, Erik a widower and Johnny married with kids, who don't know each other well, get a bit carried away in the moment.
Chapter 2 - The Next Week: Pete still feels weird about that night. He's learning more as he goes. He also finds out that guys recognize him and they all knew he was there. "It's sipposed to be a secret," he says.
Luka asks his two married cousins to come into town on a warm Saturday afternoon with the excuse that he needs help with his old jalopy. Ger, the slightly older cousin, and Lukas have an arrangement. If Ger fixes the car, Lukas must pay. Their younger cousin, Karl, comes along for the ride, so he thinks.
Pete experiences an ancient ritual for the first time. It's one the farmers in rural Minnesota brought with them from old Sweden a century before. Little did he know what he was in for.
The setting for this story is the early 1950s. The Neglected Dad has been horny all week. What with a midweek holiday and family stuff going on, he had no time, not even to pleasure himself. He knows of a spot where he might find some relief.
Doug's brother, Oliver, invites Doug and Arty to join him and a friend up at the cabin for Labor Day weekend. They are joined by their sons, Colin and Ryan, for the holiday as well. There's a lot more than fishing going on.
After finishing up a work inspection, Arty and Doug run into Tony walking along the side of the road. They offer him a ride to the restaurant where he works. Somehow or other they needed to figure out what to do with the boners they all got on the ride over. Tony has a great idea.
After their first encounter, they left each other alone for the rest of the weekend. After three days of great fishing and relaxation, Doug and Arty head home. Both men have been to shy to tell the other how horny they are. Well, that will work itself out.
Arty and Doug both want to tell the other about the fun they had with Tony but aren't sure how to get there. Then once it's out they go fishing and have their own fun.
Arty and Doug have been close buddies since grade school. Now they owned a business together. But they never really communicated on a personal level too well. Their friendship centered around fishing and sports. While fishing separately on different days, each man ends up running into a third man that neither knows too well.
Kevin convened four other businessmen for a dinner meeting over at Jimmy's Bar & Grill to discuss the work that needed to be done on an old house Bob, the new doctor in town, just bought. Now it's closing time but Jimmy lets the gang stay for one more drink. The talk is no longer about business and neither is the fun these married businessmen had afterward.
Rasmus and his wife, Kari, slowly become friendlier with their neighbors, Marshall and Galli. But it's a devilish meeting over a baseball game on the radio over at Pat's that solidifies the friendship between these two men.
Not wanting to scare him off too soon by opening the door right away and stepping out, he decided instead to stand in there stroking his prick, arousing himself even more. If his neighbor turned to look, Jack would step outside giving him a better view.
Collins made a practice of visiting his Grandad's old friends, especially those whose wives died. He often did it in the middle of the workday or shortly after. Today he got a flat tire and had to send one of his guys to give him the message that he couldn't get there. So Kev stops by to give the message.
Collecting on account, different Friday. When Collins got to Henrik's home, he was ready to collect what he was due. Henrik had no problem with that, no problem at all.
Collins owns his own Lawn and Garden company, serving wealthy clients in his town. He makes collections on Fridays, making a few stops each week. He stopped by an older, long term client to get his due.
Gabriel (a widower) is one of those wealthy men, with a beautiful home on the north side of town. He had created a gorgeous garden for his wife, as a 25th-anniversary gift. Twenty years later, Collins’ Lawn and Garden works hard to keep things up to snuff. Collins also ensures that Gabriel, himself, is well taken care of, now that his wife is deceased.
Another boring Sunday with the family. Gunnar can't wait to get away, alone, while his wife spends the afternoon with her mother chatting away about absolutely nothing. Relatively new to town, Gunnar loves to hike along the riverbank outside of town, exploring it and the nearby woods. He's never run into anyone else, at least not until today.
Pat's "Crooked Stool Bar" is the place where the men of Millside Falls, MN hang out on a Saturday night, glad to be free of the wives and kids. Erik meets Old Dave Schuster who shares bits of wisdom and more.
After venturing out to the Shack multiple times, Johnny is trying to reign in his increased need. He gets an unexpected visit while working out in the field.
