GayDemon's review of Ultimate Gay Fighter

Today we're taking a look at Ultimate Gay Figher - or UGF for short. The top of the page shows two hot and very determined looking men facing off, and the tour offers exclusive content, and "gay studs fighting and fucking". There's a preview of two guys wrestling, grappling and fighting in jeans, and it says they punch, kick, body slam and do whatever it takes to take each other down - winner take all. Sound good? Then let's take a look at the member area!

The Ultimate Gay Figher member area is easy to navigate, with a navbar running across the top of the page, updates listed with dates below and on the right are some search tools. There's a search box which gave me no results when I looked up sucking or hairy, despite the fact that there are videos with both. There's also a category dropdown that included Busty, Lingerie and Milf. Still, it's very easy to get to the videos and pic sets, and there's no distracting banners or other annoying stuff - although there are links to buy the Ultimate Gay Fighter DVD both on the upper and lower right.

The Ultimate Gay Fighter videos are offered in WMV, MP4 and Flash in both full scenes and clips. The WMVs and MP4s are DRM-free and downloadable, the WMVs shown at 720x480 and the MP4s shown at 640x480 and letterboxed. Quality is good amateur, but although the models are usually pretty well lit, the videos are shot in dark settings which can sometimes cause a little graininess. Bitrates range from around 1.5 Mbps to 2 Mbps. For those who prefer streaming videos, the Flash vids are shown at about 712x366, and while the quality is a bit lower than the other formats, it's still quite watchable.

Each video comes with a small set of 5 pics, which are vidcaps and shown at around 478x348. They do actually come with a slideshow, although it doesn't take long to go through each set. I'm not sure why the site owners decided to go with only 5, as pic lovers will want more and those who want to preview the video would also want more.

The men here are hot, and appear to be in their twenties, athletic without being bodybuilders or really lean. After looking around, I find that at least one of the guys - Christian Wilde - is an actual gay pornstar, and the rest seem to be newcomers, at least one into martial arts. The videos here are shot in moody, dark rooms, and that adds a lot of atmosphere. Right now, there is 1 fighting video, 3 hardcore videos and 2 solo jackoff videos. The fighting video had plenty of grappling, but when it came to harder action, like punching, I'm not sure how real it was. One guy took a couple punches to the face but didn't seem to be swollen or bleeding. Still, I can definitely live without that, and the action was overall pretty good.

The site did have a couple issues. One is that with only 6 episodes, the site has not updated in two months. Also the tour and site title will lead users to expect a lot more in the way of fighting than a single video. I believe there are plans to start updating, so I'll keep an eye out and report back. Something I'd really like to see on the site is would be descriptions. It would be especially interesting for fight scenes, but would also let us get to know more about the models and the shoots, which is always a plus to me as it also gives us a feel for the site. I was susprised that although each model's page had a spot for a profile, none were filled out. Hopefully soon profiles will be added.

Ultimate Gay Fighter was a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, the videos are DRM-free full scenes available in 2 downloadable formats, the men are hot and the updates are dated. On the other hand, there's only one fight video out of a total of 6 episodes, and the site hasn't updated in a month. As far as I can figure, this is the content from a single DVD, and since the site is priced lower than a porn DVD, it is definitely a better value. We'll keep an eye out for updates and let you know.
