The Army guys from the mid 1980's are all business, whereas the Navy Officers-to-be in the Annapolis footage are a little loopy from that second beer. (That imported green bottle stuff goes through 'em so quick, you'll be sure to spot a couple of repeat appearances within the hour.) These boys have been waiting on that line so long that once they get into the terlet, some of them do the little boy pee-pee dance while loosening their complicated cowboy belts and undoing those damn button-flys...
