Christmas Witch

It knocked on the door and Mrs Maple opened to meet Nore's gaze. Hi Nore what a nice surprise, what can I do for you? He asked for some apples, she gladly gave them to him. He moved on to the next house asking for some flour. He went to each house asking for something. He was in a hurry the time was running out. He dropped of everything at the Orphanage kitchen. No one was there. He looked outside then around the inside. The kids was at the town hall watching the Christmas play premier. He took a deep breath lifted his hands and the magic started. All things one could think of to eat at Christmas was made. Plates flew past him and into the dinning area. Tables decorated them self, the decor became very traditional in the rooms of this place. Gold, red and green. It was beautiful. The food once done, disappeared from the kitchen in a puff then appeared on the tables. He looked at his watch he was running out of time, he ran to the living area. There the tree stood he snapped his fingers and presents was magically laid under its branches. He heard the key in the front door. Oh no!

He ran up stairs. He closed the door to one of the bedrooms. He heard the personal scream of happiness. Have you done this, no I have not I don't know who have done this. All the laughter from the children as they saw all that was there. They had left sad not having anything and returned to all that children should enjoy at Christmas time. Nore smiled, but rushed to the window as he heard someone walking up the stairs. He opened the window and whistled. Within a matter of seconds he jumped out from the window to land on his broom. The door flung open three kids came in seeing the window. Hey someone is in her Miss Flow. The rest of the kids ran up with Miss flow followed they all tried to take a peak outside the window only to see a shadow figure that what seemed to be riding a broom. All the Children saw it for just a second then it was gone. Look a witch one said an other said it's true it's true. Miss Flow came to the window looked out not seeing anything. She told the kids to go back downstairs and closed the window She gazed out fast the shook her head. She turned to leave, then looking back one last time she saw it that time just a quick glimpse of the dark silhouette of a person sitting on a broom. She left the room with a smile on her face. 

Nore landed outside his shop. Well I see you and your grandmother are very similar indeed. Nore jumped and turned at the same time seeing Mrs Maple standing there With a big smile that became a slight giggle. She walked passed him, now standing at the door she snapped her fingers and the door unlocked. She went inside with Nore not far behind. 

Sitting in the kitchen drinking a cup of tea, Mrs Maple told Nore that she and a few other ladies belonged to his grandmothers coven. So your witches to? No but thanks to your grandmother we got a spark from her. She gave us a touch of magic Mrs Maple explained. Nore could not wrap his head around all this. Is it not time for you to pack and get going she said. Oh yes thanks Nore replied, he walked towards his room. He turned and Mrs Maple was no longer there. He packed in a haste, for just in a few hours he would be going to the castle. 

The car came earlier then expected. He ran outside. The drove to the castle seemed to take an eternity, something felt strange. 

Nore walked through the door, at once the Queen came towards him. Nore so wonderful to see you. He looked around people walking back and forth, some on ladders trying to hang decorations. As you see you could not afford decorations for this either, so we are trying to spread the decorations you left here at the welcome dinner. Nore smiled as he put his hand behind his back and gave his hand a little wave. Your highness there are some boxes left in the storage space by the stairs on the second floor. She apologized for leaving so abruptly. He was shown up stairs, to his room. The same one as for all his visits. 

He placed the bag on the bed and Lick jumped up on it to take a nap. Nore felt like he should take one to, he was rather tired. It knocked on the door. He opened it and with a fast movement the person on the outside came in closed the door grabbed him and gave him a deep kiss. It was Henry. 

I have missed you so much. Nore responded with a second kiss. I have missed you to. 

Nore followed Henry as they walked around the castle talking. Stopping at every room to kiss. Tongues dancing and hands searching. In such a sort time things had changed. What do you say to a nice horse ride. Nore nodded, but as the were about to ride he explained he had never ridden a horse. Henry laughed grabbed Nore's hand from the horse he sat on. He almost lifted him with a single grip. Nore sat behind him, his arms around Henry. Now hold on Henry said and took of. Nore laughed the entire time. It was so much fun. They took it easy back up to the castle. So Nore I hope you will be my date for this evening. Its the Winter solstice ball there will be dancing but we don't have to but I just want to, you know. All I want to say is. Nore placed his lips on Henry's mostly to shut him up. Henry I'm gladly be your date. Henry blushed and smiled. 

Back inside the castle Henry kissed Nore once more then ran to take a shower. Nore smiled and sighed then began to ran. What should I wear he thought. 

Henry stood in the water running down his naked body thinking of how to do this best. He thought it all had happened so fast, yet he like Nore so much. He stepped out and wrapped a towel around his waist. Looking over the two options he had in front of him. The black or the blur one humm?

Nore stood completely naked in front of the mirror So let see, He snapped his finger and he stood there all in white. He shook his head at his on reflection, waved his hand now standing in a blue suit. He started to laugh so he waved his hand again now standing in a pair of black pants made of much fabric. Almost like a pair of Aladdin pants. They looked like a long skirt but had cuffs by each ankle. So still pants. A nice black sweater tight and long sleeved. It need something. He snapped his fingers made the sweater longer just under his buttocks. He traced his finger along the neckline and his shoulders. Now exposing his shoulders he snapped his fingers again and a tank top appeared underneath. Last but not least some sparkles he smiled. He looked over at the clock seeing the ball had started. 

He went outside now a bit nervous. He stood at the top of the stairs and took a few steps down, there at half way down Henry stood waiting in a deep black tux. Nore smiled and continued walking, yet seeing all that stood and watched as Henry reached out his hand. Nore took it in his and they went down the last part of the stairs together. First to come forth to them was a man with some similar features as Henry with a lady smiling. Smiling and not with warmth.  

So Prince Henry who might this be? The man asked. He is my boyfriend Henry gave a direct answer, walking away. Nore could feel the stares from them. Elvira came to greet the, kissing Nore on the cheek. Now again Nore felt stares, not so warm. The ball was on the way. Light food mostly drinking. The night was almost over. Nore come with me Henry said and grabbed his hand. They left and went to the back garden, now lit up with strings of light in blue and white colors. He stopped once they reached pavilion. He turned and embraced Nore, kissing him deeply. He ended it and backed off a bit, Nore felt hurt until he saw Henry's hand reaching out. Would you honor me this dance. Nore blushed. He took it and felt Henry's chest against him as he came in for a close embrace. 

So who should lead Nore asked. Well obviously me Henry replied. Why is that? Well I'm taller. Nore laughed. So what does that prove. Henry laughed and dipped Nore back then beginning to dance. I'm older, have more muscles. Still not a good point Nore said. I'm a better dancer, I win. He laughed and kissed Nore.

They danced for two hours, even after people had turned to bed. Enjoying them self so much not wanting the night to end. He spent the night in Henry's bedroom, feeling the hot kisses and warm touches as they laid down naked on the bed. 

It was early once Nore awoke Henry still sleeping, so he decided to go make them some breakfast to eat in bed. Then sun had just started to rise. He walked passed the Queens office noticing the door open just a tin line of light from the room was seen. He took a peak. 

Elvira what are you doing up He asked seeing the queen sitting by her desk. I have not been to sleep yet She answered. Nore went up to her. What's wrong Elvira. Its still the budget. Nore sat down. Who much is needed for next years budget? Its over a hundred million that is needed. I just don't know where all the money has gone. Nore could see she was sadden she really cared about her people, her country. My I have a look Nore asked. She gave the papers to him with a bit of hesitation. Nore stood up and went over to the queens side. He took her pen. If you take the half of this and a third of that place it there and there then take the remaining of the household budget your good for the first half year at least. The queen rose fast giving Nore a big hug. you have saved me. I'm sure with some fund raising we can manage the rest of the year now. The Queen laughed grabbed the phone and called the money manager directly. Nore left smiling. 

He thought to him self as he walked to the kitchen that maybe he can do other things then just magic. 

Once back in the room Henry woke up as he closed the door. Seeing Nore carrying a tray with pancakes, fruit and chocolate sauce. Oh just perfect he said. He grabbed a piece of fruit and pulled Nore close. The fruit placed between his lips. Nore took a bite. Sharing the fruit that ended with a good morning kiss. 

Only Two days until the Christmas eve feast. This two days were spent with much fun. Nore went playing with the two kids in the snow. As he he did Henry stood there by the window looking at him smiling. You like him a lot don't you son? Henry turned around seeing his mother. Yes I do he answered. The queen smiled. Then tell him that and I guess he is still waiting for that apology. She placed a hand on his shoulder and looked out the window with him. He sure is good looking, well behaved and have a long history with this country. The kids like him and so do I for that matter so you have my blessing son. Even if this will cause some trouble I think we can handle it. Henry grabbed his mothers hand in thanks them both not saying anything more. They just looked. 

The night of the Christmas eve feast came. Nore now dressed in white similar to what he had worn on the winter solstice ball. He now danced with Henry, kissed him and talked to all the guests. At the table he talked to countess Vivian cousin to Elvira. Older cousin. You see I was so close not coming today, I have such terrible aching joint in my fingers. I think I can help you Vivian Nore said. He reached into an empty pocket. Henry looked as he pulled out a cream jar. He squinted his eye's there is no way he could have had that in his pocket this whole time. Nore massaged some on the countess hands. Just minutes later. This is not real, it cant be m hand feel fine She said almost crying. Nore smiled. Nore was well treated by all, well all except two. 

Henry clinked his glass everybody turned. He stood up. I would like to give thanks to all who came to the castle this winter. I do hope you all have had a really good time for I have had a wondrous time and want all to have the same. I would give my biggest thanks to Nore, he as given us and others so much. He has really made this Christmas magical. So with that I want to say. Henry swallowed as he went down on one knee, Nore would you do me the honor of giving me your hand in marriage and I do hope this is a good apology he said with a slight giggle. All in the room gasped. Waiting in suspense. Yes You hear escape softly from Nore's lips.  

Henry grabbed Nore and pulled him in for a kiss. All cheered. Raising there glasses, in a toast. A man had walked in to the room and whispered something to the Queen. As the toast was over the Queen stood up. This was such joyous but I do have bad news. All looked at the Queen Nore and Henry the most. The fireworks will not be part of this evening for the man in charge of the arrangement have gotten stuck in traffic. Nore stood up smiling, I think it all will work out just fine. It should be about time now lets all go outside he said. All standing in the back garden looking up at the sky, Nore snapped his fingers behind his back. With that the light show in the sky began, flowers of colors and glitter exploding in the night sky. I told you all that he would be on time. Henry kissed his cheek. Nore the one who pulled Henry in for a warm embrace this time. He kissed him. Then hugged him. Henry noticed in the corner of his eye a car pull up with the car having writing on the side. Fantastic Fire. He looked at Nore. What is it my love? Your not a witch are you Henry asked. Nore giggled just saying silly then giving him one more kiss.
