Term supposedly derives from the misconception of excessive vomiting occurring during the so called Roman Orgies, in ancient times.

Most instances, benign in nature, occur during oral sex, where one induces the vomiting from their partner, while the penis is in the mouth.

They do not remove their penis, during the vomiting, as it is the sensation of having their partner throw up, that further excited them, or heightens the sexual arousal.
