A third of the way into ‘26:

I post about our own real lives and sex-adventures only.

We are in a “thrupple”; with a beautiful Aussie Daniel. We’re crazy about each other and have been going strong for a year and a half as the three-some and ten-plus for Kent and me.

Kent and I relocated to suburban Jacksonville Florida six years ago.   We had a catastrophic car accident (I was driving) which very nearly took my life and could have killed both of us and our beloved dog had we not had some good chits in fate’s bank.  A long perilous recovery for me later and we both made resolutions to maximize the time we do have together; YOLO is a guiding principal principle for us even though for me it’s the beauty of living twice (with a nod to the iconic Sharon Stone and her inspiring autobiography).

Kent and I were a great couple; now Kent, Daniel, and I are an amazing trio if I do say so myself. I’m in my early middle fifties and Kent and Daniel are both in their early forties. Kent passes for thirty with ease the bastard; and don’t get me started on Daniel whose tow-headed studliness attracts twenty-something who think he’s one of them.

One of our YOLO resolutions was to adjust our previous monogamous relationship boundaries; to avail ourselves of opportunities to play together with other guys when the opportunity and interest arises.  Like our boners those opportunities arise often and unexpectedly; suburbia is a hot-bed of sexual opportunity. So far no messiness despite involving many married neighbors whose wives don’t appreciate them.  Well there was that one young ex-marine’s dad who came knocking red-faced and fists balled; he left relaxed and with emptied balls!

We have no interest in separate play as a pursuit but it happens; each of us has indulged in an off-the-books blowjob here or there when that opp came “up”.  

Kent, Daniel, and I are closer than ever; the sex-adventures are part of the intricate weave of the fabric of our three-way relationship and of Kent’s and my marriage.

Kent and Daniel were both born gay; I’m a convert. Kent’s not a gold-standard gay due to some experimentation, necessity, and confirmation in his teen years. Daniel has the gold-star designation; other than passing outbound at birth the closest he’s been to a woman was a middle-school kiss with a girl which “confirmed it” for him.  I “discovered” my gaiety during a horrible stretch in a worse marriage; I’d let guys blow me before that in the army (where better?  LOL) so I knew sex with men was useful and easy.  I wasn’t repressed or closeted; I just never had the desire, opportunity, or need to explore any man-on-man relationships; when I was in that bad marriage it was like a door opened to me. Other than amazing children that marriage may have pushed me all the way from full-scale bisexual to practicing gay later after the divorce; so much easier and less potential traumatic issues is what it seemed to me. Years later men are what harden my dick now.

I’m “retired;” it’s in quotes because I’m still figuring out what that means when most days I don’t have time to get everything done I think I want to do; and still take-on a consulting gig here and there for my former employers.  Kent is an independent researcher and writer for corporate projects; he has a much bigger brain than mine complete with a string of graduate degrees which need to be stoked by application. Daniel our third is an engineer with two PhD’s! He was in fiber optics when we met and now works from the local electric and water utility. His job is boringly office-based.

Our “family” is rounded-out by a fourth; a puppy or former puppy as Nigel is turning two years old soon. Nigel easily follows a tough act; our faithful best friend for all the years Kent and I were together before passed in ‘24. R.I.P. Sasha; we hope you’re romping in the after-life in the wilds of your heritage the vast Siberian plain with your ancestors and relatives. But what were two middle-aged men thinking when we took in a terrier puppy?? Even now with Daniel Nigel is almost too much for us … and we love every minute of it!
