Stud Sex Tour has a theme - sex with guys from around the world. The tour shows a lot of action and the content is laid out in episodes, so there is 1 big pic and 3 smaller pics from each shoot. The pics look pretty hot, and the first 3 episodes include a movie trailer. The tour promises us 100% exclusive content and the action looks pretty hot. I like what I see so far, so join me for an up-close look at the member area.
When you log into Stud Sex Tour, you are taken to a page with a short member menu on the left, latest and future updates on the right, and a search box on the upper right. Below the updates are links to all the episodes, each with names of the guys and the dates they were added. Judging by the dates, the site was launched recently but has been doing weekly updates for 5 weeks. So far, so good! There is a customer service link in the menu on the left and on the upper right, which is also a plus.
There are 2 content sections inside Stud Sex Tour - the episodes, where there are currently 21 videos, and DVD Videos, where I found 1603 gay DVD scenes. Let's start off with the episodes since they are what the site is about.
The videos are downloadable, and each has its own page with a description, the first page of pics and links to a trailer, to watch the movie and to download it in HI and LO speeds. When I started downloading the videos I was impressed. The download speeds here are really fast - on a fast cable connection, it took me under 3 minutes to download a 211 Mb video, so I decided to download a few.
The downloadable videos are in WMV format. The HI vids are shown at 640x480 with a bitrate of around 1.2 Mbps. They're what I'd call average porn quality, and at their original size, which is fairly large, they look pretty good although they could be a little sharper. The LO vids are shown at 320x240 with a bitrate of around 300k. This means that they are amateur quality and good for slower broadband users, but they're too big to be useful for most dialup users. All the vids I watched played smoothly with good sound, and there was no DRM used so whatever you download will play for as long as you keep it.
Each episode comes with a set of pics. These are digital stills. They're average porn quality, which means they looked pretty good. They are shown at 533x800 and didn't come with slideshows or zip files. The pics were shot during the videos, so the action is the same but not from the same angles or zoom ranges.
The Stud Sex Tour videos focus mostly on the action, so if you're a bigtime reality porn lover who likes watching the set-up as much as the sex, you have been warned. The street pickups are short - sometimes so short as to make you wonder why they are there. Still, that leaves more time to focus on the action, and the action is good stuff. The vids I watched let the guys take their time. There's plenty of kissing, fondling, cock sucking and some ass eating. There's no soundtrack to detract from the sounds the guys make, and the closeups and cumshots are all well shot. I definitely liked what I saw.
In addition to the Stud Sex Tour vids, the DVD Videos section offers just over 1600 gay videos and 300 straight vids that are scenes from DVDs (this is actually a seperate site which you get access to called GayAllAxxxess). Each is offered at 320x240 at a fairly high bitrate - the ones I watched were at over 700k - so you could enlarge them 200% to 640x480 and wouldn't lose too much quality. Each DVD scene comes with a set of vidcaps. One thing to note is that I was unable to use the DVD Videos videos in Firefox, but when I switched to Internet Explorer, everything worked fine.
Does Stud Sex Tour have issues? Well, neither of us were able to play the streaming videos, and those using Firefox may have to switch to Internet Explorer to watch the DVD videos. Aother thing is that the site doesn't really follow through with their international reality theme, although I'm not sure how much of a problem that will be. And the site needs some growth, but none of these are real problems considering what the site does have to offer.

Studs Sex Tour is off to a good start with 21 hot downloadable videos that appear to be exclusive, weekly updates and a huge collection of DVD vids to keep members occupied. I was also very happy with the navigation, which made it a pleasure to browse the site. The sex here is hot and unrushed, although I didn't really get a feel that the focus was international guys. And don't forget that members get access to an additional 1603 DVD scenes plus 29 feeds. The bottom line: if you like what you see on the tour of Studs Sex Tour, you won't be disappointed by the member area!
