Practice of removing the build up of seminal fluid in the prostrate, through massage without achieving an orgasm.

Massage - generally done by a well lubricated finger, which is inserted into the rectum, where it then gently rubs the prostate on either side (the lobes), not in the center, to stimulate the gland.
