Sometimes a site just rubs me wrong, and that was certainly the case with Straight Guys Voyeur. Don't get me wrong. Voyeur content can be very hot, and I love straight guys. The tour promises college dudes caught on spycams, and that sounds good to me. And while the tour is a little basic, that's not a problem. After all, we're really here to see the content, not worry about the webmaster's design skills, right? So after taking a look around, I logged in.

The Straight Guys Voyeur member home page is basic. There's no welcome or update list -just a few thumbs with the words Showering, Sleeping and More under them, plus a bonus site, a "free daily video" (more about that in a minute) and below are links to various sections and to suport. Last comes a link to Media Player for those who might need it.

There are 41 thumbs in the SHOWER section, each linked. Thirty of them have videos and usually pic sets, 6 were pic sets only and 5 were missing pages. The videos were smallish and not great quality. I didn't expect great quality since these were voyeur videos, but I was surprised at how small the vids are and also how brief the running time is. I have seen both bigger and longer-running voyeur videos.

The videos at Straight Guys Voyeur are downloadable WMVs shown at 256x192 with a bitrate of around 250k. They don't play all that smoothly and they have no sound, but that is often the case with hidden cam type vids. What really annoyed me is that they are mostly around 1 minute long or less. I did finally find a couple that ran over 2 minutes, but that's it. Some of the vids are actually under a minute, and since I don't know anyone who showers in less than a minute, I can't see why the movies are so short. I only found 6 videos in the SLEEPING section, but they were also short and below average quality.

The pics inside Straight Guys Voyeur are small - shown at 425x319 - and the quality is pretty much what you might expect from hidden cam pics, but even so, they are good stuff. The casualness of the nudity and the intimacy of watching an amateur showering is well-caught here. My main complaint about the pics is actually that the thumbs on the galleries are teeny tiny little things too small to make out anything.

Beside the showering and sleeping pics and videos, Straight Guys Voyeur members get access to an amateur jackoff site from the same network.

I'd say Straight Guys Voyeur could definitely use some changes. There are around 8 thumbs that aren't linked to a page with pics or videos - the pages are missing. Hopefully the site owners will read this review and fix the links. I'd like to see an update schedule - or at least the date written somewhere for the latest update. I'd also like to see the name of each model above or below the thumb linking to his content. And last, I'd love to see bigger thumbs on the galleries!

After spending some time inside Straight Guys Voyeur, the site has grown on me. The content is still small and below average quality, but it has a gritty reality to it. I don't know if these are real voyeur sets or if they're staged, but it all looks very real. There's no way to know if this site updates and there are several missing pages, but if you happen to like the content, there's a bonus site of the same quality. If watching guys shower and sleep when they don't know they're being observed turns you on, I'd suggest you head on over to Straight Guys Voyeur and see what you think.
