Still at the pool I had just finished sun blocking my man, from top to bottom back to the top again when he said OK my turn. After coaxing him a bit, Harry was a freshman and has been here about 2 weeks, he lived 1 floor down from us and a couple over. He asked if we were a couple and Josh said “what do you think? I agreed and told him of my experience with my first roommate in the dorms my freshman year, and I too came out after moving into the dorms, but somehow my roommate knew and Josh here stood up to that jerk, and ultimately I moved into Josh’s house with his parents and last year we got this apartment and the rest is history, we are a gay couple that loves one another. Harry responded by saying he thought we were pretty hot and he was really getting off watching us. Josh replied “Yeah I know Mr. Obvious”, again a bit insultingly. 

So we made small talk, and Josh really tried to make him more comfortable in his own skin as he discussed how open Josh and his family were, and how me and my situation was and basically compared Harry to me, and how I was forced into the closet because of my upbringing and surroundings. Josh assured Harry he could be and would be out of his closet when he was ready, but predicted it would be soon. Harry then asked about those other guys, and Josh assured him they were straight but Harry thought it amazing how open and free Josh was with his life and around others. I said “that’s why I love him” as Josh leaned back towards me and we embraced into a kiss. Harry looked around cautiously as we kissed. Josh noticed and said “Damn it, were no different than that young straight couple over there, they can kiss and so can we, and you know what?
