Uncut Dicks is new, but so far updates are coming regularly. There are currently 20 videos, all WMVs and varying in both size and quality. None of the videos are high quality but most are average porn quality. What this means is that most are worth watching but if you try and go full screen with them, expect a noticeable loss of quality and some blurring. A couple vids I downloaded played less than smoothly, but most are fine.
There are a good number of pic sets categorized in a variety of subniches like bears, twinks and action. Pics vary in size and quality greatly, although most are are medium sized and amateur to good amateur quality. Site navigation is a little weird, but it is easy to use.
If you're looking for a variety of men with intact foreskins, and don't mind average quality pics and videos with an occasional below-average set thrown in, Uncut Dicks offers up a good sized helping of uncut cock pics and a small but growing collection of videos.
