Usability encompasses elements such as site navigation, accessibility of content, and availability of member downloads.

Usability encompasses site navigation, accessibility of content, organization, and overall user-friendliness.

The maximum total score given for Usability is 5 points. 

When assessing the usability score, we consider factors such as, but not limited to:

  • We evaluate site usability, including navigation, and user experience.
  • How effectively is the content presented, and how user-friendly is the process of finding it?
  • Does the site offer a search feature, and how does it work?
  • Does the site utilize tags (theme/categories) to organize its content, and how effectively are they implemented?
  • Does the site function effectively on both desktop and mobile devices?
  • Does the site experience slowness or did we encounter issues when accessing content?
  • Are there numerous advertisements, pop-ups, or misleading links on the site?
