Chapter 2

One and the Estate

The ride in the trunk was long and Kyle found as much as he tried he couldn't wait for the restroom and wet his diaper. The padding quickly absorbed his piss and covered his crotch in a wet warmth. Which was nice for a moment before it started to cool.

He wasn't sure how much time had passed from being shoved into the trunk to it finally opening again. The light was blinding as he was pulled out.

When his eyes adjusted he saw he was on a large property. A large mansion stood in front of him, off away was a smaller structure where the barking of dogs could be heard. The person that pulled him from the trunk was a man not much older than me. The man was completely naked beside a pair of boots. “Hey, I'm One,” he said with a smile. “Welcome to your new home.” Kyle looked him up and down and noticed his large cock and balls.

“Where is this place?” Kyle asked

“It’s isolated but close enough to civilization not to be the country,” One tells him. “You look very sexy in that diaper by the way.”

“It’s the name Master gave me. Your’s will be Seven.” One explains as he wipes down Seven’s crotch.

“Seven? Why Seven?”

“He has seven of us?” Seven asks.

“Yeah,” One says “but we don’t all serve him at once. We have what we call our sub day. On that day we are the whole estate’s sub for the day. Seven nods “Okay, what will happen when I see him? Will he make me like the boys at the auction house?”

One laughs “No Master isn’t like that his thing is bondage. Master would never punish us by taking your balls. But…” One nods at the other building “he will have you service each of the dogs in the kennel.” Seven looks at One concerned. “If you behave he wouldn't have you serve the dogs unless that’s your thing like Two.”

“Okay, you had me scared for a moment.”

But it's never meant to be overly frightening, you will be pressed but no one wants to hurt you.” One assures. He opens the doors to the mansion and they step into the entrance hall. Two boys are cleaning the half one is vacuuming and the other is doing the windows. “Oh these are Five and Six”

Five and Six stop cleaning and come to greet Seven. As they approach Seven notices they are twins. They are identical apart from their hair which Five’s parts to the left and Six to the right. “Hi One,” they say in uniform. “Is this Seven?” Five asks.

“Hi Five, hi Six.” Seven greets them.

Six whispers something in Five’s ear. “Later.” he tells his brother “he needs to see Master first.” Six pouts.

“Is everything okay?” Seven asks

Five smiles “Yeah, Six just wants to fuck you.” his brother turns red.

“Six is probably the horniness among all the boys here.” One tells Seven.

“Come on Six we should get back to the chores.” Five pushes his brother back to the task at hand. One takes Seven’s hand and continues into the mansion.

“Do they have a kink?” Seven asks.

“I see and each of you also have your own chores?”

“Correct, we staff the estate completely. I do the grounds, Two handles the kennel, Three cooks, Four does the pool, and the twins clean the inside. And you'll be assisting them. Starting tomorrow you'll be doing the bedrooms. You'll shadow the twins for a few days of course until they are satisfied you can do it on your own.” One stops in front of the Master’s study doors. “Okay, so here we are just knock when you are ready.” One hugs Seven and gives him a peck on the cheek. “Good luck.” He then turns and leaves.

“What if I decide to run?” Seven yells after One.

“Good luck with that. You are naked and on a huge plot of land. Plus legally the state sold you to Master for life. So you’ll just end up back here… well in the kennel at least.” One yells over his shoulder.

Seven gulps and knocks on the door. “Come in.” a voice inside says. Master is sitting at his desk. He doesn't acknowledge Seven as he enters and closes the door behind him. Seven attempts to take a seat in one of the chairs in front of the desk but is stopped when Master snaps his finger and points to the floor by his feet. Seven walks around the desk and kneels waiting for Master to acknowledge him. Finally, Master puts down the forms he is looking at and turns to Seven. “How do you like your new home so far?” he asks.

“Well, I'm not sure I understand what will happen to me.” Seven confesses.

“What do you mean?”

“What is the point of me being here?”

“The point is to serve me domestically and sexually. If you behave you'll find life here is not bad and can be very pleasant. There are far worse masters that could have bought you last night.” Seven nods as he listens to Master. “So today you'll get a preview from each of the boys. You already had one with One, it was shorter than I would have liked but One has a lot of baggage he won't push you if he feels you don't like it. Your remaining previews will be done between now and dinner. After dinner, you'll have your preview with me. Understood?”

“Yes Master”

“Good, now some ground rules. 1) The higher hierarchy goes myself then One and then number order. You are at the bottom. If someone asks something of you the answer is always yes unless told you can answer otherwise. Today for example is an expectation as for your previews the boys don't know your limits yet. 2) All the boys are on a sub rotation, there are seven of you. So once a week you will be the sub for each of the boys and then myself in the evenings. 3) There is no shaming anyone for their kink. This is a safe place for all sex. If you break any of these rules you will be punished as myself or whoever is doming you sees fit. If I find you are misbehaving you will be serving as the dog's bitch for a day. Do I make myself clean?”

“Yes, Master.”

“Good, now I’m going to show you your room then take you to Two for your preview with him. Come.” Master gets up from his desk and leads Seven down the hall up a grand staircase. They walk past numbered rooms Seven looks inside as they pass. The door marked 1 looks like a nursery for a large baby, 2 like a room for a dog, and 3 and 4 doors are closed but the door marked 5 and 6 is open and features the largest bed Seven had ever seen and a large collection of sex toys. The walls were covered with shelves of them. They arrive at a door marked 7. Master opens it, inside it looks like a normal bedroom, with a bed, a table, and a desk. “As you explore here we will customize your room for you. We can talk about it tonight at your preview.” Master informs Seven. “For now let’s get you to Two. I have to get back to work.” With that Master leads the way back through the mansion outside and towards the kennel.
