GayDemon's review of Hot House

Today we're taking a look at the Hot House, a site dedicated to masculine muscular hunks and packed with Hot House videos - both exclusive videos and scenes from their DVDs. The tour is easier to navigate than on our last visit, and shows off some very hot men - and I do mean men as there are no twinks here. There's plenty of hardcore gay sex and some kinkier action like fisting and pissing, as well, and you can check out a description of every scene that tells about the action. I like what I see so far, so let's head off to the member area and take a closer look at Hot House!

The member area is laid out pretty much like the tour, which means it's clean and easy to use, with the new stuff listed first followed by links to bonuses, the date of the next live show, recent updates and most popular models. The site has recently been completely revamped, so there's only been a few updates since the grand re-opening, but so far a new scene is added once a week. The site offers 502 full scenes from 101 DVD titles and collections. There are ads on the member home page, but neatly out of the way, found in the upper right corner of the page.

The videos inside Hot House are offered in MP4 format. They stream in an embedded player and are shown in either 2 or 3 sizes depending on the age of the video. The older videos are offered in your choice of 720x480 and 478x320, and the newer also offer the vids at 960x530. They sound good and start to play almost immediately, although even on my 10 Mbps cable I found the largest new vids playback a little choppy. The videos look good at their original size although if you go full-screen, expect to see a little loss in sharpness and clarity. The vids are all offered as full scenes, which I definitely prefer to clips, but unfortunately are not downloadable.

Hot House also includes 967 photo sets. These are all digital stills and the pics are mostly good quality. The photos are between 1000x1500 and 1280x1920, but they are shown much smaller because they are restrained in size by the page. The pics are production stills, which are pics taken for the box covers and advertising. As a result, the sets are small - mostly between 5 and 15 pics per set, although there are a few with less or more. There are no repetitious pics, though - each one is obviously different from the last, and are professionally lit and photographed.

I found plenty of name pornstars inside Hot House Backroom including Arpad Miklos, Shane Rockland, Collin O'Neal, Jason Hawke, to name a few - and I also found titpig Steve Hurley. I also found bottom Tag Adams getting it in 4 videos and 106 pic sets. Honestly there are so many models, many of whom are well-known, that there's no way to list them all here. There's also plenty of leather and aggressive sex, well-hung daddies, men in uniform and buckets of cum!

And there are some nice extras. There's a scheduled live show that seems to happen about twice a month and features actual Hot House men. And there's also 52 live show replays, and these are updated twice a month plus there are desktop calendars.

I did have a few issues at Hot House Backroom, so let's take a look. First off, the site terms say the trial memberships are limited, although they don't mention in what way. Next, the tour talks about HD videos, but many aren't offered in HD, and the size called HD is barely bigger than standard. Each DVD scene includes a link to buy the DVD, and each page takes a few seconds to show up, but neither of these things were a real problem. The only things that I consider is worth taking into account before joining is that the videos aren't downloadable.

There's a lot to like about Hot House. The 502 videos are good quality, and there are over 900 photo sets. I like the searchability of the site and the regular weekly updates, the scheduled live shows and the are 2 live show replays archived for members to watch each month. And then there are the models. The guys are masculine, very horny and the sex is down and dirty. We're not talking pretty models here, we're talking plenty of real daddies and masculine men who love ass, cock and cum. The only thing that they don't offer that I wish they did was downloadable videos.
