Chapter One

Relocation to Delta Four –– Male Human orphans brought on board Grovvian starship, Arc LXIX – Grovvian starship taken by the Ahrgons – Sebastian and Graz observed by Acio

The Grovvian starship-transport, Arc LXIX, loomed far over their heads as the boys, carrying their meagre possessions, passed onto the moving walkway which lifted them into the open bay of the craft—their home-to-be for a while. This ship was bound for Delta Four, where many, many years of warfare had taken its toll on the males, now comprising less than one percent of the population. Male Human orphans from all over the sectors of space were being shipped there in an attempt to save the Deltans from extinction. 

The ongoing problem was that when most of these boys became of an age to bear arms, they, too, would be recruited for the fighting force; and everything would go back to status quo.
It was stupid, but it was a fairly standard procedure, requiring that the boys become fathers as soon as they were able to produce sperm—and with as many Deltan females as they could manage. There were five hundred thousand Deltan females to one male. Of course, more than half the females were beyond child-bearing age; and each year brought fewer children than ever.

Sebastian, a blond, muscular, very well-developed boy of fifteen, had been selected for this trip in the same manner as all the other boys—they drew lots. Even though the Deltans needed men desperately, Delta’s war-depleted funds did not provide vessels for their transportation; and the Grovvians provided the service at a cheaper rate than Delta could serve itself. TerraNova was the closest planet populated by a species that was genetically compatible with Deltans—therefore the most appealing economically.

Sebastian’s own planet, TerraNova, was now so overcrowded that food rationing had been in place for nearly a century. Most citizens felt that the orphaned boys were lucky to have a chance to go elsewhere to make a better life for themselves. That was a debatable concept, considering their rather short expected life-span after moving to Delta Four.

The boys filed rapidly into the ship four by four—the line so long that it took fourteen hours to board them all. That first day, Sebastian learned first-hand that it would be a very, very long trip for him. The cabins were designed to house twelve. He, and another boy named Acio, were numbers fifteen and sixteen of the last group, and had to be separated from the other Terran boys, to be housed with some younger members of the ship’s Grovvian crew.

Sebastian was a very industrious, friendly, and out-going boy; so, right away, even though he did not speak their language, he at once became a favorite of the crew members. Although it was not his job, he offered to pitch in and help, which impressed the crew very much.

Acio, a slender brunet of Sebastian’s age, on the other hand, was scheming and petulant. Even though Sebastian tried to be friendly with the boy, Acio would stare at Sebastian with a look of loathing that defied explanation.

The Grovvian soldier who had the night-watch over their dorm was a shy boy named Loz. He watched Sebastian out of the corner of his eye, being embarrassed to look at him directly. The only difference Sebastian could see between Terrans and Grovvians was their skin, which was covered with dense, short fur. Other than that, they were basically Human in form; although he had not seen one out of uniform.

Sebastian watched Loz as he made his rounds in the dormitory. He was hot! It was his duty to make certain that the other crew members did not drink alcoholic beverages or smoke qazab, a waxy extract from a narcotic plant native to Grovv.

Sebastian could smell qazab, but was unable to pin-point its source. Loz had walked past his bunk, but did not seem to notice the smell. After Loz had returned to his post, and extinguished the overhead lights, a very young crewman crawled drunkenly out from under Sebastian’s bunk.
Sebastian, standing by his bed, looked at him curiously, lifting his head quickly in question. What? The boy pointed to Sebastian’s bed, then to himself.

After a moment’s hesitation––soon stifled by his curiosity and horny nature, Sebastian nodded to him and the boy crawled under the blanket, followed closely by Sebastian.

The Grovvian boy ran his hand across Sebastian’s chest and down to his navel, rubbing the Terran’s belly as he went, then trailed his fingers down into Sebastian’s pubic hair.

Sebastian’s long, thick shaft sprang to a throbbing erection. The boy was stunned by its dimensions, throwing the blanket back to stare at it’s plum-sized head. The boy flipped onto his stomach, pulling Sebastian down on top of him.
