GayDemon's review of Tyler's Room

Tyler's Room has been around for years, and in that time, it's grown - not just bigger, but there have been improvements. The tour is packed with content, but it's clean and well organized. Unlike other sites of its age, this one looks modern and accurately gives us a look at not only what we'll fine inside the site but also the look and feel of the member area. There are several sections plus massive amounts of bonus content and we get a look at Tyler himself in his amateur exhibitionist section. Tyler's Room is what I'd definitely call a megasite - you could spend hours wandering through it without seeing everything.

First off, the member area of Tyler's Room looks like the tour - and that's a good thing. You'll find the latest updates list, a link to exclusive content, 290 original videos with pics - 159 more than there were a little under 3 1/2 years ago - and the photo sets (1315 of them!). There are also 1728 scenes from 293 DVD titles - that's over 600 more scenes, so this site has really grown. Then there are links to tons of feeds and the ABOUT section, where you'll find Tyler and his blog.

All the original videos are good amateur quality, or sometimes better, and are DRM-free full scenes offered in 3 formats - WMV, MPG and Flash. The newest WMV's are shown in 4 broadband sizes, the largest of which is full HD, shown at 1920x1080 at over 9 Mbps, and yes, these look good.

The newest MPG's are shown at 1280x720, and are the same file size as the WMV's, and the downloadable Flash vids are shown at 720x400. The older WMV's are shown at 640x480 at 2 Mbps or bigger, the Flash vids the same size, and the older MPG's at 352x240 or larger. And for those who prefer to watch, there's a streaming Flash version of each video. The DVD scenes are offered in standard sizes and fairly good quality in WMV and MPG, although the oldest vids are MP4's shown at 320x240.

The exclusive videos feature mostly jocks and twinks between 19 and 25, although there are some slightly older hunks. The models are mostly horny amateurs, and the lighting and video work are good - there are plenty of closeups of the action, lots of hard cocks, and a good mix of hardcore and solo action. The non exclusive videos feature plenty of fucking and sucking, duos, threesomes and foursomes, showers, anal play and everything you'd expect. There are over 400 hours of movies in the download section, where you'll find the DVD scenes.

Each Tyler's Room original video comes with a set of pics. The newer pics are good sized, up to 1069x1602, and are good amateur quality, although the oldest pics are smaller and slightly lower amateur quality. These can be downloaded in zip sets. And let's not forget the 1315 non-exclusive pic sets. There are many different niches of gay porn covered in these sets, pics shown at up to 1200x1600, but some of the oldest photos shown at approx 500x750. Most of the pics are at least fairly good quality, but I was disappointed to note that the non-exclusive pic section no longer seems to be updating.

Let's talk extra content. Believe me, Tyler's Room has tons. First off is Tyler's blog, which covers all sorts of topics, and you'll also find his pics and videos. Members get full access to the mobile version of the site, and there's a member forum where anything goes from politics and the weather to our favorite topic: Sex! There are a total of 160 bonus sites and feeds - 11 reality bonus sites, 20 Elite feeds, 9 Lucas feeds, 38 Porn 2 Go feeds, 27 movie feeds, 33 MORE feeds and 22 fave feeds. Expect niches from twinks to bears, bondage and BDSM, solo guys, black studs, straight men, college sex parties and barebacking. And that's just a small partial list. There are so many extras that there's sure to be something for everyone.

The site doesn't have any major updates. Sometimes it takes a minute to figure out where the links are for some content, and many sections open in new windows. There are no dates on the updates except for the latest one, so not sure how regular updates are. But honestly the site is so huge with so much to do that I'm not really worried about these things.

The bottom line is if you're looking for a huge site packed with exclusive and non-exclusive gay porn, Tyler's Room delivers. There's just so much to see here, from the 2018 downloadable videos to the 1500+ pic sets, the forum, 160 bonus sites and feeds. And don't forget Tyler's own pics, videos and his blog. To cap it all off, the monthly price here is lower than on many sites and the site has grown quite a bit since our last visit. There's no dates on the recent updates, so no way to know if updates are regular. But if you're looking for a gay porn site big enough to get lost inside, I'd recommend you check out Tyler's Room - you won't be disappointed!
