GayDemon's review of Ultra Stud

I know you - you're a man who enjoys the finer things in life. You make it your mission to wear the trendiest threads, eat at the highest rated restaurants, and drive the most luxurious automobiles on the market. Chances are you probably put ultra grade gasoline in those sweet rides of yours - "ultra" is a word frequently found in your ultra-premium vocabulary. As a man of ultra refined class and taste, you doubtless prefer porno sites that go that extra, ultra mile. Enter Ultra Stud. Ultra Stud purports to be the be-all, end-all epicenter of first-class pornography, with a mission statement that confidently promises "cocks and ass. We delivery the best there is to offer inside Ultra Stud!!!" Ultra Stud purports to hold "over 100,000 images, 500 hours of video, thousands of 'sex videos,' fifty live sex shows, 25 video theme rooms, thousands of erotic stories and more!!!" But does Ultra Stud really fit the extraordinary standards of excellence that a connoisseur of life like you demands?

Ultra Stud's main page is an ultra huge, ultra convoluted smorgasbord of links that, when clicked, take you every which way but onto Ultra Stud's own servers (which, as we both know, is a sure sign of a stinker site). You first encounter a list of the Ultra Stud network's top ten external video sites (as voted on by members like you) - below those, there are links to the featured guy and movie gallery of the week, the site's newest galleries, bonus sites (rejoice! Your membership to Ultra Stud also gives you complete access to Straight Goes Gay, Gay Jerkoff Auditions and Gay Blowjob Auditions), Dude Dorm (a bonus XXX magazine), toy and video stores, and X-rated comics. A static list of links on the left hand side of the site take you to the "stud gallery," XXX videos, live shows, photo albums, the arcade, and erotic stories.

This treasure trove of alleged spank material may seem well and good at first glance, but if you decide to actually click one of Ultra Stud's ample list of links you just might find yourself shit out of luck. When I first visited the site, only 21 of the 53 links in the XXX videos gallery (a list of external sites where the lion's share of Ultra Stud's content lies) actually worked - having checked it just now, however, it appears that all of the links are now in working order. I'm glad that Ultra Stud worked out their technical issues, but I'm still wary of the site in general - who knows how often a large portion of Ultra Stud's content is completely inaccessible? Regardless, if and when you do find a site that tickles your fancy, you'll be lead to a page that holds approximately 100 five minute long, 200k, 352x240 videos, presented in the site's own pop-up WMV player. Each video site has a specific theme that covers nearly all niches - toys, fetish, huge cocks, bears, frat boys, twinks, oral, amateur, military, ethnic, and leather fans will all find fulfillment on Ultra Stud. The vids on these sites feature a mixture of amateur and professionally shot action - depending on what site you're visiting, the content can consist either of dubbed porno tapes or gonzo style hardcore romps. This porn is what it is - nothing special and nothing particularly mind (or load) blowing. It's clear that Ultra Stud deals in quantity as opposed to quality.

Not all the content on Ultra Stud is external, though. There are a few videos hosted on Ultra Stud own server - a whopping fourteen of them, all of which are amateur blowjob clips presented as downloadable 200k, 352x240 DRM-free WMVs. Ultra Stud also hosts quite a few photo albums, which are split up by niche (amateur, ethnic, fetish, twinks, etc) and hold varying numbers of pics (from 250 to 700) of varying sizes (from 450x600 to 600x900) that come from various sources. These pics really aren't anything to write home about - like everything on Ultra Stud, they're just the standard bargain basement fare you'll find at any old mega site. Pics can't be downloaded as ZIP files or viewed as slideshows.

The three bonus sites mentioned above hold content that's of a slightly higher quality than what you'll find on Ultra Stud's other standard sites - this stuff is large, exclusive and (gasp!) downright hot. Straight Goes Gay possesses sixteen full-length vids that have each been split up into 350k, 320x240 WMV clips; each is accompanied by a huge (1536x2048) photo gallery. Gay Blowjob Auditions has got five thirty minute 350k, 320x240 WMV clips under its belt, and also holds its fair share of 800x600 image galleries. Gay Jerkoff Auditions echoes Gay Blowjob Auditions in terms of content, though it should be noted that unlike Straight Goes Gay and Gay Blowjob Auditions, the gallery pics you find here are just screenshots.

In the end, Ultra Stud doesn't quite live up to the hype its name would suggest - but in their defense, would anyone sign up for a site called "Mediocre Stud"? With no regular update schedule, a ridiculously high $39.73 per month membership cost, and little to no exclusive content, Ultra Stud is just another ultra typical, ultra boring mega site that ultimately fulfills almost none of its ultra unreasonable promises.
