What is gay prison sex?

What is prison sex?

The term of having sex between a prisoner, and either another prisoner, or a prison guard, or engaging in sexual behavior that they would not consider in their own environment.

History

As prisons are not coed, this generally involves sexual relations between members of the same sex. This can be between one inmate and another, or between an inmate and prison staff, mainly guards.

While forced sex is considered Rape, many will claim consent, out of fear. It is a major problem in most Prison Systems, as it is hard to control.

Situational Sexual Behavior - is another term for what is basically Prison Sex. This is basically where a person who normally would not engage in a specific sexual act, does so out of various reasons.

People who would not hire a Hustler (Male Prostitute) in their own home area, would embrace the idea elsewhere, due to the legalities, or availabilities without repercussions.

While having sex with someone younger might be illegal in their own region, traveling to a location where the age of consent is lower, would be a situation where one might engage in sex, while never thinking of doing so at home.

Note - This refers to 'legal' sex, not involving minors. In other words if the legal age at home is 18, the person would not even think of having sex with someone 17, but in a country where the legal age was 16, they would consider it.

This would apply to other situations, such as boarding schools where there isn't a mix of genders, so engaging in sex with others of the same sex, is not homosexuality, but simply situational sex. Purely physical, rather than due to orientation.

The Military is another situation, where sex is more based on simple availability, rather than one's persuasion. Once out of that confined, or restricted condition, the person returns to their normal practice of sexual partners.

About

This is not necessarily an act based on sexual orientation, but one merely of convenience. It is usually very rough, and is forced either by physical means, or by intimidation.

One of the more often used scenario's in BDSM role playing, which is where one is the person of authority, forcing their will on the other, the submissive. Use of uniforms are often employed as well, to further enforce the fantasy.

In reality, Prison Sex is more about control, convenience, rather than sexual orientation.

While it is legally Rape, there are those who appear to offer 'consent' which in fact is a form of slavery, as they are more or less 'owned' by the penetrating person.

Most Prison Sex is of the opinion that those doing the penetrating are normal heterosexual males, those receiving are homosexuals, hence the terms used to define them. [bitch, woman, punk, prag]

Simple truth is, that outside of prison the penetrating party might be homosexual, just as much as the submissive might be a heterosexual male in every respect.

Inmates who leave or serve their time, do not continue the practice of same sex on the outside, unless they actually are homosexual. Those who truly are not, rarely engage in homosexual behavior outside of the Prison atmosphere, further enforcing the belief that this is purely a physical release, not orientation.

Practice (Associated Acts): Sex between Inmates and Staff is also common. Again not necessarily same sex either, as many Prisons do not segregate their employees by gender.

Women can be in charge of male inmates, and while the various States do not support such action, it occurs. Normally this results in special treatment for the inmate, not necessarily meaning an emotional relationship, but more of one of self preservation.

Relationships do develop, mostly heterosexual, and does contain risks for the parties involved, if found out, or if pursued outside, when the inmate is released.

Noteworthy: In Idaho, a prison staff engaging in sexual relations with an inmate can be charged, and the penalty for such an act, if found guilty, is a Life Sentence.

In the case of a Pedophile, traveling to a location where it is easier to seduce younger victims, IS NOT SITUATIONAL SEXUAL BEHAVIOR.
