Nigel awoke first and leaving Robin lying in bed snoring his head off after the fucking he had the previous night.

Nigel closed the door and came down stairs still in his nightshirt expecting Rosie to be up and about as she usually was. He was surprised to see her fully dressed and fast asleep in the chair. Hearing footsteps she awoke with a start, suddenly realising she must have fell asleep in the chair.

"Oh my goodness!" she said "Silly me!" She looked across at Nigel, the nightshirt. almost transparent in the firelight, which he had just stirred back into light after hanging the kettle ready to make a nice cup of tea for them both. Rosie couldn't help thinking what a handsome figure of a youth he was, and providence had in a way brought her sons back to life.

Nigel poured out the tea and passed a cup to Rosie, and tentitevly broached the subject about him and Damian going to see if the could rescue any more poor homeless lads from the riverside, before they fell into Rossiters clutches.

Rosie sipped her tea and said "I don't see why not, we ve one more bedroom going, even leaving me with a workroom!".

Nigel spied his chance with Damian and explained to Robin he would spend the night with Nicky so they wouldn't be disturbed, but didn't tell them where they were going but Robin guessed.

The day was filled with getting things ready and tidy for the next tasting and especially as Rosie said the Duchess was bringing a friend, so she wanted to make a good impression. Evening came quickly with al the tasks completed and the house looking great.

Everyone retired to bed except Rosie, Damian and Nigel.

Nicky and Robin got settled into bed together and decided to have a mutual play with each other to tire them out.

So they started wanking but in the end sucked one another off, fingering each others rosebuds.

Nigel and Damian slipped out of the house, and Rosie locked up. Damian had a key safely in his pocket and they had the lantern, though it wasnt foggy that night, so both realised they would have to keep a watch out for their old enemy , Rossiter.

They soon reached the river and it was very clear as unlike the other evening, they could see across to Southwark, the cathedral standing up as a dark shadow in the moonlight.

'They decided to search downstream toward the Tower first, and both kept a watch as they did both carried pistols, Damian the one that was loaded and Nigel the one that just banged. They searched almost to the Tower, and saw only a couple of boatmen sitting in their boats awaiting trade.

Some men and a woman approached and aske the price to Chelsea, obviously it was agreeable and they climbed aboard and soon disappeared under London bridge, leaving the other boatmen to settle down with his pipe.

Nligel and Damian reached the Tower and turned to go back, nodding to the boatman.

Damian had a sudden idea, which he revealed to Nigel.

He suggested they should make use of the other boatmen to take them to Whitehall, and then walk back from there, as it was returning from the Tower they had encountered Rossiter.

They haggled a price and soon were cruising in the boat on their way to Whitehall, the boatman doing a cheap fare as he was happy to get some work. Another point which helped, was the tide was on the turn so helped the boatmen as the tide was with them. The reached the Pier at Whitehall which was the one that had served the palace for many years.

They thanked the boatman and he bid them farewell.

They started along the quayside and suddenly coming towards them they saw two lads similar age to themselves and looking very tired and carrying what looked like a saddlebag.

The two lads backed over to the shelter of a building when they saw these two guys approaching, convinced they were out to rob them.

Sensing this Nigel and Damian held up their arms showing they were friends,

they approached the lads, who both kept hold of the saddlebag tightly.

Damian asked their names and told them they were friends and would take them to a safe place as they were in danger hanging about the river front.

The taller of the two still a bit worried, said that they were friends, one of who had lost his parents to cholera and they had been on their way to an Aunt of the other lad, but on arrival, she did not want anything to do with them, so with no where to go they had returned to London. The other lad feeling a bit more confident and liking Nigel and Damian, introduced them both as Robert and Charles and explaining all they had was in the saddlebag, they had borrowed a donkey from the Aunt but some footpads had stolen it off them , threatening to beat them if they did nt hand it over.

The two grabbed the saddlebag and ran to escape them. Nigel reassured them and carried the saddlebag for them, after Robert had removed the pouch with the pittance of coin they had in a pouch.

They set off back to the bridge and suddenly, Damian grabbed the lads and took them up a side street, which Nigel knew led to St Pauls, and Ludgate Hill.

He pushed them into the dark of a pub doorway and Nigel saw why, at the end of the street along the embankment walked the shadowy figure of Rossiter, on the prowl for more likely lads for his clients.

Robert and Charles were wondering why they had been suddenly taken away from the river, but as they were gaining trust in their two helpers, consoled themselves there must be a good reason.

Nigel said they would explain all when they reached safety.

Damian said it would be a good idea to continue to Ludgate and reach Rosie s from there, so as to avoid bumping into Rossiter again.

Within the hour, they arrived at Rosie s door, and Rosie opened it and so Damian did not need his key. She had bowls of fresh broth and

crusty bread for all, and four tankards of her cordial to wash it all down. With their permission, Nigel unpacked the saddlebags, and Rosie was delighted they had at least both got a change of clothes and some underwear. Though

Rosie explained that the clothes they had on, would be burned and they would be immediately scrubbed as she did not want lice in the house

The two lads, confident now they were in safe hands, both stripped and took turns as Damian and Nigel scrubbed them both as Rosie consigned their rags to the flames.

She had laid out two pairs of new underdrawers for them to slip into as both lads, had fair sized equipment in their pants.

Nigel explained that Rosie s was fine, and that all the others they would meet were all male couples.

Robert blurted out, much to Charles chagrin that they were a couple also, and that was why Charles had accompanied him, it was also the reason as the Aunt had refused them sanctuary, as to use her words, "They were children of Satan and would die in Hell fire!", and she would be condemned if she had them in her house.

Soon as the lads were washed and dressed Nigel showed them their room and they both jumped into the cosy four poster.

when Nigel left them they cuddled up together , their two erect cocks touching. As it was nearly Dawn by now. Rosie having retired, Nigel and

Damian stripped to their underwear and climbed into bed together, satisfied with a goodnights work once again.

Next morning Rosie set about in her workroom, as two more best suits were needed for the forthcoming tasting.

All was being prepared by the other lads, while Nigel explained about the tasting and how helping with it earned their keep.

Robert and Charles were fine with this and offered the few coins they had to Rosie, as Damian had been sent for some more everyday clothes to Mr Richards for the new arrivals.

Rosie had given Damian the money for the others clothes, plus enough for the new requisite, plus a tip for Mr Richards for his prompt service.

The day of the Tasting arrived, and the other lads showed Charles and Robert what they were expected to do.

Right on time ladies started to arrive and were greeted by the lads in the finery, Robert and Charles, could not believe how grand they looked.

the ladies took their seats. Nicky making sure no one took the end settee, as that was reserved for the Duchess and her guest.

Robert and Charles were excited as they had never even seen a real-life Duchess, never mind met one.

Damian and Nigel were on Duty keeping watch, at the approach of the Duchess es carriage, Rosie was alerted, she took her place, in the hall awaiting them,

Damian and Nigel went down the steps to assist the Duchess and her guest,

Nigel recognized the guest immediately, and bowed his head, it was no other than the Kings niece, Princess Caroline. Nigel took her indoors immediately,

as cheers rang out from the assembled crowd and a buzz went round the group.

Damian returned to assist Nigel, while Rosie who had dropped into deep obeisance as she saw the Princess, rose and led her into the room to be greeted by the assembled ladies.

Outside the Duchess was being assisted from the carriage by Nigel, and as Damian opened the door of Rosie s House for the Duchess, a shot rang out, missing Damian by a whisker and embedding it self in the door frame, to a scream from the crowd, Damian looked and recognized the face of Rossiter in the crowd, and holding a smoking pistol, then suddenly, like lightening, the Duchess rummaged in her bag pulled out a small ladies pistol, discharged it immediately, with razor sharp precision, striking Rossiter between the eyeballs.

He immediately fell back dead, to more screams from the crowd, as Damian and Nigel ushered the Duchess to the safety of the hall way and closed the door quickly.

The Duchess paused, put away the pistol and composed herself, and walked into the parlour to join the others, as if nothing had happened. The ladies and the Princess blissfully unaware of what had taken place.

Rosie had taken her guide from the Duchess and remained silent.

All continued as normal the Duchesses coachman saw to the removal of Rossiter, and dealt with the Watch, explaining cleverly that an attempt had been made on the life of the Duchess ,by some deranged fool.

After the tasting the Duchess arranged for the Princess to be taken in her carriage and she would await its return with Rosie. The other ladies left and as soon as the lads, Rosie and the Duchess were alone,

Violet, the Duchess said I do not know about you, Rosie, but I could do with something a bit stronger than tea!!

All had now heard the full story of what had happened outside.

Nigel and Damian entered with a decanter of fine brandy and glasses for all.

Nicky entered and said "Two gentlemen of the Watch wish to speak to the Duchess!"

Violet, still with glass of Brandy in hand and Rosie went to see them, followed by Damian and Ni she telling them let her do the talking. The Watchmen both bowed as the Duchess entered the hallway, she assured them that she was fine, in response to their enquiry, a little shook up, but had been made very comfortable by her hostess.

They asked her what had happened, and she said it must have been some madman with a grudge on the upper classes!.

They thanked her for assistance and took their leave. "Another glass of Brandy all round" she said, dropping a handful of sovereigns into the dish. Robert and Charles could not believe it as they had never seen so much money. The Duchess took her leave as the carriage returned and said to Rosie, the Princess had thoroughly enjoyed herself and would be coming again soon.

When the Duchess

had left, they all breathed a sigh of relief,

and Rosie explained that the Duchess had said that it would be better for all if no one knew who the man really was. She was quite aware of his house of ill repute and knew of Damian s connection with it so thought it best to keep that quiet.

In one fell swoop she had ridded the area of a very unsavoury character. That night Rosie Nigel and Damian sat and talked while all the lads went up to bed,

all had been given one of the Duchesses sovereigns as a reward.

So laughter and moans and groans of pleasure were heard for quite a while after, accompanied by heavy breathing and creaking of floorboards.

Nigel stoked the fire and Rosie said she would stay in the Rocking chair if someone would bring her down a pillow and blanket.

Damian did and then he went to bed.

Nigel and Rosie stayed up till the early hours talking and downing another glass of Brandy,

recalling the days events , as Rosie wasn't present at the actual shooting as she was of course with the Princess, and wished to hear in detail of the Duchesses shooting of their Rival. (To be continued)
