Commander Cody and the Flux Dilemma

 Authors note: Here is part 2 of my Commander Cody series. I really enjoyed writing this story and I hope you, the reader, can enjoy it as well. “E.V.A, how long till we dock?”, asked Commander Cody as he prepped the spaceship for a docking sequence.

“T-minus 3 minutes and counting.” E.V.A, the artificial intelligence on the ship, replied.

“Good, take us in nice and easy. I’m leaving the controls in your hands.” Cody stated as he let go of the controls and made his way down from the captain’s deck.

It had been over 2 and half years since Cody had been on the planet, Kora. Cody and his partner Lee, a botanist on the ship, successfully found the plant they needed to restore oxygen for the space station, Lux. However, things did not go their way and they ended up stranded on a desolate planet. Within the 2 years they fought off Exo-Dinos, a planet full of sea monsters, and even had to blow up a planet to save everyone. Cody thought Lee and he made a good team, but it did not last. Lee wound up working for a conservationist company and Cody decided to keep on enjoying his space adventures.

Cody finally made his way towards the back of the ship. He noticed the botany room, that was once full of exotic plants and creatures was now dull and lifeless, and kept on walking by. He missed Lee but was used to being alone. As he neared the shuttle door, Cody took some time to reflect on his appearance before he left the ship. Time had changed him. He was now 34, he had a scar on his lip from an exo-raptor (machinal dinosaur), his hair was now buzzed completely off, due to the radiation on the sea monster planet, and more importantly he did not like exiting the ship alone.

“We are docked Commander.” E.V.A said over the intercom.

“Great. Open the shuttle bay doors and then go offline. We are home.” Cody stepped in front of the grey doors and waited for them to open. As the shuttle bay doors opened, he was greeted by an older man in a general’s blue suit.

“Welcome aboard the Lux, Commander Cody. We are glad to have you home.”

Cody had not been back on the Lux for many years. The last time he docked at the space station was over 7 years ago. This was his home though. He grew up here, trained here, and even became a commander here.

The Lux was a state of the art space station. It housed over 1 million races, from humans, to gorgans, and even the reefs, (aquatic like creatures). The Lux was the first and last of its kind. It was a project that was built by the inhabitants of Earth 2 and Earth 3. Its goal was to house as many people as it could and serve as a hub for all races to come together and join forces. The Lux was made up of alien metals, human sweat, and coming together as one. The Lux got its name from the illuminance it sets off, so that any ship passing by will see it as a beacon of hope and solidarity.

Cody proceeded down the garden like walk-way. He turned over his pistol and all his equipment. No guns were allowed on the space station. As he passed through the docking area he was escorted up an elevator and got to gaze at the natural beauty that surrounded him. He saw waterfalls, alien species flying, the flight academy testing out its new recruits, and even the great big willow tree that he used to play by when he was a kid.

“It’s good to be home.” Cody said as the elevator came to a halt. Cody was headed toward the general’s command center, where all military and science exploration missions are given. He walked down another long hallway and passed by soldiers gearing up for something. The young officer escorted him to the front doors of the general’s office. He entered the general’s dimly lit office and found himself sitting in a chair.

“Great work on that last planet, Dorthica. Those stupid long eared folk, never should have come into our territory. When are these dumb aliens going to learn, humanity is the best!” The general snorted as he lit one of his foreign cigars.

“Thank you general, but they would not have entered our system if we didn’t provoke them in the first place.” Cody admitted.

“Nonsense. The Lux military has always had an eye on the planet and those stupid Lobes just couldn’t keep their grubby hands off of our planet. We saw it first, they only wanted those resources after we claimed it.”

“They did get to it first, sir. They landed on that planet well before we got there, and the resources were only discovered after they had obtained samples of them.” Cody replied.

“It’s not about who got there first Cody. Humanity has first claim to everything. Without us, aliens would never know what a resource is. Side note, if I were you I’d be careful and remember with whom you are speaking too in that tone, Commander!” The general said as he rose from his seat in anger, his chair hitting the floor.

“Sir, if I may. All these missions I’ve been sent on recently have been nothing but go, fight, kill. I know I’m a good shot, no I’m a fucking great shot, and my skills are unmatched even by your higher ups. But my goal in joining the federation was to explore planets and find resources that we need. I’m not an exterminator! Sir.” Cody proclaimed as he got up from his seat too.

The general did not like the tone that Cody had used with him. He quickly jumped over his desked and pinned Cody to the wall. His build was bigger than Cody’s and he was much stronger than Cody. Cody tried to break free from his grip, but it was too no avail.  

“Listen here “Commander””, the general began to say sarcastically, “you better learn your place real quick. I’m the boss, no better yet, I’m your God. So when your God gives you orders you better follow them.” The general began to move one of his hands up from Cody’s leg to his thigh area.

“Ugh!” Cody squealed as he tried yet again to break free.

“I run this operation and I can do whatever I want, to whoever I want. If I told the men in the next room to hold you down while I skull fuck you, they would.” The general said with a smirk. His hand moved closer to Cody’s inner thigh.

“Get off!” Cody commanded. The general just laughed.

“I don’t give a fuck about space exploration. My goal is to conquer every little planet I see and your job is to carry out my orders. The only exploration I want is to explore this tight body of yours.” The general declared as he reached Cody’s groin area, finally grabbing on the Cody’s meaty package.

“I get it. I’ll follow your orders.” Cody said in protest, wanting the general to let go of his powerful grip.

“That’s better. Was that so hard?  I’m in command now. Do what I say, and you’ll be fine.” The general let go of Cody’s now sore groin. Cody regained his composure and adjusted his sore member. Cody turned around and waited for the doors to open. Before they did the general let out a last warning. “If you ever fight me like that again, I have so much more things I can do with that thick cock in your pants. Trust me, you won’t like what I have in mind. Get the fuck out!” With those final words, Cody left the general’s office.

Cody sat in his small condo, that overlooked the Lux federation building, with an ice pack on his groin. His condo was small, grey colored. His condo was made up of a flat orange bed, his holo-monitor, and small closet full of clothes. His dick was still in pain from the way the general grabbed it. “That fucking perv!” Cody said to himself. Cody was stuck. Fighting the general again would end up in disaster. The general’s threat was real. If Cody even tried to argue again, he knew that he would never escape that man’s clutches.

Cody always had a suspicion that the general had a perverted side. When he was still in the flight academy, the general came and watched all the human participants get physicals. He remembered when it was his turn, the general made him spread his cheeks further apart. The general was never by himself or acted aggressively before because he had a partner, Emilia.

Emilia was the co general of the federation. She was the reason that Cody wanted to explore space. She was a second mom to him. Emilia died a year after he left to explore space. Since then “The General” was left in charge solo. Many of the men that worked for the general knew about his habits and behavior, but they liked the violence too. Cody, not wanting to be punished, followed as many orders as he could. But enough was enough. Cody was ready to leave the federation.

“Commander.” said E.V.A. over the intercom.

“Yes E.V.A?” Cody asked as he set the ice again on his hurting groin.

“Call on Holo-line 1.”

“Who is it?” Cody asked trying to walk close to his holo-monitor.

“Dr. Lee sir.” Cody stood frozen. How did Lee know his number? What did he want? All these thoughts went through his head as he tried to figure out his next move.

“Send it to Holo-Voice.” Cody commanded as he looked at the screen waiting to see his old friends face pop up.

“Hey there friend,” said the face on the monitor. Cody saw Lee’s translucent face come up on the monitor. Time had changed him. He had shorter light brown hair, he grew a dark goatee, and his face looked a bit more defined.

“I know it’s been awhile, but I heard you were back on the space station. I’m surprised that you didn’t look to see if I was on here, but I’m sure you have your reasons.”, Lee looked down and closed his eyes, “I miss you. I mean, I miss our adventures. I know we both have a lot to talk about. If you want I can set up a meeting at the science lab so we can catch up. I’m super busy with the conservation project, I’m not sure when I even have a social life anymore. Just send me a Holo-message if you want. If you decide you don’t want to speak to me, that’s fine too. Bye Cody.” When the final words hit Lee’s thick pink lips, the holo-monitor went off.

Cody sat himself back down in his recliner. He was unsure if he wanted to see Lee again. He knew that talking to him would bring back up all those crazy memories and even the bad ones. He also wanted closure. Cody hunched his way back over to the Holo-monitor, bag still on his groin, and clicked a reply message.

“Yes.”

2 days had passed, and Cody was finally ready to see Lee for their “meeting”. Lee must’ve been busy, because the meeting had to be rescheduled twice. Cody made his way to the entrance of the science labs and found himself being redirected through the pure white halls. He finally found himself sitting in a closed off-white office room with pearlescent seats and desk centered around a podium.

Cody looked around and looked out the one crystal clear window in the room, hoping to see Lee come walking down it soon. 2 hours passed, and Cody finally heard a person having a conversation down the hallway.

“Right, make sure that you file these today. I don’t care what the general says. These need to be put on top priority. If he refuses, then tell him to call me.” The voice said as it entered the room. It was Lee.

Cody took a long look at Lee and noticed time had changed him. He was still tall, but his physique increased. Cody figured he must be working out. He hair was slicked back, he had black rimmed glasses on, and his facial hair was much darker in person. His skin was much paler than it used to be, probably due to being in an office all the time. Cody noticed Lee was also examining him.

“Cody, it’s good to see you.” Lee said, but that was all he could say as Cody picked him up by his waist and slammed him into the wall. The two began to kiss viciously. Cody attacked Lee’s hot wet mouth and drove his tongue deep down Lee’s throat. Lee wrapped his arms around Cody’s neck and spread his thighs wider, so he could feel Cody’s waist touching him.

“Wait, Wait.” Lee tried to mutter but his voice was silenced by the force of Cody’s mouth touching his. Lee could feel Cody’s tongue licking his, finding its way to make him feel good. His moist mouth had engorged his. Lee could not help himself, so he stopped trying to speak and just let it happen.

“Cody please wait.” Lee said as he mustered through the kissing. Cody realizing that he meant it, stopped immediately to hear what his old friend had to say.

“What’s going on? I know you miss me. I can tell.” Cody said as he felt Lee’s growing bulge.

“True, I do miss you a lot, but this just feels awkward now.” Lee admitted as he saw Cody take a step back.

“Why is this awkward for you? It feels fine to me.” Cody admitted as he tried yet again to clear Lee’s mind.

“That’s always been the problem Cody. You always think you speak for both of us, when I can speak for myself. I’m telling you this is awkward.” Cody finally took a seat on one of the pearlescent chairs and sat back and listened to what his old friend had to say.

“Go on.” Cody said as he motioned Lee to continue.

“It’s been a year Cody. A whole year. Do you even remember how we last left things?” Lee asked.

“I try to forget every day.” Cody admitted.

“You dumped me. YOU DUMPED ME!” Lee yelled as pointed to Cody and then himself.

“I was mad.”

“For what? Me taking the job at the science division? Or the fact that I never slept with you?” Lee asked angrily.

“Maybe a bit of both!” Cody yelled right back.

“You knew I didn’t want to stay out in space forever. You knew that. I also told you about me saving myself, I thought you understood that.” Lee retorted back.

“I did Lee! I did! But honestly there is no amount of kissing, dry humping, or even hand jobs that can substitute for the real thing. I even told you that I would bottom if that’s what it took.”

“So, it was all a sexual relationship then?” Lee asked confused.

“No. Yes. Fuck I don’t know. I needed more sexually. I was willing to compromise but Lee, you did not even give an inch. I still have not seen your dick.” Cody complained.

“So, connecting on a personal level is not enough for you?”

“No, it’s not. I like you a lot Lee, but you gave me no choice. It was always you getting me to that part in a sexual situation and then you back off because you are scared. Do you know how many times I got blue balls?”

“I’m not scared Cody!” Lee hollered across the room.

“Oh yes you are. Even now when I got you hard and pinned to the wall you back out. You always have to find a way to stop us going even further. You do it all the fucking time Lee.”

“That doesn’t mean I’m scared. I’m just not ready to go that far.”

“Well shit Lee, when will you be ready. Tomorrow? Today? 50 years from now? I waited for you and I was patient, but I can’t keep waiting for you to be ready.” Cody admitted as both of the men found themselves sitting across from each other.

“I don’t know if I’ll ever be Cody.” Lee admitted aloud.

“You could be, if you just tried.” Cody went on, but Lee looked down at the floor.

“You did try and I’m just not ready to go all the way. I’ve seen what happens to most of the men you sleep with. After you get what you want, you end up kicking them to the curb,”

“Harsh Lee.” Cody answered back in a somber tone.

“I don’t want to be another notch on your belt.”

“Do you really think that low of me? After everything we’ve been through, you really think I think of you like that? That’s low, even for me.” Cody began to wipe his watery eye.

“I just know you Cody.” Lee began before he was cut off.

“Bullshit! You don’t know me! You only know the stories of me. All my space adventures, all the planets I’ve traversed, and all the fucks I’ve done. You know nothing about my home life, my family, my time in the federation, or even my favorite color. We basically went from zero to 60 real fast. You don’t care to ask me those questions, you just assumed everything, and they call me the bad guy.” Cody leapt from his seat and headed toward the door.

“Cody stop! Wait!” Lee yelled as he grabbed Cody’s muscular arm. Cody looked back in anger.

“Here’s a question Lee. Did you ever like me or just the version you heard from other people?” Lee stood quiet and said nothing. “Thought so. Bye Lee, good luck with whatever you are doing. I hope it makes you happy.” Cody jerked his arm from Lee’s softened grip and made his way out of the science division.

Lee took a moment to reevaluate things. He knew he liked Cody. But he was still unsure if he liked Cody for him or the version he created in his head. Lee sat at the table with his head down. “Do I always have to fuck up everything?” he asked himself. Lee put back on his black rimmed glasses and made his way back to his office.

Cody was fast asleep in his condo when his holo-monitor went off. Cody slowly got up from his bed and made his way over to the monitor. He saw a message saying, “Priority #1”. This could only mean that the general had another assignment for him. Cody got himself dressed and sat in front of the monitor. Rolling his eyes, he pressed play on the message and to his surprise it was not the general.

“Commander Cody,” said the female voice of Emilia. Cody was in shock, “If you are getting this message I am no longer alive. I have been betrayed and a secret project known as Flux has begun its operation.” Cody still in shock paused the video.

“This must’ve been recorded years ago, how is this even possible.” Cody said aloud. He looked at the screen once more and pressed play. He had to know more.

“I was one of the lead scientist on the project Flux. It was run under me and the general. Do not trust him Cody. His plan to take over the galaxy is already in motion. He is planning to kill me very soon and you are the only one I can trust. He has eyes everywhere and the space station is in grave danger. Project Flux is a weapon. It’s a planet killer. The space station is Flux. Once he starts the sequence it can only be stopped by manually accessing the core. Cody, he will use the station as a weapon to conquer planets and even other galaxies. He does not believe in space exploration only destruction. I am running out of time; his men are almost here. I’m sorry I failed the space station. I’m sorry I failed the human race. Do not let him win Cody. Destroy the core. Destroy…….” The message cut off.

Cody sat in his seat and pondered on what he had just heard. He wasn’t sure if he should believe it or not. If there was one person who might have any clue what the “Flux” was, it would be Lee. Cody grabbed his green jacket and headed out his condo door.

“There you are, I’ve been looking for you for at least an hour.” Cody said as he found Lee working in the Lux Botanical Gardens.

“Wow, you were actually looking for me? I thought after our talk you were done?” Lee asked sarcastically.

“I got over it. I need your help.” Cody stated as he looked around suspiciously around the gardens.

“Yeah, I don’t think so. Why don’t you go ask someone whose ready?” Lee retorted.

“I really mean it. I need your help.” Cody said in desperation. Lee quickly looked at Cody who was giving him his sad eyes.

“Fine. What do you need help with?” Lee asked finally giving in.

“What is Flux?” Cody asked. As soon as the words left his lips, Lee’s demeanor changed.

“Shh! Come with me.” Lee quickly grabbed Cody’s hand and guided him to an empty broom closet in the gardens.

“Lee! Lee! Why the fuck are we hiding in a broom closet?” Cody whispered.

“How do you know about Flux?” Lee asked.

“I’m not on liberty to discuss my sources.” Cody proclaimed.

“Fuck you Cody, I need to know. How do you know about Flux?” Lee asked, desperate for Cody’s answer. Seeing at how anxious Lee had gotten, Cody complied.

“I got an holo-message last night. It told me everything about Flux and the space station. Also about the general.” Cody kept looking at Lee’s horrified expression. Lee began to reveal more than what he should.

“Cody, Flux is more than just a weapon. It’s a total restart. If the Flux were ever activated it would blow up an entire galaxy and leave nothing but particles.”

“Wait, I thought it was a planet killer?” Cody asked confused by what Lee was saying.

“Years ago, it used to be. It was decommissioned and told to be a ghost project. But I heard rumors months ago about plans to start the Flux. I’ve been keeping intel on the project and they turned it from a world killer to an atom bomb.”

“Who is they?” Cody asked still confused.

“The federation is behind the Flux project. Every single person in the building knows about it. If you got that email and it just happened to detect movement from the core that means that the federation is in talks to use it.”

“The message said that if we shut the core down then the whole thing shuts down.” Cody said optimistically.

“The core can only be shut down manually and we’d never reach the core alive.” Lee said still horrified by the words that came from his mouth.

“Why do you say that?” Cody asked.

“The core is underneath the federation building. The only way to access it is by going into the building and finding a way to get down there. That doesn’t include the traps, bombs, and whatever else has been lurking by the core.”

“We have no choice. We have to disable the core.” Cody said as he removed a pistol from inside his green jacket.

“We are not doing anything. You are doing it all. I can’t just go.” Lee began before Cody put his lips against Lee’s. The warm touch of Cody’s lips sent Lee into excitement. Cody was a great kisser.

“I can’t do it alone. I don’t know how to bypass mainframes or anything of the sort. You can. We need to disable it. We have to save the space station.” Cody said as he lay another kiss upon Lee’s pink lips. Lee surrendered to the kiss and opened his mouth to take in Cody’s wet tongue.

“Okay, okay. I’ll go. Let me get some supplies first.” Lee said as he adjusted himself. The two left the broom closet and would rendezvous behind the federation building when the space station did its version of “lights out”. Cody headed back to his condo and grabbed all the gear he needed. Including the guns, he had snuck on from his spaceship.

Cody sat behind the federation building in his black slacks and tight army green tank top and his brown combat boots. Lee walked up from beneath him and dressed a bit more sexual. Lee wore his tight brown shorts, exposing his hairless legs. He also wore his tight white shirt and a neon green vest that covered his nipple area. Lee also shaved off his facial hair and was smooth to the touch. Cody just looked in awe.

“I’m sorry sir, but have you seen my friend Lee, he looks like a dork, has glasses, and rocks a beard that does not suit him.” Cody joked.

“Haha, very funny.” Lee said back as he put his hand on his hips.

“Seriously what’s with the get up and change?” Cody asked.

“Well I know for a fact that most of the men they got working here are gay. So, if we are going to bypass them, I thought it’d be best if I dressed a bit more, well less, to maybe get through faster.” Lee said as his confidence began to lower.

“Well you got me hard in an instant. Can’t wait to see that plump little ass walk in those shorts.” Lee blushed by Cody’s comments.

“Ready?” Lee asked as they both made their way inside the federation building.

The moment they entered the building Cody made his way around the corners, his gaze still fixed on Lee’s peach shaped ass. The hall was huge and was filled with about 10 guards all walking around. Cody had to avoid the cameras otherwise the general might get suspicious. Lee looked around and made his way to reception desk. There he spotted a guy, older than him, sitting down and laughing at his monitor.

“What’s making you laugh so hard?” Lee asked as he flexed his arm and put it on his waist. The older guard took notice.

“Just watching Zeta-Force. It’s a super funny show. Do you watch it?” asked the guard stuck on Lee’s twinkling eyes.

“I used to, but I’ve missed the last few episodes. Mind if I see what’s going on in the show?” Lee asked as he walked around the corner and behind the reception desk. Cody watched from the distance. “Hooked!” Cody said as he made his way to a secure room beside the reception desk. Lee sat on the guard”s huge thigh and the guard took notice of how full Lee’s ass was.

“So, what do you think of the show so far?” asked the guard as he felt the wiggle of Lee’s ass cheeks move side to side on his thigh.

“It’s so much better with the new cast.” Lee said as he smiled largely at the guard.

Cody slowly opened the secure door and two guards were watching the surveillance cameras. Cody snuck behind the two:

 “Bam!”

Both the guard’s heads were slammed together and they both fell to the floor unconscious. Hearing the noise, the guard at the reception desk turned around to investigate. Lee, knowing it was Cody, had to keep stalling. Lee opened his holo-phone and went directly to his pictures. He opened the file that said, “Underwear pics” and opened it up. He did a quick swipe with his finger and all of a sudden, the pictures were on the guards holo-monitor.

“Do you like these pics?” Lee asked as the guard’s attention turned to the monitor. He was in awe. One of the pictures had Lee was sitting on a desk in white briefs and a wet tank top and in another he was wearing a pink speedo sticking his rear out. The guard began to adjust himself.

“I like these pics a lot. You are really hot.”

“Awe, thank you. You can have them. I’ll send them to your holo-phone. Till next time.” Lee kissed the guard on his cheek and headed down the hallway. The guard sat speechless. He took a final glance at Lee, as he walked down the hallway and continued to admire all the sexy underwear pics on his monitor.

Lee met up with Cody down the hall in another broom closet. Both stood quiet as to wait for passing guards to clear out. The two waited till the coast was clear before they began to talk again.

“Did you get what you needed?” asked Lee.

“Sure did.” Cody said as he pulled a keycard from his pocket.

“Are you sure that card will work?” asked Lee still unnerved by the situation.

“100%. This key will give us all the access we need to get to the core. It’s the only key like this. Assuming the general doesn’t have one. Once we get access to the core, I’m sure they have a failsafe, we will need to disable that first,”

“Okay let’s do this.” Lee said as he was stopped by Cody before leaving the closet.

“One more question, why did I never receive underwear pics before?” Cody asked seriously.

“You’re an idiot.” Lee answered as he exited the closet. Cody laughed behind him.

Cody and Lee made their way to an elevator and put the keycard in the slot. With a sudden jerk of motion, they were headed down. The air was colder, and lights grew dimmer the further they went down. Cody readied his pistol, always on the defense, and Lee stood behind him, smiling from excitement. As the elevator came to a halt, the doors slid opened and Cody and Lee were met with guns pointed at them.

“The general sends his regards!” said an officer as he put his finger on the trigger. Cody threw a smoke charge and the room filled with grey colored smoke. Lee held onto Cody as shot fired in every direction. Cody checked his surroundings and the area was filled with dark rocks and water holes. “This must be the old mines.” Cody told himself. Cody threw Lee behind a few boulders and told him to stay down.

Cody waited for the smoke to clear before he fired his shots. His precision was unmatched. One shot for each guy. Lee watched in the distance as he saw officer after officer succumb to their death. Cody never missed a shot. Cody continued his assault on the officers when one snuck from behind him and cut him on his back.

“Ahh!” Cody yelled as he turned around and throat kicked the assailant.

Lee, seeing Cody in pain, moved to his direction. Unaware he was being followed, an officer snuck up behind Lee. Lee was grabbed from the waist as the officer threw him to ground. Cody fought off a few more officers before seeing his friend was in trouble.

“Stop moving bitch!” The officer screamed as he smacked Lee across the face. Lee slapped the officer right back. The officer, shocked by the slap, clenched his fist and punched Lee right in the jaw.

“Ugh.” Lee let out as his lip began to bleed.

“Hey bud!” Cody said as he tapped on the officer’s shoulder. The officer turned around to see a gun opening pointed at his face. With a small tap, the officers face was no more.

“Thanks Cody.” Lee said as he wiped the blood from his lip.

“Don’t mention it. I assume that was probably the failsafe. They must’ve been waiting for someone to sneak down here. Next stop, the core.” Cody helped Lee up and the two dusted themselves off and moved through the old mines.

“So, is there a story about these mines?” Lee asked. As the continued they trekked down the dark and muddy passage ways.

“You don’t know? I thought that you science guys knew everything.” Cody asked, shocked by Lee’s sudden lack of knowledge.

“We do, but this was not in the records.”

“That’s not a surprise. This used to be what Lux was known for. It’s illuminating lights came from down here. All the energy you need came from these rocks. They used to be crystals. Those crystals powered up the lights around the station, that was until the general and his crew figured out a new source from other planets. They crystals down here eventually stopped illuminating. It’s as if they lost purpose.”

“Did it work?” asked Cody.

“Yes, for now.” Lee said as he finally passed out from the pain.

“But you were born there?  What about your childhood and everything else?”

“I had some good memories, but it was never my home. My home is in space. It’s exploring new planets, species, making alliances, and all the other fun things.
