“Alright gentlemen, a new contract came down from on high and it’s a doozy so listen up.”

A group of battle-scarred mercenaries sat in their mobile war room, each one more weathered and brawny than the next. At the head of the table was their no-nonsense squadron leader, Hawk, who chewed on a fat cigar while he studied a redacted file on a glowing tablet marked “Top Secret.”

“This shit is gonna be unbelievable, so let me just get it all out before you all jump in and start having opinions. Understood?

There’s been a big fucking hitch in the boss’s plans. Apparently, we got a little backwater town in the middle of bumfuck Texas that’s somehow managed to avoid the bullshit infertility the rest of the world has lived with for decades. Bastards have been fucking each other and popping babies out left and right without any fertile women…and the US government has been aware of it almost since Day 1. The world population is down by over two billion, whole economies have collapsed, supply lines are broken across the country and instead of sharing the news of this ‘miracle’, our government has covered it up.”

“…probably because they know how fucked up and gay this shit is. Haha.” Stitch, the thick-necked comms specialist interrupted.

“Or they want to figure out the best way to exploit this…perversion before the rest of the world does.” Piped Blitzkrieg, disgusted. With a stern look from Hawk, however, the two men quieted.

“According to the dossier, this circus has something to do with the radiation found in minerals around…Lake Attahachee. Our science boys believe it’s more complicated than that.” Hawk paused, squinting at the printout without any comprehension.

“Something about ‘irradiated microbes’, look I can tell you right now I’m not answering questions about microbes that make you queer. The point is, the air can permanently change your biological sex to what these horndogs call a ‘breeder’ or ‘bearer’. Oh and apparently ‘ambisexual’ is a thing in rare cases so congrats to them… More often than not, however, your tight little asses are gonna turn into breeding grounds for fat and fertile dicks if you don’t make sure to wear the PPE issued by Quartermaster within the county line at all times. I know that might sound like a party to a few of you pansies, but if your asshole starts leaking you’re off the squad immediately. “Good. Now that’s enough background information. Our target is a man called ‘Jake Markham’, a married man with…two husbands and a father of…well hold on, that can’t be right.” Again, he squinted at the page and thought better of sharing that tidbit lest his boys defect on the spot.

“You know what, it doesn’t matter, all you need to know is that he was a military brat who came to town as a teenager. Within two years the kid was a stud-legend. A real cock of the walk type, and it’s important you understand just how valuable he is to these people because that fatherfucker has real deep contacts in and out of the army. He’s more than a big dick and square jawline, folks, the man’s got vision, and therein lies the problem.”

Hawk stuck his cigar in his mouth and stood, activating the topography report in the hologram projector on the ceiling. A detailed map sketched itself out of light atop the table, and the soldier studied it intently.

“This ‘vision’ of his starts here at Lake Attahachee, which he had expanded and connected to the nearby area’s water source through irrigation lanes. Concurrently, a hotel and resort complex was built for men from all across the world to visit and be turned into fresh little virgin wombs waiting to restore the population.”

“…this guy wants to turn men and women!?”

“Damnit, Stitch, you braindead shitbird…shut the hell up and let me finish! If you make me tell you again I’m taking it out of your ass! Now then, in the only useful thing he’s done in all twelve years of his reign, President Carr put a stop to that little project after visiting it personally and winding up with a perfect little boy pussy. Legend has it Markham fertilized the Presidential babymaker himself, but the tyrant didn’t want to be trapped in Texas…nor did he want a potential rival having more power than him. So instead, he contracted one of the few corporations turning a profit these days, Omnicare Genetic Solutions, to research the viability and safety of this homosexual freakshow.

The checkpoints were reclosed, and secrecy maintained, but these sissies have grown their population by damn near three hundred percent and they’ve founded their own state of boyfuckers down there. And old Jake Markham hasn’t just accepted defeat, while the President loses his grip on the West and South, Markham continues to amass power in the only region of the country with a self-restoring population. Our illustrious employer believed he could be an asset, but after spurning forays to secure his compliance he has been deemed the prime threat to our agenda.

So hold onto your puckers, boys, we’re headed to Cornell TX… And we’re gonna put Jake Markham in the dirt.”

Glossary

Ambisexual - A male capable of bearing and breeding children. Very rare.
Bearer - A fertile male with a viable womb and ovum, capable of bearing offspring. Common.
Breeder - A virile male with active semen capable of fertilizing bearers. Rare.
Bug - Omnicare employees are known as such as they are never seen outside without their HAZMAT suits.
Fill-In/Proxy - A sex worker, typically infertile, often found in schools or offices where a breeder’s amorous tendencies might be disruptive. While Proxy is the official term, ‘fill-in’ is often used in a derogatory or vulgar context.

Null - Derogatory, a male who’s gone through the Change but remained infertile. Uncommon.
Nursery - Orphanages/schools sponsored by the state government. Nurseries house and raise the majority of children born in the county until they come of age.
Sexual Lability/The Change - The process through which an average male’s body adapts into that of a breeder or bearer. For boys born in the county, this happens at puberty, but for sexual adults entering the county, this occurs within days to weeks of their arrival.
