Brett’s Boys is a brand new site featuring gay porn star Brett Tyler. About this new project, Tyler says, “My goal is to shine a spotlight on queer people and our sex lives, which I feel isn’t very represented by the mainstream studios." He’s a kinkster who likes exploring lots of dirty fun, and I’m looking forward to seeing what he has on offer here.

Brett Tyler is 5'11", weighs around 135 pounds, and he’s sporting a patch of chest hair and a treasure trail; he’s usually wearing some face scruff, too. He packs an eight-inch, uncut cock and he’s versatile, although he tends to bottom more often. He’s an exhibitionist so performing in front of the camera comes naturally. There are a couple of videos with dildos, and there’s one piss play session. Most of the men are naked, but some wear jockstraps, leather, latex, or other gear, at least for part of the action.

Brett’s Boys launched in the latter half of July with 118 videos in MP4 format. The videos stream in an adaptive player that resizes to fit your screen, and the system selects the best of three or four resolutions for your set-up. The quality is good amateur, and these are self-shot by Tyler using his own equipment. You’ll often see him pick up the laptop and move it to give us a different angle of the action. Sometimes Tyler rigs up an overhead camera, or they use cell phones to give us fresh angles or cock-in-hole close-ups. When you land on an episode’s page, you have the option to play the video from the beginning or you can jump to specific sequences like blowjob, reverse cowboy, doggy, cumshot, or POV, and those selections remain alongside or under the video player so you can jump ahead any time. Most of the videos are between 10 and 20 minutes, but while many run between 25 and 49 minutes, a few are under five minutes.

If there is any dialogue, it’s often not in English, and there are no subtitles, but it mostly amount to “Hi, I’m here with my three hot friends and we’re going to fuck now.”

Most episodes have a small gallery of nine screencaps, but I wasn’t able to check every video. These pictures display at 1280x720, and they’re generally good average quality, although some were so dark I couldn’t make out what was happening. The pics display in a pop-up viewer with forward and back control, but there’s no slideshow feature. You can save the pictures one at a time, but there’s no downloadable zip file.

BrettsBoys started uploading videos on January 20, 2023, but there hasn’t been a video added since April. The site launched a few days ago (it's currently July 20), so I have no idea what their updating plans are yet, but we'll check back and let you know.

I checked the site terms and the join page, but BrettsBoys doesn't mention whether the trial gives full access or limits members in some way, which is much more common. I wouldn't expect full access if you get the trial, and if it does give you full access, please email us or leave a comment so we know. There is an unchecked offer on the sign-up page and you should make sure it’s still opt in when you join. While there are seven gay porn stars pages, there’s nothing more than links to their appearances on the site. Some stats and bios would have been nice. There’s not even a page about Brett Tyler himself, and sometimes his name appears as Taylor instead of Tyler. I’m also disappointed with the Tags section because while I found eight videos by search for “fisting” in the free-form search field, there’s no Fisting tag and there’s only three videos listed under Ass Play. Finally, if you’ve been a member of Brett’s fan site, you will have seen many, if not all, of these videos.

Downloads are not included with your membership, but in the Store you’ll find a selection of scenes and DVDs available to purchase individually. One suggestion is to click the “More Movies” link, and you’ll see the whole selection of Brett’s Boys videos for sale. This store also offers some DVDs from other companies. There are other options like pay-per-minute schemes available in the Store, although I’m not sure why you’d do that since you can already stream the videos with your membership. Finally, once you get into the store, you have to do a lot of clicking of your browser’s Back button to find your way back to the members area. 

Brett’s Boys is off to a great start with 118 videos staring Brett Tyler and his many gay porn buddies as well as lots of amateurs, first-timers, and hook-ups who didn’t mind being filmed. The videos are available to stream on your desktop and mobile devices, and while downloads aren't included for members, they are available if you want to fork out some extra bucks for them.
